Dieses lizenzierte, moderne Apartment im ersten Stock verfĂŒgt ĂŒber 2 Schlafzimmer, wobei das Hauptschlafzimmer ein Doppelbett und das andere zwei Einzelbetten hat. Platz fĂŒr vier Personen. Beide Schlafzimmer haben TĂŒren, die auf einem der Balkone fĂŒhrt, die bequemen Rattan-Möbel.
Es gibt 2 Badezimmer, eines davon en suite im Hauptschlafzimmer mit Badewanne, Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken und das andere mit Duschkabine, Toilette und Waschbecken. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete moderne KĂŒche und einen separaten Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine. Das Wohnzimmer ist hell und glatt und neben das Sofa hat es einen TV, DVD und einen Esstisch mit 6 StĂŒhlen.
DarĂŒber hinaus gibt es einen weiteren privaten Balkon, die das Wohnzimmer und die KĂŒche mit einem weiteren Esstisch und 4 StĂŒhlen fĂŒhrt ab. Die 2 separate Balkone ermöglichen es Ihnen, sowohl die Morgen- und Nachmittagssonne zu fangen, wie sie auf entgegengesetzten Seiten des GebĂ€udes sind. Beide sind komplett eingerichtet fĂŒr Sie bequem zu essen oder zu entspannen.
Es ist voll kalt / warm Klimaanlage im gesamten, reservierten Parkplatz und Zugang zum privaten Swimmingpool (gemeinsam mit 6 Wohnungen in dem Block). Diese Wohnung ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr einen Urlaub in Puerto Pollensa, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Strand und 12 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und all das, was dieses wundervolle Resort zu bieten hat.

Great central location

The location was easy to get to. It was close to a supermarket for groceries and easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We didn’t spend much time at the nearby beach but used the apartment as base camp to hit some of the island’s more remote places (beaches and mountains). Lots of great restaurants nearby. Eu Moll 37 ended up being our favorite restaurant nearby. Host was amazing with communication. Great warm showers, private parking for the car, loved walking 300m to the supermarket in the morning to get coffee and fresh pastries for cheap. Great place!

We’ve just returned from a wonderful stay at Debbie’s property in beautiful Puerto Pollensa and only wish we could have stayed longer. We’ve stayed in many self catering holiday apartments over the years, in the Algarve and in Spain, and this one was amongst the best. The location was ideal, in a quiet residential area but only 5 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants, and 5 minutes from a large supermarket, so no car necessary. There was a bus stop literally minutes from the apartment which we used to visit Pollensa old town. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, modern and spacious and really well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The weather was extremely warm during our stay but the air conditioning meant that it was always comfortable when we were in the apartment. Debbie was super helpful and responsive in answering any questions we had, and I’d have no hesitation in recommending her apartment to anyone thinking of visiting Puerto Pollensa and are hoping to stay there again ourselves the next opportunity we get for a holiday!

Modern & Spacious Apartment

We had a lovely 3 week stay at this modern and spacious apartment. We have been to PP many times before but as staying for a longer period wanted a good sized apartment. Debbie was great with communication right from the start, from when we booked through to coming home. Location is great, not far from the beach, plenty of bars/restaurants close by without having to walk into the main square and a supermarket to hand. Well equipped kitchen and grateful to have the tv when we had rain and thunderstorms. Also great to have the two balconies as well for eating and an evening drink. Nice, clean pool area, which gets the sun pretty much all day. We had a great stay and will keep this apartment in mind for any future visits we might make.

Amazing place, clean and well located

We stayed at Debbie’s place for 4 nights in early July 2023. The communication with the host was super easy and fast. We received in advance the information about the check in the parking and as well places to eat in the area. Puerto Pollença is a great base. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance and the beach is at 5 mn of walk. We did not eat lunch or dinner at the appartment, only breakfast but the kitchen seems to have everything you need if you want to cook. There are 2 balcony but we did use one of the balcony because on the other one you hear the sound of the road. The area is great it is residential so you sleep very well no sound in the appartement. At the time we were in Mallorca,outside it was 35 degrees Celsius so very hot and in the apartment we kept the AC at 24 -25 degrees and it was perfect. We slept very well. I would recommend that apartment and would go back if we ever we come back to Mallorca.

Excellent location and apartment

We stayed in Sep-17, 2 adults and young kids. Debbie was an excellent host. She always responded very quickly to any questions we had and was extremely helpful in helping us arrange a cot hire and private transfers to and from the apartment. The apartment had plenty of space for us and having the utility area and 2 balconies was great for keeping swimming gear and beach toys out the way and dry. The apartment has an excellent location with 10min walk with kids to the beach - and one of the best beaches in the area - and 10-15 min walk with kids to the main part of the town with ample restaurants and play areas for the kids. The swimming pool was great too and we were the only ones using it for the entire 9 days we were there. There is a supermarket 10mins walk down the road and was very well stocked with all you could need for a self catering apartment with kids. If I had one small complaint it would be good if the apartment had wifi, but equally it was good to be able switch off for the holiday. Genuinely couldn't recommend the apartment and Debbie highly enough. We had a wonderful holiday and hope to be back soon. Thanks.

Bonito apartamento , bien situado a 10 minutos andando del paseo de Puerto Pollensa. Estancias grandes y con todo lo necesario. el Ășnico pero es que estĂĄ al lado de la carretera y si tienes que abrir las ventanas es un poco ruidoso.

Fantastic apartment, location and host.

The apartment is located in a peacful area with private, secure access. The building is stylish, well finished and well thought out. Having two balconies was just perfect for morning breakfast and relaxing in an evening with drinks, giving you opportunity to either seek or escape the sun. It was a heat wave whilst we were there, so opted for the latter. The aircon is very effective and was much needed during the night's heat. Louvered windows and doors also helped regulate the temperature during the day. The bathrooms are lovely and clean, the kitchen was perfect for our needs and the utility room was appreciated. We had the spacious swimming pool almost to ourselves, and enjoyed it immensely being able to cool down during the day between trips out. The beach is within 10 minutes walk with shaded sun loungers and free wifi. Also within 10 minutes walk is the Eroski Centre Supermarket. I'd say it is the best in the area for your supplies and has some great quality goods. There is a main bus terminal within 20 minutes walk. Perfect for excursions. The host was very helpful and communicative in the run up to our stay. Debbie had great suggestions for restaurants and transport. She even kindly offered a later check out when she realised how late our flight was. All in all, it was just perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment and host. We'd love to come back!

Excellent long weekend in Puerto Pollenca

The apartment is exactly as the description states, it is in a convenient location for all amenities and was very peaceful when we were there (April) Debbie was very friendly and efficient to liaise with and was very accommodating when our check out time changed. We were a family of 4 adults on a cycling weekend and the location is ideally situated to access great rides. The apartment is very spacious and it was great to have 2 bathrooms. We were lucky with the weather. Although it was cool in the evenings. We didn’t use the pool area but it was very clean and private. The local bus to Pollenca and Palma is less than 10 mins walk away.

Perfect for our needs

We had a lovely time at this apartment which was perfect for our family's needs and had plenty of space for a family of 4. We particularly liked the short walk to the beach and the main restaurant area of town. Supermarket was an easy 10min (with 2 small children) walk. Very short distance to bus stop to get local buses around the island. We appreciated having a bath for kids but the showers were also lovely. Kitchen well equipped. Nice big fridge. Handy to have a washing machine. Comfy beds. Quiet area and quiet apartment block. Nice dark bedrooms. We all slept really well!

La casa es preciosa y estå perfectamente equipada. El lugar es tranquilo y muy bonito y estå a dos pasos de la playa y el paseo marítimo. El plus de la piscina también es de agradecer a la vuelta de la playa.

Maravilloso lugar para disfrutar de las vacaciones con todas las comodidades.

Somos una familia residente en Palma. El apartamento perfecto y la ubicación inmejorable. Zona tranquila, agradable y relajada. El apartamento tiene todas las comodidades que se necesitan para disfrutar de las vacaciones, era como estar en casa pero en el precioso Puerto de Pollença y con una piscina privada para los 6 apartamentos que son. Estå totalmente equipado con todo lo necesario. Las camas comodísimas y todo limpísimo. La propietaria Debbie es una persona muy atenta, responde a todas y cada una de las dudas en muy poco tiempo e intenta hacerlo todo cómodo, así da gusto. Sin duda volveremos porque nos ha encantado todo. La ubicación junto a la playa inmejorable con muchos sitios para comer, tomar algo ,pasear...es ideal para ir con niños.

Pristine apartment, great location

This is a really nice property - clean and pristine with plenty of seating areas in the lounge and on the two balconies. The two bedrooms are a good size and the kitchen area is well equipped with everything you need including a dishwasher & washing machine. It's within easy reach of everything in Puerto Pollenca including beach, restaurants & shops. Debbie and the agent Bob are absolute stars. When our flight was delayed it was no trouble for them to rearrange their schedules to accomodate our 11pm arrival. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely apartment

We have just returned from a 9 night stay here along with friends who stayed 7 nights. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped and nicely furnished. The location is good for beach , supermarket and restaurants. The pool area gets afternoon sun and is very private.The main terrace gets morning sun. I would highly recommend this apartment.

I now enjoy life and manage the bookings for my family's apartment in beautiful Puerto Pollensa, a resort we have been visiting for many years. We have been holidaying on the Island of Majorca since the early 70's and have got to know the island pretty well but Puerto Pollensa is our family favourite.
If there are any questions you have regarding your holiday, places to go, sites to see or wonderful restaurants to enjoy a local dish and a glass of Rioja, I will do my best to advise you.
I am sure you will love our apartment and its locality to the sandy beach, bars and restaurants whilst the apartment itself is in a residential area.
