Neubau im Jahr 2016. Nur 4 Häuser vom Strand entfernt bietet dieses Reihenhaus mit 7 Schlafzimmern und 4, 5 Bädern Platz für 18 Personen und ist der perfekte Familienurlaub. Die Stadt, Geschäfte, Restaurants, die Promenade, der Strand und vieles mehr sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Erdgeschoss ist volle Garage über die gesamte Länge des Hauses. Ermöglicht 6 Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück. Erste Ebene ist ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Etagenbetten sowie Bonusraum mit Schlafsofa und TV und Badezimmer. Die zweite Ebene verfügt über eine Master-Suite, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, ein Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Es gibt zwei Vollbäder auf dieser Ebene. Auf der obersten Ebene befinden sich eine weitere Master-Suite, ein zusätzliches WC, eine Küche, ein Essbereich mit 10 Sitzplätzen, eine Frühstücksbar mit 5 Sitzplätzen und ein Familienzimmer. Fernseher sind in 5 der Schlafzimmer.

Strandmarken, Liegestühle und ein Außengrill sind im Preis inbegriffen. Schöne Außenterrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen und Sitzbereich. Zuletzt zwei Außenduschen für Ihre Bequemlichkeit, wenn Sie vom Strand zurückkehren!

Sea Isle City - Vacation 2023

Overall very lovely experience the property needs a little help from a cleanliness standpoint. I don’t think the in between cleaning crew is doing quite the job they should but the location is great. The home is beautiful and we had everything we needed for the week that Property Manager’s been great to work with.

Nice big place, great location

Pretty much as advertised. The place could have been slightly cleaner, but it was the end of the season so I get it. The couches had a ton of crumbs and the main area rug was gross. Everything else was very clean though. The beds were comfortable, and werent the cheap kind of rickety furniture with squeaking beds that a lot of places can be. The WiFi is not good. That's pretty much the only downside, everything else was very good and I would rent here again for sure. The host was responsive to my dumb questions about the wifi and the fire place, but only responded via text just a heads up.

Great House for Large Families

This was our first time staying in Sea Isle and this house did not disappointment. We had 10 adults and 6 children for the week. The house fit us all very comfortably! House was clean and owner was very responsive. The kitchen/common area fit everyone. There was A LOT of pantry and cabinet space to put away your kitchen items if you don’t want them sitting on the counter. The top deck table was great. The mini fridge on the deck was a nice feature. The house was in a GREAT location. Everything was walkable!!!! We were able to fit two SUV’s in the garage and four SUV’s on the drive way. Everyone enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Best Family Vacation Ever!

Our family loved this property! It fit the needs of our 7 adults and 7 children fabulously! It was a pleasure to work with the property owner. The property was clean and safe. The kitchen was well stocked with accessories. The neighborhood is great. Great location to the beach and the bay. Cannot say enough good about this property! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by our entire family!

Had a wonderful long weekend at the shore. House was big enough for everyone to spread out. Communication with owner was quick. Would recommend and love to stay at again.

Family Friendly, Clean, and Dependable WiFi

Primary concern was Wifi as children are in remote learning mode from all levels (college, high school, middle school) at varying hours. Wifi DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! House is clean 98%. Upon closer inspection some rooms' floor were not thoughrouly vacuumed clean. A used Q-tip under the master bedroom for one. 2nd floor master bdrm's (far-end) ceiling light would not turn on and TV only have one cable channel. Thermostat is either getting overriden or faulty as temp would flactuate to really cold. Could be pre-programmed to summer weather but it was after labor day. Kitchen has all you need from coffee maker, bread toaster, baking pans and bowls, and blender. Overall a pleasant and relaxing experience to enjoy a private 3 floor house with plenty of garage space. Btw, the first floor game room was perfect for all our young adults and teens as a space for themselves while the adults are on the 3rd floor. Also 3rd floor is big enough to accommodate ALL of us from kitchen, bar, living room and balcony. Will surely be one of our prime rental options in the future.

Love/hate stay

Could not locate beach tags that listing states the house has. So Sat, sun and Mon we had to spend $50-$75 a day to buy tags. Contacted owner but never was replied to. Barely could get in touch with owner at all even through booking. Listing states 3 cars easily in garage but that’s a lie because there’s a 25 foot boat in trailer in garage we were able to fit 2 in garage and 3 in driveway. Owner contacted me during our first night asking to call him because neighbors were taking photos of us and claimed we were throwing a wedding. We were a group of 20 (house sleeps 20) renters all above the age of 35 some over 50. We are not children that should be reprimanded by their parents and asked to call them on a vacation. House was great set up, plenty of room but vacation wasn’t too relaxing the first few days.

Great house with a Great location!

This house was perfect for our 15. Plenty of room and TVs with cable in almost every room. Great seating arrangement with the choice of eating outside in the porch for 8-10 and a dinner table for 10 with counter space for 6! The bunk bed room was great and across from the large family/game room is n 1st floor. Plenty of parking space for our 3 SUVs plus lil BMW. The Grill was in use most nites. A lil hassle to go from 1st to 3rd floor with food but we did!! We will be back! PS - Owner was super responsive to questions and needs. The Grands gave it 3 👍👍👍!!

Book this rental today!

This house was an amazing choice for our extended wedding weekend. We rented this very clean house with full amenities for 17 people. We had a small wedding ceremony in Cape May and our extended family stayed here for the weekend. Some of us even stayed a full week! The owner was quick to answer any question no matter how small. This house is very convenient to all shore points as well.

Great beach house and owner

I along with my wife and family which consisted of 8 adults and 9 children rented this unit this last week and it was great. It is very spacious and there is everything you need for a beach vacation. This property is furnished to enjoy and all the beds were great. There is parking for six vehicles. You are very close to the beach and nightlife if you want it. The home was very clean when we checked in. My interactions with the owner were all very positive.

Awesome house, close to beach!

We had a group of 15 people in this house and it was amazing! Very clean and well cared for. The bedrooms are very comfortable and well sized. There are 2 decks but the one off the living room was great for relaxing and even had a mini fridge so you didn't have to keep running inside if you stock it. The patio furniture was nice and the additional chairs were Adirondack chairs that, even though plastic, were very comfortable! The decor was beach chic and very charming. The beds are comfortable and inviting. The owner was always easy to get a hold of and is very accommodating! We would definitely suggest this vacation home to others!!!

Beautiful, Roomy & Best Deck Ever

Beautiful house with plenty of space for everyone, the "bunk" room is huge. Kitchen is well stocked (but still room for your stuff). The covered deck off of the living room is perfect, best deck on any beach house we ever rented! House is in an excellent location, close to beach and very close to town (but not TOO close). Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Brian & Nicole !

great family vacation house

My family of 13 really enjoyed staying here. This house was clean, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the air conditioning worked great (very important, considering the heat and humidity during the July week we stayed). The owner could not have been more helpful before our arrival, answering my NUMEROUS questions promptly and patiently. Highly recommended.

Top-notch, beautiful rental

We really enjoyed staying at this perfect family getaway. There were 10 couples and 4 children staying in this rental, and we had more than enough space. The rooms and common spaces were well-decorated and pleasing to spend time in. The kitchen was well-equipped and we were able to cook meals for our large group with all of the kitchen equipment provided. We loved being so close to the 36th street beach and to downtown Sea Isle! Our trip was really special, and we hope to rent this home again in the future! I would highly recommend it!
