Nadine is so communicative and helpful! Just that alone makes the stay at her property worth it. She knows the ins and outs about Disney and she will give you insider tips!! The house is welcoming and clean! The pool is relaxing and we really enjoyed ourselves.

We had a great time and the home was very clean and well looked after. Our host Nadine was very gracious and kept in contact to make sure everything went well. It was a great place to stay with our family. Was the best of both worlds, we had a spacious house to stay in and an accessible resort facilities to use. It's also Central to a lot of attractions. We had a great time and will definitely comeback again for another vacation.

Holiday getaway

Nadine was an absolute pleasure to deal with any issues that arose she was on top of her game and came down personally to attend to. Would highly recommend this home with its beautiful views and atmosphere.

Beautiful stay

This house is just as pictured. The pool and hot tub are great, but my favorite part is the stunning view! Great location! Nadine is available and accomodating to all our needs! We hope to be back again!

Disney Vacation

Great place to stay. Convenient and close to all the theme parks. Property was spacious it accommodate our family of 10 (6 adults, 2 teens, 2 children) nicely. The pool and the spa was very well used on our relaxing days away from the theme parks. Later in the evenings all enjoyed the games room. Would rent this house again.

AWESOME STAY

This house was outstanding. It was very clean and well prepared for our stay. The pictures are exactly how they look on the site. The owner was very nice and was very quick with any questions or concerns I had for our week long stay. I will most definitely be coming back.

Great Stay

Loved the place and location. Host was awesome. Only downside is that I thought there was a hot tub by the pool. It’s at the clubhouse. Other than that, no issues.

Felt like home

The property is amazing. It is beautifully and detailed set up to ensure a pleasant stay. The sunsets can be enjoyed from the comfort of the pool and hot tub, it's very relaxing. Last but not least, Nadine is truly a super host. She made sure we found everything right and was very attentive and helpful all the time.

Relaxing

The property is beautiful, the deck and pool area is large and the sunsets are wonderful. The house has lots of space and is well stocked with the items that you need. The owner is very conscientious. She takes pride in her property and wants everyone that uses it to have a wonderful time there. Couldnt be happier with this location

Best vacation rental experience ever!

Super communication with our host! Fast and informative answers. Nadine went above and beyond to help our family have a fun week. House is exactly as described. Beds are all comfy. Plenty of room for our family of 10. We will be booking here again for future family gatherings.

Perfect place for our family to stay!

Our stay here was perfect! The host Nadine was so helpful and accommodating to our needs. We had four teenagers who all enjoyed the stay as they each had their own room and sperate living quarters upstairs. They also enjoyed the freedom to be able to go to the resort pool and the gym. There were even tennis racquets and balls to use on the tennis courts which we took advantage of. The view of the lake behind the pool was great. The pool was great. The house had everything we needed to make all our meals. Thank you Nadine, for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic!

We enjoyed our one month stay at Nadine’s beautiful home. Everything was just as promised. She was very responsive to answer any questions and bent over backwards to make sure everything was just right. The only downside was dealing with the Solterra staff, especially at the pool. Nadine was quick to intervene there as well.

It was a fantastic experience . House was exactly as advertised . We had 3 lads 16+ yrs old . Between the pool , games room and games system , they were never bored . Perfect Vacation get a way

This was our first family vacation and we stayed at this property with two other families (11 in total with 6 adults and 5 kids ranging in ages 6-10). The house was absolutely beautiful and spacious. There was more then enough room for us all to have our own privacy and also space for us to hang out together. The pool was a great size, clean and heated nice and the hot tub was a great bonus!!! The location was good. Our trip focused around Disney parks and they were easy to get to (first time driving in Florida) and there was lots of stores in the area if we needed to pick up things. The owners and property managers were very easy to reach and checked in frequently to make sure our stay was running smoothly. We had a wonderful vacation and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Loved the our stay.

The house was well maintained and perfect for our group. There was plenty of room, including two areas for sitting and watching tv. We spent the majority of our time out in the pool which was very private. I cannot say enough about our host Nadine. This is our 5th time renting a house in Florida, never before have we had such an attentive, kind host. Even before we got here Nadine reached out. When we arrived she ensured we had a welcome basket of esssential foods, cereal, sugar, tea, milk etc. The power went out in the area and not sure what to do I sent her a message. She responded right away even though it was the middle of the night where she lives. I would absolutely rent here again. Thanks

Second time at this beautiful home

This is the second time we have rented this home and would have been more if Covid didn't happen. There are so many advantages to this home. Clean, size, pool area and view, game room, location to clubhouse, at a dead end street, communication with Nadine and I am sure many more that I am missing. Nadine is very responsive to any requests or problems and follows through to make sure everything has been taken care of. The traffic is very heavy in this area, so you need to give yourself some extra time. There was construction in the area so that may have been part of the reason. Traffic is busy no matter where you stay in the Disney area. Thanks Nadine for a wonderful time. We look forward to renting again next year.

Lakeside Villa

The house was exactly as listed. We appreciated the attention to detail that the owner has put into the house. It is the perfect place for families of small children: cabinet locks, safety alarm on doors to pool, pack ‘n plays, baby bath, high chairs. Our kids are teens and they loved the game room and pool. The extra details like laundry baskets in every room, pool towels, Trash bags, starter basics (dishwasher/laundry pods, paper towels, toilet paper were great. The house was clean and comfortably furnished. The small issue we had was taken care of within 24 hours. The neighborhood pool and gym were a great amenity we enjoyed having. The only detail to note in summer is traffic. When booking in spring the drive time to Universal was 27 minutes. However the summer (July) traffic made it close to an hour no matter what time of day. Other than that challenge, we thoroughly enjoyed the property!

Just what we were looking for!

We thoroughly enjoyed our six week stay here. The view from the lanai was amazing. Lots of beautiful sunsets and palm trees. Our guests even commented on how nice our view was from the other houses around us. Pool heat was perfect. We had one instance where we loss pool heat due to a power surge and Nadine contacted the pool guy and they came out right away. Nadine is responsive to all requests, very accommodating and follows up to make sure everything is taken care of. Great location to clubhouse and at the end of a dead end street so no heavy traffic. House was clean and very modern. We did not have one issue with bugs the entire time we were there. The only complaint I have is that the resort does not recycle but this is out of Nadine's control. She is working on trying to get this changed and I thought it would be good to put in the review so she can show the association that she has guests that are concerned. We have already booked again for next year and pray this Coronavirus is not going to stop us from enjoying another visit to this home. Thanks Nadine.

Nadine & Yogan made our stay extra special with the little extras they provided, snacks, juice, cupcakes & games for the kids. The house & pool were everything we were hoping for & we had an awesome time. The kids loved the pool & I think they may have liked it even more than going to the Disney parks lol. We didn't have time to go to the club area, but it looked beautiful. We all agreed that we would definitely book here again. Also, the convenience to Publix & other stores was great.
