Schönes Haus mit 5 Schlafzimmern in der Bucht im ruhigen Stadtteil Inlet von Sea Isle City. Genießen Sie den Blick auf die Bucht, spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge und den Blick auf das Meer von der großen Terrasse aus dem Wohnzimmer. Das Haus liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Spielplätzen entfernt. Das Haus ist ein neu renoviertes 3-stöckiges Haus mit aktualisierten Möbeln und Geräten. Obergeschoss: Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, eigenem Bad und privater Terrasse mit Cocktailtisch und Gartenmöbeln. Auch auf der obersten Ebene ist 1/2 Bad, Küche, Essbereich, Wohnzimmer, große Terrasse mit Grill, Esstisch und Gartenmöbeln. Zweiter Stock: 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und Waschküche. Schlafzimmer 1 und 2 haben Doppelbetten und private Terrassen mit Gartenmöbeln und Blick auf die Bucht. Schlafzimmer 3 hat zwei Einzelbetten. Die erste Etage ist auch der Einstieg und ist der Ort, an dem sich der Schlafraum befindet. Der Schlafraum bietet Platz für 6 Personen und verfügt über eine Couch und Sitzecke. Es gibt eine Garage für 1 Auto und eine Außendusche.

Spacious property in a wonderful location

We had a fantastic time as a family of 8 with one small dog for a weekend escape. Beds for everyone, well appointed home and a quick walk to the beach’s. Plenty of parking. Stocked kitchen and gas grill was a great bonus. Also appreciated the extra mini fridge and freezer. The many decks were a huge bonus! Really comfy beds in the bedrooms! Only one better is for our preference of room darkening curtains in the primary bedroom but like I said that’s our preference of a very dark room. Owners were outstanding with communication and accommodation.

Great, clean, big duplex with plenty of decks

Nicely furnished, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms (plus an outdoor shower). Photos and description are spot on. Nice addition of beverage fridge and portable ice maker. Water views…this place has it all, and is walking distance to restaurants and shops and ice cream and breakfast places. We had a great stay!

Perfect getaway!!!

The house was absolutely perfect and just as it was listed! The house was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the kitchen cookware we needed to cook our meals! Check-in was a breeze and the owner, Tina, was extremely helpful and had wonderful communication throughout our entire stay. The views of the bay were stunning (especially during the sunset). Relaxing week at the beach

The house was large with 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The upstairs family room has lots of windows and a vaulted ceiling. Kitchen had everything we needed. Tina got right back to us if we had any questions. The house is located in Townsends Inlet and is very quiet and the beaches were never crowded. We enjoyed the nightly sunsets from the front deck or at the end of the street.

Very "homey" beach rental

Rented this home the week of 7/22/17....we had a fabulous family vacation, this home feels more like your relatives beach house then a rental. The decor is very homey and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the comforts of your own home. The very spacious living area was comfortable for our family of 6. Being able to watch GAME OF THRONES on HBO was an added bonus for us ! The walk to the beach is not to bad , but for next time I would definitely invest on a small beach cart. My family has been coming to Sea Isle City since 1950. We owned two little bungalows that we have since torn down and built two new houses. We built 209 82nd St in 2001, renovated it in the Springs of 2015 and 2023, and continue to update it annually. We own a separate house in Sea Isle and are ready to help with any suggestions to make your trip more special or if anything goes sideways and needs immediate attention.

Our house is located on the bay block of 82nd St. It's 4 houses to the bay where my children and grandchildren have grown up fishing and boating. It is a very family-friendly neighborhood with all but 2 houses being owner-occupied. We keep the house updated and revamp after every summer. The house is an easy walk or bike ride to the beach.

Our house is a few blocks from Shore Break Cafe, the cutest little bakery and coffee shop; Scoops, an adorable custard stand; and Blitz's, a fantastic grocery store. Many lovely restaurants are within walking distance from the house: Sole, Anthony's, Hanks Sauce, and Sunset Pier (you can eat and then rent a boat, jet ski, or paddleboard). There are also charming little clothing stores and a skateboard/surf shop. It's .5 miles to the ACME, CVS, many cute shops and restaurants, and the playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball fields, and a skateboard park. All the kids ride their bikes there. It's wonderful. It's two miles to the Sea Isle City Boardwalk and the town center that boasts arcades, restaurants, and adorable stores. It's eleven blocks from Avalon's bridge, which is fun to take a walk or bike ride. It's beautiful. It's two miles to Avalon's town center with delightful shops, restaurants, spas, and a little boardwalk with an arcade, a playground, and more. It's six miles to Stone Harbor's town center with excellent shops, elegant restaurants, spas, a movie theater, little arcades, and put-put golf.
