Wir begrüßen Sie in Playa Royale, einer der besten Resort Entwicklungen in Nuevo Vallarta. Unsere geräumigen 7. Stock direkt am Meer Studio-Einheit wartet sehnsüchtig auf Ihren Besuch. Hoch oben in Tower 1, hat dieses Gerät ohne Unterbrechung und unübertroffenen Blick auf schimmernde Palmen, kobaltblaue Pools und den endlosen Pazifischen Ozean. Und haben wir die Sonnenuntergänge ......?

Während Ihres Aufenthaltes genießen Sie alles, was Playa Royale bietet im Hinblick auf die schönen und makellos gepflegten Gelände, gesicherte Gebäude und Einrichtungen vor Ort. Angrenzend an Tower 1 ist der Beach Club, die Nahrung bietet und Vergnügen zu trinken, sowie direkt am Meer palapas für Ihren Komfort und Entspannung. Direkt aus der Haustür der wunderschönen Banderas Bay und buchstäblich Meilen von den schönsten und begehbaren Stränden zu finden sind. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Wassersport und Fitness gibt es unzählige Möglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung, und sind leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen oder eine kurze Shuttle / Taxi.

Unsere neu und scharf eingerichtete Einheit bietet die besten zeitgenössischen mexikanischen Design. Die Hauptmerkmale des Gerätes sind seine Geräumigkeit, Offenheit, Licht und natürlich die Terrasse. Im Inneren finden Sie ein Kingsize-Bett, 50 "Samsung Smart TV, Highspeed-WLAN und Möbel nach Maß finden. Das Gerät verfügt zudem über einen sicheren Parkplatz für die Autofahrer. Aber für Sonnenuntergang-Liebhaber, finden Sie es schwierig, die Terrasse zu verlassen, bevor die Sonne untergeht!

Perfect escape

Beautiful condo, grounds and building in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the oceanview patio, beach walks, palapas and recommended restaurants. Just what we needed!

Beautiful, peaceful place in Nuevo Vallarta

My girlfriend and I had a great time in and around Puerto Vallarta. The place was clean, comfortable and a great home base for all our adventures. Would definitely come back.

Paradise on the beach

Me and my Sweetheart enjoyed a relaxing week in this spacious comfortable well appointed studio. A Very quiet area with pristine grounds and well-maintained pools. I will definitely be back.

Great view vacation stay

This stay exceeded my expectation. The listing shows exactly what you will get a great view and perfect for two people! Check in and out was as easy as it can be. Pools were great! Overall experience was great!

Another Great Stay

Second time to this condo and over 30 trips to Mexico. It would be hard to find a better view or a better beach. We rented bikes for a few days and cruised up and down the bike path to Bucerias. We spent hours on the beach in the chairs provided by Barb. We had the whole beach to ourselves just south of the condo. Everything was clean and well stocked and a great size for a couple.

Excellent studio on the beach

This was our second stay at this studio. It’s roomy, very clean, comfortable and great resort. Walking distance to everything. Barb is very easy to work with. We will definitely return.

Beautiful view. Comfortable and stylish furnishings. Friendly and efficient staff.

Spending 2 weeks at Playa Royale provided us with a very relaxing environment. This unit delivered easy living with a comfortable king size bed, small couch, eating areas inside and on the balcony, well equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom with washer and dryer. Easy walking to grocery store and restaurants, but most important, a very quick stroll to the beach. We were not disappointed and plan to return.

Wonderful Stay

This condo facing the ocean was just beautiful and just as advertised. Playa Royale is a beautiful resort to stay at and very safe, the staff were all very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The only issue we had was a bit of confusion about where we could sit on the beach, but Barb was quick to help clear things up for us. I would definitely recommend staying at Barb and Bill’s condo, you won’t be disappointed.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Playa Royale. We had an ocean front view and access to all the amenities of the complex. The pool and beach palapas were very quiet and people were very friendly. All staff wore masks and were constantly cleaning. Barb’s condo is comfortable, clean and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

Beautiful Condo!!!

We stayed here in November 2018 and absolutely loved the unit. We’ve been renting various units at Playa Royale for the past 10 years and this is the best one we’ve stayed in. The unit is beautifully decorated, well maintained, and stocked with all the kitchen items you’d need. We will be renting this unit again in March 2019 and it will be our first choice when visiting Playa Royale.

GREAT Property and Studio flat on the Beach!

This property is perfectly on the beach and not too busy! The units are self sustaining and the unit we stayed in has all the furniture beautifully updated , new and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The view from the7th floor balcony is overlooking the pool and beach club and right on the beach. The sunset and sunrise views are spectacular. All you need in a lovely space. The owners were great to deal with and we highly recommend staying here.!

Great place

Frequent visitors to Nuevo and this was one of our favorites. Amazing sunsets from the balcony. Very quiet and peaceful setting. Condo was well equipped and very comfortable. We walked for miles on the beach and on the path out front every day. Easy to get to the grocery store and several great restaurants. Highly recommend. Thank you Barb for sharing your place with us. Outstanding Property and Owners

Everything was exactly as shown in the add. Great location. Right on the beach. Happy hour at the beach club nightly. You can go for a late night swim at the pool. Many family owned restaurants close by. The view from the balcony was outstanding. Beach towels and boggie board are in the unit. Short walk to the shopping mall and grocery store. The owners were really kind and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

It is time for new sheets and towels! Our sheets had holes in them, the towels were thin. The kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. It was hard to get it to work and couldn’t find hot water.

Amazing!

My wife and I have been to Nuevo more than a dozen times. At least half of those were on Floor 7 of Tower 1 at Playa Royale. We go back each year because it is our own piece of paradise. But thiis particular unit is easily a step above the others we've stayed at. The Jennings' have maintained, decorated, and furnished this unit to exceptional standards. You can tell that they treat this unit as a home, not just a place to rent out to others. We are going back to this unit for our next trip and will honestly keep booking with them as long as they'll have us!

Amazing!!!

We loved our stay here! The owners were quick to respond and were very helpful as was the staff at Playa Royale. The location is perfect. We love both sitting under the Palapas at the beach and spending time on the balcony. The sunset and sunrise from the balcony is amazing. The condo is well appointed and very comfortable. We love to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is easy to take the shuttle to the market and get supplies. We definitely want to return. We were only able to stay 5 days, but hope to return and spend a couple of weeks in the future. The Playa Royale itself is so nicely maintained. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We even saw a large Iguana on the grounds. We were not disappointed in any way with our stay here. Jim F.

Loud noise 15 hours a day.

Building one at Playa Royale used to be a delightful and quiet place to relax. The hard rock Hotel is building close by and The Construction begins at 7:30 AM and stops at 5:30 PM. That is when the parties and weddings start next-door with loud music and light shows until 10 PM. The condo unit is also tired and has not been updated. The sofa reminds me of my days at 22 years old when we couldn’t afford to purchase new furniture. It needs updating and a deep cleaning. The condo was insufficiently stocked for guest. A 2 1/2 inch bar of soap, A quarter roll of toilet paper, A small tiny bottle of shampoo are not enough for guests to make it to a grocery store. We have been staying at Playa Royale in building one for the past 18 years and this was our most disappointing experience.

My daughter and her family live in Puerto Vallarta, it was very important to me that they be able to come and spend time at the pool with us. When I first booked the owner told me that was permitted and it was not. I would not have stayed here if I had known that. She said she did not know and perhaps she did not, the owners of the condo are allowed to have visitors but not if you're renting. In the ad it does say no children that's why I reached out to her and asked. Upon entering the condo the dishwasher was full, the coffee pot was dirty and when I turned down the bed there was sand on the sheets, a big yellow piece stain on the mattress pad and a large footprint on the duvet. I reached out to the owner with pictures and she apparently reached out to the staff and they admitted to not unloading the dishwasher and cleaning of the coffee pot but insisted the sheets were clean. So I felt like she did not believe me when I said there was sand in the sheets. My first instinct was to brush it off not to take a picture . She compensated me $75 but did not send anyone up to take care of the situation. Said she would take care of it when she came out and said there was a clean quilt in the closet. There were only three bath towels, three hand towels and four washcloths for five nights two people. Her instructions say to replace anything you use. No trash bags only the ones in the bins. My daughter brought over her air mattress with clean sheets and blankets and that's where I slept. The condo itself is a nice enough unit the management of it is poor. I can't say about the rest of the complex because I spent all my time with my family not at the resort. The wristband that I was given at check-in did not work so it took us a while to figure that out. Any other place that I have rented on VRBO has been more than adequate.

Beautifully decorated seventh floor “studio“ with much space and magnificent views of Banderas Bay. Great location and with possible access to El Tigre sports club, it is a wonderful stay in Nuevo Vallarta.

When presented an opportunity to purchase this unit from a dear friend, we jumped at the chance. What can beat the view from the 7th floor? And, we love the beach, beach club and Playa Royale amenities. Now, we'd like to share all this with our guests. Enjoy!
