Perfekt für die exklusive Vermietung von Großfamilien oder Gruppen von Freunden gleichermaßen, wird jeder eine Ecke unserer 40 Hektar finden, um sich zu verlieben. Genießen Sie den großen Garten mit Obstgarten, Kräutern, Terrassen, BBQ und luxuriösem beheizten Pool, der 13 Stunden Sonne pro Tag hat. Der Hof ist umgeben von schönen Scheunen aus dem 13. Jahrhundert und unseren Wäldern mit Wegen, Schaukeln und Höhlen. Unsere Wiesen bieten Spaß und Interesse für jedes Alter. Das imposante, restaurierte Bauernhaus aus Stein mit seinen Balkendecken und Pfannendach bietet eine komfortable und praktische Umgebung. Die große Küche ist perfekt, um ein Festmahl zu kochen, wenn der Grillmeister außer Dienst ist. Wenn es Ihre Nacht ist, kann ich Ihnen empfehlen, die Sonnenuntergänge über dem Perron-Tal von der Südterrasse aus zu nutzen, sich mit einem Buch oder einem Spiel im Lesesaal zu vergnügen oder ein sanftes Boulespiel im Innenhof zu spielen? Fantastic long weekend

We were absolutely delighted with our stay. The house is great, spacious and perfect for a group of friends. The outside area is gorgeous with a pool and many areas to relax. We can’t wait to come back.

We had a great time at the property and was a great bass to explore the area. We drove to Carcassonne which is well worth the drive, we also visited the prehistoric parc which is a lovely drive. Bossot was also worth the drive with stunning views and also visited the zoo. St Girons market on saturdays is again worth a visit, Azir caves and the reptile centre which is probably less than an hour away again is worth the visit. Thank you from all of us

We had a lovely stay at Luke’s house for a family celebration. Luke was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish. On arrival, Hélène, the housekeeper, gave us a warm welcome and showed us around the property, which was much appreciated.The house itself is spacious, comfortable, and set in a lovely rural location. It has plenty of great amenities – the playroom, ping pong, and go-kart were big hits with the kids – and lots of room for everyone to relax and spend time together.Overall, it was a great place for our family gathering.

Great family holiday

We stayed at esbayles to be quite near chateau martory for a family wedding. Lovely old house with loads of room for family - well equipped & with a super heated pool which made the holiday. The house is set deep in the country side and the peace and tranquillity is palpable. I highly recommend a holiday here.

A beautiful charming farm house in a picturesque setting. Group of nine enjoyed the ample space and fantastic facilities for a brilliant week. Location is great with only a 50 minute drive from Toulouse. Will certainly be looking at a return visit.

Great week with a group of families

Had a great stay in a beautiful and quite location. We were there with 3 families (6 adults, 8 children). The place was more then big enough and had everything we needed and more. There is a kids playroom, and outside a tennis table. The pool was great! Helène was very good in communication and helped us when we had a flat tire. Great place!

Arriving at the villa, Hélène was waiting for us and kindly giving us detailed instructions. We were with a family of 14 people, and had more than enough beds available. The swimming pool was amazing and very big. One minor detail was the overwhelming amount of ants in one bathroom. Luckily Hélène is easily reachable, so she would come over asap if needed. Would definitely recommend!

throughly enjoyed our stay , loved the outside area and the pool , children enjoyed the toy room and the facilities. Unfortunately the weather was not great but we had lots of fun playing table tennis and boules . Disappointed that many of the cafes were closed in the area so had to travel further afield .

Family stay

We stayed with the family (14) for 10 days in this authentic house. Rooms are spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Swimming pool fantastic and close to the house, ideally to keep an eye on the children. Closest shop 7 mins by car. Very friendly and helpfull welcome and assistance. All in all we had a wonderfull stay.

Extremely helpful property owner who answered all of my queries promptly. The house is in a beautiful unspoiled location with magnificent pool. The property was typically French with lots of character.We were 3 generations from 1 yr old to 82 yr old and all of us had a great time.

Wonderful house!

This is a wonderful place to spend a holiday. Ideal for our large family group which included a toddler grandchild. Rooms are large and well appointed, and included a small playroom with toddler toys - a happy surprise! The pool's perfect, and the grounds extensive. Our communication with the owner and the local property managers was always prompt and helpful. And the local region is delightful. Highly recommended!

Excellent family holiday

Esbayles is a wonderful property ideal for a great holiday with a large group of family and friends. The house and grounds offer an excellent atmosphere and the opportunity to relax with a great sized swimming pool and garden. The large woodland areas on the estate offer lovely opportunities to walk and are great for the children to play in. The location of Esbayles offers great access to the Pyrenees and other attractions and locally there are beautiful little villages and an amazing Gorge. We all loved it so much we stayed an additional couple of days.

A generous holiday home

We spent a fortnight here with 4 generations of family. There’s lots of space and loads to do with badminton, table tennis, boules, swimming pool (beautifully kept and heated) and lovely walks in the vicinity. This is a large, generous house with everything you need (swimming towels galore, candles, mosquitos coils etc all to hand) and a very well equipped kitchen. Thanks Luke, Brian and Eileen for a memorable holiday.

Huge well appointed house

Large bedrooms, and well kitted out kitchen. Plenty of space in living areas and various tables, inside and out, to eat at. Loads of kids toys etc if you had youngsters in tow, though we were 6 adults. Great heated pool. Helene and Sandro presented the whole place brilliantly, and provided lots of info about the area.

Perfect for Family Get-Together

Perfect for family get-together, spacious and comfortable, ample bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Tranquil setting and a large swimming pool that we all enjoyed. Plenty of outdoor furniture and large table enabling some quality open-air eating together. Lovely surroungings, birdsong and for us the right time of year to enjoy drifts of wild orchids. Housekeepers Hélène and Sandro gave us a great welcome on arrival and had beautifully prepared the house for us. Our holiday at Esbayles exceeded expectations.

Family holiday

This is a spacious house, able to accommodate our 3 generations of family, totalling 16, making use of the annex as well. The kitchen is well equipped so there was no problem catering for this number. The rooms are simply furnished but everything needed is provided. There are plenty of toys for children and of course the lovely pool is a great attraction.The area is very peaceful and rural. There are walks from the house, including through the woods to Aurignac in about 50 mins.

Wonderful family holiday home

Hàving been 2 years ago, we knew how great Esbayles is for a family holiday.We were not dissappointed on our return visit. The information provided before and after we arrived was excellent and accurate in every detail. Esbayles was clean and in good order , and when we had a slight problem with the pool one morning, Brian the caretaker appeared promptly to start repairs which were then efficiently carried out. We have already recommended Esbayles to many friends and will continue to do so The restaurant in Aurignac, Le Cerf Blanc, was much enjoyed by our family.

Beautiful Secluded Farmhouse

We spent a week in this beautiful, rustic (yet extremely comfortable) secluded farm house in the foothills of the Pyrenees. The house was extremely clean, spacious and all mod com's were in perfect working order. Our week was during a heatwave and temps got up to 42C but the house was always cool inside and it was never uncomfortable. The pool (and surrounding area) was perfect for a small or large group. All in all, a wonderful stay. Highly recomended

Gorgeous situation and well equipped.

This was a working team building trip for a group of 12. We loved our stay at Esbayles. The property is very well equipped - we ate in every night taking it in turns to cook and everything we needed was to hand. Bathrooms etc all modern and great water pressure. The pool and the views from the pool were to die for. There was also fabulous walking in the hills around the property. You do need a car though - there is nothing in the immediate vicinity, not even a cafe. However there are great facilities in the local towns.

We stayed for two weeks at Les Esbalyes on the edge of the Village of Boussan close to Aurignac as a family group made up two Grand Parents, four parents and five children. The house was perfect with a lovely large garden, lots of room indoors as well as a swimming pool; all of the rooms were large and airy - we were never too hot even in August! The local area is great for peaceful exploration with shops and places to eat in Aurignac, this part of the world is also good for exploring with the Pyrennees in easy distance as well as the very peaceful area to the west including the delightful Lombez and Samatan with their amazing architecture - it is not a "touristy area" but is a great place for a holiday with Boussan a great centre.

Relaxing Holiday in beautiful Boussan

Esbayles was a perfect house for our 2 families to enjoy a fun and relaxing holiday. We were a group of 10, a mixture of older teenagers, young adults and the middle aged! The house is beautiful, spacious, cool , and looks out on to it’s beautiful garden setting. Badminton, table tennis were enjoyed, but in the heat the fantastic pool with salt water rather then chlorine was just fantastic - agreed by all the nicest pool we’ve experienced on various hols. We enjoyed cycling , running, breathtakingly beautiful hikes in the Pyrenees, swam in gorgeous natural lakes, enjoyed local markets and sampled local restaurants. The house is well equipped for cooking for large groups, so we enjoyed a lot of meals outside! Lots of lovely places to visit. Bryan and Eileen were a lovely team, and ready to help with anything. We would love to return to this quiet, friendly, beautiful house and part of France. Strongly recommend!
