Willkommen in unserer idyllischen Villa namens Pangur Bán im ländlichen Herzen von Lajares - dem Surf- und Kulturzentrum von Fuerteventura. Wir sind perfekt in unserer ruhigen Lage, neben dem unglaublichen Vulkan und abgeschieden von belebten Straßen und Nachbarn, und dennoch leicht erreichbar von allen Annehmlichkeiten in Lajares.

Unter den vielen Highlights beeindrucken die Gäste vor allem:

Alle 385 qm des geräumigen Innenraums sind stilvoll eingerichtet, um dem Gast mit viel Liebe zum Detail gerecht zu werden. Das Layout ist für das Leben im Freien optimiert und bietet wettergeschützte Bereiche für Mahlzeiten im Freien, eine Lounge, einen Innenhof sowie Cocktail- und Lesebereiche. Alle vier Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereiche haben französische Türen, die direkt zum Poolbereich führen.

Um Ihren Komfort zu gewährleisten, verfügt die Villa über hohe gewölbte Holzdecken, die das Innere auch an den wärmsten Tagen kühl machen. Alle unsere Betten sind von höchster Qualität, um einen erholsamen Schlaf zu gewährleisten. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet.

Der solarbeheizte Pool verfügt über ein Salzwasserfiltersystem - ideal für die Umwelt und die Haut. Im Gegensatz zu Chlor wirkt sich Salzwasser nicht auf die Umwelt aus und ist hypoallergisch, wodurch Haut- und Augenreizungen vermieden werden.

Die Villa verfügt auch über einen eigenen 3500 m² großen Garten. Sorgfältig entworfen und gepflegt, ist die Anzahl und Vielfalt der schönen Arten auf dieser Insel beispiellos. Diese Gärten sind von traditionellen kanadischen Vulkansteinmauern umgeben und die Parkplätze sind mit einem elektrisch betriebenen Eingangstor gesichert.

Alle Einrichtungen für das tägliche Leben sind vorhanden (bitte besuchen Sie unsere Seiten). Bei der Ankunft erhalten Sie zusätzlich zu einer Auswahl an Pflegeprodukten in jedem Badezimmer ein Getränk und Snacks. Das schöne Dorf Lajares ist nur 3 Autominuten (15 Minuten zu Fuß) entfernt. Hier finden Sie eine Auswahl an Geschäften für alle wichtigen Dinge, darunter einen gut sortierten Supermarkt, Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und Geschäfte. The best villa we have ever stayed in

This is our 5th time to this villa. Even now, it still gives us the “wow” factor when we arrive. It is so well equipped, the bed linen is excellent and there was no shortage of towels. We look forward to returning next year.

Fantastic villa

Lovely villa in a large plot. The villa is spacious, good layout with everything you need. The location is perfect with privacy, shops and restaurants nearby, and just being able to walk out to the volcano.

Lovely property

We had a few issues the first couple of days, as there was no water. This was nothing to do with the villa, as there was issues in the village. We have stayed at this villa multiple times and love it. I would highly recommend this villa for anyone that wants quiet, luxury and privacy.

Stayed for a month !

This was our second stay at this lovely villa. We stayed for a month and we did not want to go home ! It is a spacious villa and brilliant outside space with comfortable chairs to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the fantastic sunsets. We did eat in quite a bit as the quality and price of fresh food and wine available at the local supermarket was outstanding. Just a lovely villa and fantastic pool to have lovely memories of.

Wonderful Place!!!

We rented the villa for a second time and are still absolutely satisfied!! It is very clean and very well equipped, the matresses are comfortable , it's quite and pivate. There is nothing we missed!! We'll be back in March!

Beautful villa but instructions as to how to get there well out of date and resulted in a 2- 3 hour delay in gettig into villa .Agent only arrived on third day of our 6 day stay by when we had a long list of things which did not work.Agent tried to resolve these issues but some were never resolved . "solar heated" swimming pool was frozen and pool attendant refused to switch on the auxilliary heating without owners consent which was not forthcoming

Fabulous villa in a peaceful location

This villa is perfect. I’ve stayed in it many times. The location is peaceful and on the edge of the volcano trails. A steady walk will take you to the centre of Lajares. Looking forward to returning next year!

Large private and relaxing villa

We enjoyed our stay at villa Suerte. The villa is well appointed with excellent areas inside and out, just as shown on the Vrbo website. The pool is excellent and there is no chlorine used only salt. You will need a car to stay here, but all the best parts of the north of the island are within a short drive. A place to relax and enjoy.

Great stay

We stayed in this villa the 2 last weeks of Oct. It was honestly a great stay in a beautiful villa: tranquil, no traffic at all, also no quads racing around or howling dogs during nights like we once had in El Roque. This villa has all the required amenities and more. In the beginning, the circulation pump of the pool made a lot of noise, in a way that we could not sit outside. We informed the owner about this - he made the necessary arrangements to replace it by a new one which is quieter. Working point: the dishwasher has seen better days but this didn’t bother us much.

Great villa

We had a great stay at the villa. Our kids loved the courtyard and all the rooms being entered directly from the courtyard. It is in a great location with easy access to lots of good restaurants, cafes and bakers in Lajares and then very close to a number of different beaches. We did have a little issue with the wi-fi being slow and tempermental but because we were on holiday it didn't bother us too much but would have have been an issue if we needed a reliable source such as if we were working.

This is the second time we stayed at this amazing villa and have already booked a third trip. The reason I haven’t rated this as 5* this time is the pool. We had issues with it (it went green) and it took a week for the pool guy to bring it around.

As fabulous as always

This is a superb villa. Private, tranquil, spotlessly clean & very well equipped. The new addition of the hot water boost proved very beneficial on our only one very dull day. The pool’s solar heating was very efficient, reaching a high of 27* - great for a winter sun holiday. Location allows easy access to walk the paths around the volcanoes and a steady walk down into Lajares to our favourite pastry cafe. Can’t wait to return! Thank you Andrew, Katy, Anthony & team.

Wonderful property for relaxing holiday

This was undoubtedly one of the most exceptional holiday properties we’ve stayed in (and we’ve stayed in a few!) Beautifully furnished with comfortable furniture indoors and out and every possible gadget needed in the kitchen too. Extremely comfortable beds and plenty of places to sit both in and out of the sun. The saltwater heated pool was an added bonus and the pool man kept it in perfect order while housekeeper, Emma was very attentive and the whole property was beautifully clean. We had one small issue with plumbing which was dealt with by Andrew within half an hour from England and help arrived and all was fine. We would highly recommend this property and hope to visit again in a future visit to our favourite Canary island. Graham & Gail H

Very quiet location.

Excellent villa. Kitchen well equipped. Enjoyed the pool. Little things could have easily been better. The soap dispenser in the main bedroom was nearly empty, there was no towel in the separate toilet. This wasn't a problem for us as there were only 2 of us. Disappointed that the description says..."Complementary drink and snacks are also provided on arrival in addition to a selection of toiletries in each bathroom." We did not have any complementary drinks or food. The bathrooms only had hand soap provided. Also the description says..."..secluded from busy roads and neighbours..." Yes the road is very quiet, but from the seats outside the main bedroom you can see the road and we saw skateboarders going past. Also the wall at the bottom of the garden is low and a neighbour was seen walking up and down right by the wall on his phone. It is quiet, but not secluded. The gardener arrived unexpectedly.

A week away in May 23

The villa was very pleasant and set in a tranquil location away from the the centre of Lajares at the base of the volcano. Unfortunately we spent most of our time away from the villa looking around the island and at the beach in the near by town of El Cotillo. We had been unfortunate with the weather at the villa and although bright and sunny, we caught exceptionally breezy conditions for the time of year and blowing in across the exposed area around the villa, so made it difficult to sit out by the pool area. The pool itself was lovely, clean and pleasantly warm, but getting out into the stong winds made you feel very cold. Also we managed to pick a time of year when there had been issues with local water supply and so there was no running water at the villa and so when at the villa, we made do with buying large bottles of water from the local supermarket for washing and toilets etc. We appreciate that these things are outside of the control of the owners, and am sure it would have been a more pleasant stay under more normal circumstances. The local town of Lajares was pleasant with a good selection of friendly restaurants and shops and travel to the coasts at Corralejo and El Cotillo was quick and easy. All in all we had an enjoyable stay despite everything.

Amazing - felt like a rockstar for the week!

Oh my! What an amazing house - unconventional design, with all rooms circuling an interior courtyard, so perfect for larger groups as there's ability for all to have private access to the outside space. There was just the two of us, so three rooms unused, but we happily rattled around. Everything is so well appointed and thought about - furniture and decor is high end and the owners have definitely worked through and supplied everything you might need in any eventuality - even down to a needle and thread! Nothing has been missed. The outside area is amazing, very comfortable, always sunny and the pool was brilliant - a decent size to actually be able to swim in it. This is definitely the best villa we have ever stayed in and would love to return. We dropped one star re accuracy of description, solely because the TV did not have English channels and the wifi wasn't strong enough to host our fire stick, but after a few hours of frustratingly trying and a call from the owner (thank you) we settled with Netflix and Prime already loaded onto the TV - I could get YouTube to cast to the TV, but for some reason could not mirror my phone in its entirety. Like I say, after we realised this, we were happy with the compromise. We don't mean to sound like saddos, but as publicans, we never have the opportunity at home to watch TV at home! The village is lovely, some great bars - we loved the hippy vibe at the Fuerte Vida for a beer in a frozen glass (food looked amazing too, but we missed their dining times), we also rate the Return Restobar for amazing pizzas. Thank you for sharing your home - we truly felt like millionaires for the week! Oh and we also loved the true independence of the stay, all info is supplied to self check in and out. Absolutely brilliant x

Top Villa in kleinem, aufstrebenden Surferdorf

Die Villa von Andrew ist sauber und geräumig (für 8 Personen), Küche ist top ausgestattet und hat sogar einen privatem Pool. Total ruhig - am Ende der Straße, die zum Wanderweg zu den Vulkanen führt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The moment we entered the front door and inner courtyard, we were hooked! From room to room, I could not believe how well Villa Suerte was laid out, designed and constructed. Every component was meticulously chosen & imported from around the world by the previous owners and the German construction team had perfectly and precisely built the house with no corners cut and no detail missed.

The premium build-quality definitely impressed us, and will ensure you have the best & most reliable facilities for a trouble-free holiday.

With attention to every detail - including colour changing underwater pool lights, so you can choose your favourite colour or colour sequence just for fun, you won't want to leave! and many guest return to enjoy the villa again.
