Dieses wunderschön gestaltete und komplett renovierte Studio-Apartment befindet sich im begehrten Komplex Parque Santiago 1 direkt am Meer. Der Pool ist in den Wintermonaten beheizt. Es gibt ein separates und komplett modernisiertes Badezimmer mit Duschkabine, Waschbecken und WC. Separate moderne voll ausgestattete Küche, Wohnbereich und Balkon. Die Wohnung wird über einen ferngesteuerten Deckenventilator mit Ventilator gekühlt. Der Balkon ist ideal für Mahlzeiten im Freien und bietet einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Das Studio ist mit dem Aufzug erreichbar. Vor Ort gibt es ein Café / Poolbar, ein Restaurant, einen Supermarkt und einen Schönheitssalon. Da es sich um ein privates und sicheres Gebäude handelt, hat der Komplex Sicherheit vor Ort und der direkte Zugang vom Komplex zur Küste erfolgt über gesicherte Tore. Alle Annehmlichkeiten und exzellente, erschwingliche Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Von der Strandpromenade aus erreichen Sie Los Cristianos und das Zentrum von Las Americas bequem zu Fuß. Es gibt 6 lokale Golfplätze und Wassersportmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Tenerife break

The studio apt was perfect for a weeks break, it had everything required to make life easy while on holiday and was ideally located for some good restaurants and bars. Great communication from the owners and easy entry on arrival, would definitely recommend especially with the revamped pool on the complex !!

Apartement near the sea and restaurants in playa de las americas!

We had a wonderful holiday in playa de las americas. The apartment is near the sea and there were always parking lots to find (even if we had to wait for it some short time on the weekends). Everything you need is nearby: Restaurants, bars and some shopping centres. The apartment itself was very quite and we used the kitchen every day to cook some dinner. The owner are very friendly and always helpful no matter what concern. We plan to come back next year and really enjoyed our holidays there!

Posizione eccellente... Consigliatissimo...

Come già detto la posizione dell'appartamento è eccellente . Comodo al mare, a soli 500 mt. dalla fermata dei bus Tista da e per l'aeroporto Sur (Centro commerciale Zentral Center) e 100 mt. dal mare. L'appartamento è ben arredato, pulito, e accessoriato a dovere. Tutti i nostri pasti li abbiamo consumati sulla terrazza. La televisione riceve i canali italiani ed esteri. E' stata una vacanza bella e rilassante. Un grazie particolare al proprietario disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza e un grazie agli operatori di HomeAway che avendoli contattati si sono prontamente resi disponibili.

Lovely complex with the best pool we have used in Tenerife

The studio was quite small, but clean and had everything we needed. The beds were not great and could probably do with updating, we did not really have a good nights sleep while we were there. The kitchen has all you need to self cater, but again some of the pots and pans could do with updating, they were very well used. Great storage for such a small apartment. The balcony is small but sweet, but the only problem is you don't get any sun on it, so was a little bit dull most of the time. Overall the apartment will provide sufficient for short stay for a couple and we could not complain about the owner, who was extremely responsive and helpful. When the internet went down (which also controls the TV channels), when we contacted him, he sorted it out immediately for us, so great service. The complex is in a really good location near to most things and has a good selection of restaurants and bars nearby so a good base.

Thank you for your review, I totally agree with you the complex is lovely and as you have stated with the one of the best pools in Tenerife. As you have also mentioned in your review the apartment is lovely and clean and well equipped with everything needed to enjoy your stay. As you also noted the complex is close to all amenities and in an excellent location and that is one of the reasons that we purchased it. In regards to the size of the apartment, you booked a studio apartment not a one bedroom apartment which is reflected in the price you paid. For a studio, our apartment is actually of a good size as it has a separate bathroom, separate kitchen area and separate balcony with lots of storage. In response to your comment about the beds we did a lot of research regarding the firmness of the mattresses. We therefore purchased medium mattresses last year as we felt these would suit the majority of our guests. Thank you for acknowledging the great service that we provide as owners and how responsive we are to our guests if there were any issues.

My Wife and I loved our stay in this well equipped well looked after apartment. It is ideally situated on the promenade,close to all the bars and restaurants. The complex it's self is well maintained with a large swimming pool and plenty of sun beds.

Lovely apartment and holiday

From the moment of booking everything went smoothly and communication with the owner was excellent. They provided full details and were able to answer questions very promptly. Apartment was perfect for our needs, very clean and tidy and centrally located. The complex is well maintained and ideal for visiting Playa de las Americas. Definitely be returning and would recommend to all.

Absolutely Faultless

My wife and I stayed at this apartment from July 18th to 25th. It was a fantastic apartment. The place was spotless and a pleasure to have it as a home from home. It had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice relaxing break. The complex itself is wonderful too, the pool area was quiet and very clean also. We will be back. 10/10

The situation is perfect. There are many cafes and bars to enjoy very near by and the location is very up market. There are many lovely shops and a theatre. The area is flat and directly on the seafront where you can walk to Los Cristanos without encountering a hill. There are water sports and walking, also Golf courses, there is something for everyone. The complex and apartment are beautifully maintained with all your needs catered for.

The complex is beautifully maintained, with pretty gardens. The pool bar offers good value food and drinks all day and offers use of computers for a small charge. The pool is well maintained with seating area and changing rooms and shower and toilet at the poolside. The complex is situated right on the sea front and is flat with lots of cafes and bars. The apartment is beautifully maintained and has its own wifi and the television has English channels. There is a lovely balcony to eat al fresco.
