Urlaub in Luxus in diesem Marina Residences 2-Schlafzimmer / 2-Bad-Eigentumswohnung. In der obersten Etage (5.), mit Blick auf den Jachthafen und Sierra Madre Mountains vom Balkon. Das Marina Residences Condominiums liegt im Herzen von Nuevo Vallarta, Mexiko, und verfügt über einen eigenen Pool, um ruhige Nachmittage in der Sonne zu genießen, oder um Barbecue unter der großen Palapa am Pool zu genießen, oder um eine Partie Boccia zu spielen privates Putting Green. Mit jedem modernen Komfort macht Hausmannskost Spaß und ist einfach.
Ich habe gerade meine Wohnung mit neuen Matratzen, Bettwäsche und frischer Farbe aktualisiert. Das Sofa, Esszimmerstühle wurden alle aktualisiert und erholt und neue Vorhänge. Es ist wunderschön und wie neu.

Social Club-Mitgliedschaft ist mit Vermietung meiner Eigentumswohnung verfügbar - sehr wenige Marina Residences haben diese Mitgliedschaft zur Verfügung. Für eine Gebühr von 15 $. 00 USD zzgl. Steuern pro Person und Woche. Dies ermöglicht den Gästen vollen Zugang zu den Paradise Village tm "Beach Club" befindet sich nur 10 Gehminuten von meiner Tür und dem Sportkomplex und ermäßigten Preisen am El Tigre Golfplatz. Für weitere Informationen mailen Sie mir einfach.
Paradise Shopping Center befindet sich direkt gegenüber der Lane-Way macht Einkaufen für Lebensmittel, Kleidung, Souvenirs und Access-Bank, Internet-Cafés, medizinisches Zentrum, Geldwechsel, sowie Deli & viele Restaurants leicht. Telefon-Service für Ortsgespräche und eingehende Fern-und Wireless-Internet sind alle enthalten.

Master-Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad und Jacuzzi-Wanne. Es gibt so viele Restaurants und viele andere Aktivitäten nur wenige Minuten entfernt und machen dies zu Ihrer Heimat für eine Woche oder einen Monat! Our 2 bedroom condo had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. It was clean, spacious and perfectly decorated. Bedrooms were big along with the beautiful deck was awesome! Would highly recommend!

Hi Dorice, We rented the condo for one month and everything was perfect. The first thing that comes to mind is how we felt welcomed when we arrived. Lots of small attentions. the notes saying, feel free to use.... the coffee, tea, ziplocs, condiments, soap etc were really appreciated. We loaved our stay. The memberrship allowing us to go to the beach club is a PLUS. Thanks for everything

Fell short of expectations.

N No internet as the property owner had not paid the bill for the phone and internet. Very large 5 foot long box was in the living room, it couldn't be moved because of the weight. We had no water when we arrived. We were told to leave the faucets open until we had water. Air in the lines. Shuttle service had been cancelled and we had to pay for service over to El Tigre. The owner had never responded to the management's emails for us to be able to get the cards for access to the beach at Playa Royale. Cards were not available until Wednesday after arriving here on Monday. We were told there was a 15 percent discount but in fact it was 10 percent and only at the spa. Housekeeping informed us since we had arrived late because the airline had to reschedule our flight because of weather, they would not be cleaning our condo until checkout. The marina view was a stretch as it was a view of the yacht club. They was ants on the counters and it was constant cleaning them up. Mario the administrator of the complex made no effort at all to help with the internet, phone or any other concerns. He finally came on Friday to tell us the bill had not been paid. Everyone we dealt with told us the owner had never responded to their emails. We have stayed in this area in the past, never at this complex and this was by far sub standard. Giving it a 2 is generous.

As a condominium owner, I am responsible for deficiencies or problems in my condominium and then reporting them to my maintenance staff and property manager. I am unable to do that if I am not informed by the guest, during the time they are staying. Management is not able to respond to every issue within each condominium. This is not a hotel, but privately owned condominiums. Informing me over a week after your holiday through online review is not very helpful or fair. I will try to respond to your issues now. I did receive one email from the Marina Residences manager, but it was two days prior to your departure date. I immediately contacted Telmex, as my bill is auto paid directly through my Banamex account, neglecting to pay was not the problem. I then immediately, emailed our manager to let him know that the issue was being resolved by Telmex. I directed you to go directly to El Tigre office & membership cards would be issued. I had pre-registered you with their office and they were expecting your arrival. Marina Residences managers and staff have no connection with El Tigre or Paradise Village and only try to be helpful to our guests with directions etc. there should have been no delay and getting membership. I was not aware of the shuttle service to El Tigre office being cancelled and will inquire about that. My website states approx. price - I do not quote prices or discount amounts for social membership - the prices are not in my control and change frequently. I have no idea about a box left inside my condominium, will check on regular scheduled fumigation and if it was done, and why your schedule, pre-booked maid service was not done on schedule. I have booked a flight to my condominium to see what these issues are and why they are not taken care of. I have rented my condominium for many years. I travel to my condominium two times a year to ensure maintenance and upgrades are done and to ensure that my condo is in top condition. It is important to me that my guests have a comfortable, enjoyable holiday. It is disappointing to me that you did not enjoy your stay. Most of your concerns and problems could have been resolved if you had text messaged or emailed me directly, immediately. The Marina Residences is know for it convenient & quiet location with views of the marina. The staff are helpful and responsive.

Our time in this condo was amazing. The location is second to none. The facility is clean and well taken care of, it is quiet and has an amazing view overlooking the marina. Dorice was very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Fantastic stay!

Loved our stay at the Marina Residence. The unit was very clean, spacious and very well equipped. The location was awesome with easy access to the beach and Paradise Village in general. Having access to the beach club and sports/golf facilities was an extra benefit. Dorice was very easy to work with and went out of her way to ensure we had a most enjoyable stay. heaven as always.

This is a very comfortable condo. I love how the owners leave spices and condiments for use by the guests. Makes life so much easier when you are just looking for a dash of cinnamon not to have to buy a full one. Having said that, I leave behind things I acquired. Front desk staff very helpful. We enjoyed Il Pescatore more than once. A completely enjoyable vacation.

Marina Residence

I had a wonderful time at the Marina residences. All ammenities are nearby, good restaurants a close taxi away and the marina view from the patio and the private pool are very quiet and relaxing. With the mall across the street it is easy to purchase food and reduce your food costs by cooking for yourself. I highly recommend it, especially for snowbirds wanting a safe, quiet place for an extended stay.

Hi Dorice, our two month stay in your condo was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck everyday watching the boats in the marina. The complex staff were very helpful and the grounds are very well kept. Was very handy having the plaza (with grocery store) right next to the complex. We can't thank you enough and we are looking forward to our return visit.

Awesome place

We totally enjoyed our experience at Nuevo Vallarta - Marina Residences. The complex is meticulous with much pride taken in maintenance - landscaping on a daily basis. The unit is meticulous as well with the finest equipped kitchen with condiments/ utensils/cookware/dishes,etc.

Great Experience

We stayed here the first week of February, 2012. Everything was exactly as advertised or better. It was easy to see that we were staying in someone's home and not just a rental property. The owner was wonderful to work with in making all the arrangements. Being close to the yacht club and the marina was a plus for us. We will definitely consider staying here next year when we visit again.
