Amazing!

The views and location of this property are amazing! It is located right on the beach, there were plenty of beach chairs, you don’t have to worry about saving one early in the morning, they were plenty of places to swim. There’s a rooftop bar with a full menu plus an on-site restaurant.! The room itself was beautiful, spacious and well appointed.

Beautiful condo in Nuevo Vallarta

We enjoyed our stay in Nuevo Vallarta.. The property was extremely clean. The pool and beach were beautiful. The condo was very modern and updated. It was well stocked and very clean. The only problem we had was that our toilet was plugged and although we alerted our landlord right away it took a number of days to fix. By then both toilets were broken and it was an emergency. We notified the landlord and they came that evening. Other than that our stay was great and we enjoyed it immensely.

Beautiful condo in Nuevo Vallarta

The 2 bdrm/2bath condo at Maritima Playa was gorgeous- brand new, beautifully furnished, very comfortable! The unit was spotless and well equipped. This unit had a huge terrace that was nicely furnished. The building is great with multiple huge pools; a well equipped bright gym on the rooftop, very nice restaurant, well done games room, and great beach area. A couple of kinks in the unit to resolve due to newness but I think they will be handled soon. Naya Homes who handle the unit are very good in communication.

Family vacation at MarĂ­tima Playa

Clean, safe, wonderful property. This house has two comfortable beds, a huge patio, and well equipped kitchen. The pools on the ground floor are large and clean. They are not heated as far as I can tell. The pool on the roof is lovely and heated. There is a bar on the roof that opens at noon. Restaurant on the property open at 9am and serves all day. Washer and dryer in the unit. Beautiful beach with palapas, plenty of shade, and restaurant service on the sand. Only negative for us was that as a renter we were not allowed to have guests, which I can understand the reason, but we only wanted to swim with another family, not have a party or anything. Overall a really relaxing experience.

Very nice location, but some issues with the condo.

Overall the stay was OK. Great location, overall property was great, right on the beach. Unfortunately, there were problems with the condo itself. Both showers leaked badly. We contacted the site manager who had a repair guy come and a fix. Worked OK, still a bit of leaking, but much better. The patio access was not good. We had a blind fall off the first day, and it took a day to get it fixed. The patio door locking mechanism was badly damaged and we had to wait for a day for that to get fixed. It still needs work, very damaged locking mechanism.We spent quite a lot of time waiting for repairs to done, so waiting in the condo. They offered to do the repairs while we were out, but we didn't feel comfortable with that. These problems had clearly been there for a long time, should have been repaired long ago, the water leakage was causing molding issues. One small but irritating thing was there was very little paper products provided. We had to go out and buy our own toilet paper, and paper towels? This is a great location and should be a superior vacation, but I don't think the local management is paying attention to the condition of the condo, and is cutting corners to support profitability?We spent way too much time waiting in the condo for repairs to be looked after, i.e. a full day? Would go back, but not through VRBO. There are rental opportunities through an owner network. Better way to go.
