Willkommen in unserer idyllischen Villa namens Pangur Bán im ländlichen Herzen von Lajares - dem Surf- und Kulturzentrum von Fuerteventura. Wir sind perfekt in unserer ruhigen Lage, neben dem unglaublichen Vulkan und abgeschieden von belebten Straßen und Nachbarn, und dennoch leicht erreichbar von allen Annehmlichkeiten in Lajares.

Unter den vielen Highlights beeindrucken die Gäste vor allem:

Alle 385 qm des geräumigen Innenraums sind stilvoll eingerichtet, um dem Gast mit viel Liebe zum Detail gerecht zu werden. Das Layout ist für das Leben im Freien optimiert und bietet wettergeschützte Bereiche für Mahlzeiten im Freien, eine Lounge, einen Innenhof sowie Cocktail- und Lesebereiche. Alle vier Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereiche haben französische Türen, die direkt zum Poolbereich führen.

Um Ihren Komfort zu gewährleisten, verfügt die Villa über hohe gewölbte Holzdecken, die das Innere auch an den wärmsten Tagen kühl machen. Alle unsere Betten sind von höchster Qualität, um einen erholsamen Schlaf zu gewährleisten. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet.

Der solarbeheizte Pool verfügt über ein Salzwasserfiltersystem - ideal für die Umwelt und die Haut. Im Gegensatz zu Chlor wirkt sich Salzwasser nicht auf die Umwelt aus und ist hypoallergisch, wodurch Haut- und Augenreizungen vermieden werden.

Die Villa verfügt auch über einen eigenen 3500 m² großen Garten. Sorgfältig entworfen und gepflegt, ist die Anzahl und Vielfalt der schönen Arten auf dieser Insel beispiellos. Diese Gärten sind von traditionellen kanadischen Vulkansteinmauern umgeben und die Parkplätze sind mit einem elektrisch betriebenen Eingangstor gesichert.

Alle Einrichtungen für das tägliche Leben sind vorhanden (bitte besuchen Sie unsere Seiten). Bei der Ankunft erhalten Sie zusätzlich zu einer Auswahl an Pflegeprodukten in jedem Badezimmer ein Getränk und Snacks. Das schöne Dorf Lajares ist nur 3 Autominuten (15 Minuten zu Fuß) entfernt. Hier finden Sie eine Auswahl an Geschäften für alle wichtigen Dinge, darunter einen gut sortierten Supermarkt, Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und Geschäfte. Wonderful memories made with family

A luxurious and comfortable villa with a great layout, lovely pool (cleaned twice whilst we were there) and huge sense of space which was perfect for our family from 5 years old to 70. It is clean and very well equipped. We felt very secure and safe with the kids. The landscape surrounding the villa is dramatic and the beaches a short drive away are breath-taking. We fell in love with Fuerteventura on this holiday and the villa played a major part in that. Thank you.

We have stayed in the area before and you will need a car to get about, but don’t let that put you off. The village is growing and the local facilities (restaurants and shops) are excellent . A short drive away is the stunning beach of El Cotillo , and the busy town of Corralejo. The house is on the edge of the village so is lovely and private/quiet. The pool is lovely and even on the hottest days the design of the house means it stays cool.It is well equipped and the manager is quick to deal with anything that goes a miss. If and when we go back , we will look to go back here.

Large private and relaxing villa

We enjoyed our stay at villa Suerte. The villa is well appointed with excellent areas inside and out, just as shown on the Vrbo website. The pool is excellent and there is no chlorine used only salt. You will need a car to stay here, but all the best parts of the north of the island are within a short drive. A place to relax and enjoy.

Stayed for a month !

This was our second stay at this lovely villa. We stayed for a month and we did not want to go home ! It is a spacious villa and brilliant outside space with comfortable chairs to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the fantastic sunsets. We did eat in quite a bit as the quality and price of fresh food and wine available at the local supermarket was outstanding. Just a lovely villa and fantastic pool to have lovely memories of.

Lovely property

We had a few issues the first couple of days, as there was no water. This was nothing to do with the villa, as there was issues in the village. We have stayed at this villa multiple times and love it. I would highly recommend this villa for anyone that wants quiet, luxury and privacy.

Great villa

We had a great stay at the villa. Our kids loved the courtyard and all the rooms being entered directly from the courtyard. It is in a great location with easy access to lots of good restaurants, cafes and bakers in Lajares and then very close to a number of different beaches. We did have a little issue with the wi-fi being slow and tempermental but because we were on holiday it didn't bother us too much but would have have been an issue if we needed a reliable source such as if we were working.

This is the second time we stayed at this amazing villa and have already booked a third trip. The reason I haven’t rated this as 5* this time is the pool. We had issues with it (it went green) and it took a week for the pool guy to bring it around.

As fabulous as always

This is a superb villa. Private, tranquil, spotlessly clean & very well equipped. The new addition of the hot water boost proved very beneficial on our only one very dull day. The pool’s solar heating was very efficient, reaching a high of 27* - great for a winter sun holiday. Location allows easy access to walk the paths around the volcanoes and a steady walk down into Lajares to our favourite pastry cafe. Can’t wait to return! Thank you Andrew, Katy, Anthony & team.

Great stay

We stayed in this villa the 2 last weeks of Oct. It was honestly a great stay in a beautiful villa: tranquil, no traffic at all, also no quads racing around or howling dogs during nights like we once had in El Roque. This villa has all the required amenities and more. In the beginning, the circulation pump of the pool made a lot of noise, in a way that we could not sit outside. We informed the owner about this - he made the necessary arrangements to replace it by a new one which is quieter. Working point: the dishwasher has seen better days but this didn’t bother us much.

Very quiet location in a town we have regularly visited over the years. This is a lovely villa with almost everything you need for a relaxing stay. There are some signs of the villa needing some refreshing; tap on outside shower corroded and broken, tiles missing in pool particularly on steps, insect blind in master bedroom broken, outdoor furniture worn on arms. None of these were game changers for us as adults but might pose hazards for those traveling with small children (sharp edges). Our biggest problem was with water. On arrival we had no water and this cut out on two further occasions during our stay. Whilst it was quickly addressed by Anthony the maintenance man it was an inconvenience and no one wants to be that person who is constantly reporting issues. Andrew the owner was also very responsive. As I say this is a loverly villa which could be absolutely fantastic with some updates and the water issues addressed.

I am very sorry and working immediately to solve every issue. The insect blind was damaged during the previous guests stay but we were not made aware, it is being replaced now. Water we have newly installed 5000 litres to back up the existing 3500litre reserve. We did have an airlock between the tanks and that is solved, additional improvements are being made. The tiles in the pool are being repaired shortly. We do want everyone to feel valued in the Villa which we personally love and a keen for everyone to enjoy, we do have many regular visitors who have stayed 3, 4, and even 5 times so we do have a good record and are keen to maintain very happy guests. Please be assured we care for our guests.

Wonderful property for relaxing holiday

This was undoubtedly one of the most exceptional holiday properties we’ve stayed in (and we’ve stayed in a few!) Beautifully furnished with comfortable furniture indoors and out and every possible gadget needed in the kitchen too. Extremely comfortable beds and plenty of places to sit both in and out of the sun. The saltwater heated pool was an added bonus and the pool man kept it in perfect order while housekeeper, Emma was very attentive and the whole property was beautifully clean. We had one small issue with plumbing which was dealt with by Andrew within half an hour from England and help arrived and all was fine. We would highly recommend this property and hope to visit again in a future visit to our favourite Canary island. Graham & Gail H

villa suerte lajares very disapointing poor

Beautful villa but instructions as to how to get there well out of date and resulted in a 2- 3 hour delay in gettig into villa .Agent only arrived on third day of our 6 day stay by when we had a long list of things which did not work.Agent tried to resolve these issues but some were never resolved . "solar heated" swimming pool was frozen and pool attendant refused to switch on the auxilliary heating without owners consent which was not forthcoming

Very sorry you feel this way, I have actually spent hours on the phone with you explaining everything about the villa in great detail. It turned out you lost your phone with the instructions and your wife’s phone did not have any of the information required. That is why you could not find the location. Wee we do recommend supplementary electric pool heating on the cooler months as although the sun is bright it down not have enough heat to warm the water. The agent was there to meet you but could not contact you as the number they had was for the lost phone, and your wife’s phone was not a smart phone so could not navigate to the Google map or what 3 words address and location supplied. Please always share information across your group so one lost phone which can easily happen causes a disaster.
