Die Villa Mar ist ein gemĂŒtliches Haus mit 2 Doppelzimmern und 2 Zweibettzimmern im Erdgeschoss. Es gibt zwei kĂŒrzlich aktualisierte Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche, die sich beide im Erdgeschoss befinden. Im ersten Stock verfĂŒgt die Villa ĂŒber eine gerĂ€umige Lounge mit 2 Sitzbereichen und eine amerikanische KĂŒche. Die Lounge bietet einen Panoramablick auf die Umgebung. Die Villa ist mit Sat-TV, Backofen, KĂŒhlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Waschmaschine, GeschirrspĂŒler und Safe fĂŒr Wertsachen ausgestattet. Der Pool ist das ganze Jahr ĂŒber solarbeheizt und wird vom 1. November bis 30. April mit Strom versorgt. Wenn Sie eine Elektroheizung von Mai bis Oktober wĂŒnschen, fragen Sie bitte nach der GebĂŒhr. Die Villa hat auch WiFi. Willkommenspakete können zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt werden, bitte fragen Sie nach dem Preis.

Excellent stay

We had a lovely stay at Villa Mar, this is our 3rd family trip to this villa and we really enjoyed our holiday. The host (Maria) is fantastic and I can’t thank her enough for how accommodating she was.

Amazing property and amazing location

The property was beautiful and very well equipped and the location was perfect for shops, buses and proximity to the airport. We all loved our stay and were very sad to leave! Would recommend to any group looking for somewhere nice to stay, close enough to everywhere with tourist attractions but with the authentic local feel.

Lovely villa in a great spot

Lyn was amazing any queries were sorted asap. The villa was amazing. The pool area was absolutely fantastic. The position of the villa was perfect within 10mins walk everthing was there restaurants shops bars you name it was close. Thank you 😊 we had a wonderful 2 weeks holiday

Fantastic location, fantastic villa

Fantastic location minutes away from the beach and shops. A short walk into the main strip of Puerto del Carmel but also minutes away from Matagorda as well so best of both! Villa had everything you could have wanted including a great pool and spacious accommodation. Would go back as location suited me perfectly

Villamar good place for holydais

Villamar is an excellent home to spend a vacation and host a large number of guests ... the kitchen should be renovated, and the pergola on the terrace be more spacious to protect more from the sun. But overall, the house is excellent, close to everything, and away from it all.

Wonderful Base to enjoy Lanzarote

Very clean, tidy Villa. We had a wonderful week, enjoyed the pool and it is very close to Rancho Texas and maybe a 15 minute walk to main strip. Very close to local shops, great beer in local Indian beside the spar 2 mins walk. 7 of us stayed , everyone would go back and we will :)

Great to getaway

We had a fantastic time, pool very good, cleaned regularly and temperature was ok. Villa a little tired in places but acceptable. We had one or too little bits to feedback on which I have done privately and the owner was very quick to respond and grateful for the feedback. Overall, we had a good time.

Wonderful holiday

We had a lovely second visit to the villa. We had looked forward to returning since our last visit. The host Lynn is very accommodating and the management company are very responsive, we had an issue with the kettle and a new kettle was immediately provided within 30 minutes of being reported. The pool was maintained regularly throughout our stay. We had a wonderful holiday here and would like to return.

Massive villa everything you need 20min walk to start of strip. Villa itself is a little dated, could do with a refurb, bit of a walk to empty bins. No English Channels. Swimming pool was good and plenty of towels Don’t think would rebook but still a nice place for a big family as 4 bedrooms. Thank you

Another great stay

This is not the first time that we have rented this villa. It’s ideal for our family of 9 ranging from age 71 to 7. You can always find a quiet spot in the villa as there are various places to sit and rest. The pool area is fantastic, we paid extra for pool heating which was well worth it as there was always someone in the pool all day. It was so easy to book and nothing was too much trouble, Lynn even arranged taxi’s for us. I would recommend this villa

lovely

Stayed here for 10 days, lovely, relaxing and peaceful. We too had no wi-fi, but after calling into their office in the hotel, one of the ladies and engineer came round and fixed it. The pool was full and clean. The pool guy came twice while we were there, also we asked if we could stay late as we had a late flights and the girls in the office said no problem as no one was in the villa after us, they were so friendly and helpful. Can, t wait to go back

Third Time Lucky !

We were all very pleased with the villa after we had to cancel it twice due to the pandemic. the children loved the pool. It was spacious and well equipped. The only problem was that the z-bed was not made up when we arrived but luckily not all of our party arrived at the same time and it was rectified fairly quickly. We were very pleased with the management storing our luggage before our late flight home. Would certainly come again.

Family of 10

Wonderful 10 day family holiday. The villa had plenty of space for 10 of us and had everything we needed. Pool was amazing, kids (including the big ones) had a ball. Not too far from the local shops/restaurants/bars and a few mins walk from the beach. PDC 35 minute walk which we did several times as it was a lovely walk. Also buses every 20 mins. Excellent communication with Lynn. We highly recommend this property...my partner proposed at the villa so its a property/holiday we will never forget. Our only negative is that time went far too fast. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic villa great value and fabulous pool

We have just had the most wonderful time staying in Villa Mar. We were amazed that the villa was so close to the beach and strip for the price we paid . It is a fantastic holiday base for any large group. The pool is beautiful and well kept . Pool man called most days to check . We ordered a welcome pack which is advisable to get you started . The management company are just located at the bottom of the hill and could not do enough for us. They were so friendly and helpfull Arranging taxis , tours, and even got us a hire care at a great price. They also have baggage storage facilities and showers which we had to use on last day as there was an arrival just after us. Thank you so much to all the team!! We are already organising next year!!

Not described properly

Description read Puerta Del Carmen. Property was in Los picollos, which was too far out for us. Also the villa sat up on a hill, all of our party struggled with this. The villa itself was big, plenty of room tho was pretty dated and in need of upgrading, some Tlc. Some crumbling plaster, sockets not working, hole in wardrobe door, ensuite door sticking, got locked in a few times, curtains hanging off upstairs lounge, which I noticed had been commented on before but never fixed. We cleaned bathrooms kitchen etc before using. Overall villa pretty tired looking. Outside space was fabulous, with a decent sized pool. We spent most of our holiday here. Im sorry but would not return to this villa. Host really good though with communication, couldnt fault her.

Lovely villa , excellent host, brilliant location

The villa was great there was so much space, there were 9 of us in total and not once did we feel on top of eachother. The furniture is abit dated the drawers in the double bedroom need changing they constantly fall off the runners when opening and closing them. The 3 sofas on the lower level are all abit worn out and out of shape which makes them uncomfortable to sit on, however the 2 sofas on the higher level are beautiful and very comfy. The pool is amazing and plenty of loungers and chairs to sit and relax on outside. There’s 3 fridge freezers which was very useful as there was 9 of us. Location is perfect it’s not too far to walk to the strip of PDC or to the shops at Matagorda but if you’re not feeling like walking there is literally A bus stop at the bottom of the hill. The Host Maria was fantastic from start to finish every query I had was answered either on the same day or by the next morning at the very latest. She arranged the taxis back to the airport for us which was very helpful. The only downside was the maid service they came once( on the 7th day) in the 17nights that we were there and they literally just came in and made the beds they didn’t give us any clean sheets which was abit disappointing I wouldn’t have even minded if they just stripped the beds and left some clean sheets for us to put back on the beds ourselves once a week . Other than that and the pesky tinyants everywhere I would definitely stay here again

NICE WEEK AWAY

The villa was located very close to a few bars, restaurants, and a Spar a further 5 mins walk took you into Piccolos which was a lovely area. The villa itself was a wee sun trap with all the layout and facilities as read, Although on our arrival there was no electricity, all switch's on and when I called the number to enquire there was no answer. (Eventually called the number that I was not to call except in emergencies) after 2 hourts of phoning and searching the villa it was put right. Beds comfortable except the middle room with 2 single beds, even my 9 year old grandson could'nt sleep in either of them extremely uncomfortable. Tried to get the satellite working but to no avail all week, had the handyman in looking but that did not help either, a bit disappointed about that as having 3 kids under 9 it would have helped a great deal. Overall we enjoyed the holiday and villa, but for the price we paid and the problems we had, I would'nt book again. Last thing, we were never visited by anyone in management or owner.
