Gehen Sie nach rechts auf einem schönen Küstenweg zu den berühmten Dünen. Die Villa selbst ist auf zwei Ebenen und ist voll ausgestattet. Die Villa Consuela befindet sich in idealer Lage, nur 8 Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Corralejo entfernt. Wahrscheinlich die am besten gelegene Villa in Corralejo.

The property was fantastic, the postion ,view was amazing. The property manager Gillian was also amazing, there was a minor repair required on our stay which Gillian faclitated so we had minimal disruption ,only compainnt is we couldnt stay longer

Amazing location

The house is in a breathtaking location with stunning ocean views. Beach restaurants are just a few minutes walk away but the villa is in such a position that you are unaware of them. We had an amazing holiday, making use of the pool everyday, and walking along the beach to restaurants every night.

Fantastic in so many ways

Great place with fantastic views, v short walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Location was quiet. Gillian the property manager addressed any issues promptly, v nice lady. Property had lots of space. V nice property to relax and watch the world go by.

Perfect location, perfect views

We are regular visitors to the island but have never stayed so centrally or with such beautiful views. The pool and outdoor area are amazing and the 5 minutes walk into town were lovely. The villa itself is a lovely size and is adequately equipped for a family stay.

Lovely villa in awesome location

We stayed for a week at Villa Consuela in Corralejo FuerteVentura. The booking process was easy. The owner answered all our queries. The check in process was really simple. The Villa was very well equipped and spacious and perfectly situated right on the beach. We couldn’t have asked for better.

PROBABLY THE BEST SIGHTED VILLA IN THE RESORT.

Everything you need for a Villa based holiday, with the added bonus of a reliable and friendly local manager. My only complaint ,and its a small one, was that there was not air conditioning in all the bedrooms.

Great place to stay

Just back from a great week of winter sun staying in this lovely beachside villa. Perfect spot overlooking the bay, always plenty of watersport activity to watch. Small beach directly out the front of the villa and only a short walk to the nearest populated beach. Highly recommend Sunset Lounge, right turn from the villa walk along the beach. Plenty of great places to eat out but all the facilities of a home that you would need to stay in. Will 100% return and recommend.

Great location, property a bit tired

Great view from patio and adequate equipment for the 5 of us. Let us early check in + late out. Lots of niggly issues; sticking entrance door, dishwasher broken, several lights plus a ceiling fan not working, shower hose leaking.

Hi Nick, thanks for your information. The dishwasher was replaced. All the ceiling fans were working, one has a weird two way light switch : Pity you didn't mention it to Gillian and she would have replaced any bulbs, told you about the switch and replaced the shower hose. The front door is stiff to open as on the sea front tends to swell and retract. kind regards Caroline

Cant really say much about this villa that adds to what already been said.Cant fault it. When we made our way towards the villa I thought it looked really small for a 4 bedroom. Once inside however it was really big. Once inside you have a large open plan kitchen and living area. A large bathroom and a main bedroom with on suite. Downstairs 3 other bedrooms and a bathroom, utility room and games room. Open the living room patio doors takes you onto decking then a swimming pool, not the biggest but big enough and then straight onto the beach and fabulous views of the see and Lanzarote.A short walk along the beach and there's plenty of bars and restaurants.If you leave via the main gate, turn right and a 5 minute walk and there's a few restaurants where you can have breakfast or a meal. I can recommend the Castle Kitchen for breakfast. !00 yards or so further on and you come to the main strip, bars restaurants and shops.The villa isn't 5 star accommodation but its is very good and well worth considering for a holiday. I only go to places my wife tells me we're going but we both agree this villa is top of the list if we go back to this island.

The biggest disappointment was the fact that the Villa was advertised as having air conditioning, (a prerequisite for us,) but it is only present in the master bedroom and not in the main living area or the remaining three bedrooms. We felt that this was very misleading advertising. This was made much worse by the fact that the one and only air conditioning unit was broken and not working, and we got a message to say that it may, or may not, be fixed during our visit there. (It wasn’t !) Air conditioning aside, all rooms have large ceiling fans, which along with open windows does allow for adequate cooling in the downstairs bedrooms. Having said this, one downstairs bedroom fan was not working at all, and one more was only As well as a sticking front door, the bathroom door downstairs whilst opening fine, jams shut, which led to one of our party getting trapped in there for a few minutes before someone else was able to open the door from the outside.In the kitchen, there was not enough cutlery and crockery for the amount of people the Villa can accommodate. There was was only 5 knives in the cutlery drawer, and there was 5 of us in the Villa. There was only one decent sharp knife available for food preparation. The supplied tea towels were filthy and looked like they had been used to clean the floor.Overall, we thought that the Villa was very tired and dated and unloved, and in desperate need of an update and upgrade, especially compared to other villas on the complex

The Villa is advertised with Aircon in the master bedroom only. On the day of Kevins arrival the aircon packed in with no warning. We immediately got in contact with the technician who never answered. We ordered a new unit but being Fuerteventura it did not arrive until 6 weeks later. The downstairs fan was working perfectly but had to be switched on at wall switch then using remote control but Kevin never mentioned this. We were in the Villa several times trying to please Kevin and dropping in extra fans but he never once raised these issues.

Stunning location but villa would benefit from updating to bring it up to 5 stars.

This villa was in a fabulous location with beautiful views of the whole waterfront area of Correlejo including the harbour with Lanzarote in the distance and Los Lobos straight ahead and it had it's own gate to the beach. It was in a quiet area among other beachfront villas but it was only a short walk to the main shopping areas and excellent restaurants. The villa had excellent WiFi (apart from one day when it was unavailable) and Sky TV. However when we arrived on Saturday Keith, the manager, informed us there was an electrical problem and a fuse had tripped which meant that the pool was not filtering (and as the water was already green probably hadn't been for a few days). The same fuse affected the boiler, the washing machine, the cooker and hob. Keith tried his best over the next 2 days to sort this but it wasn't until an outside light was disconnected on Monday that the problem was solved. Due to the electrical problem it wasn't possible to clean the pool initially and the pool was only finally declared fit for use on Thursday but it still looked dirty round the edges at the top of the water and certainly didn't look inviting so we never used it. The villa could definitely do with some modernisation. There is only one socket in the kitchen for the kettle, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. There is a 3 point extension lead but we had to use this downstairs so we could have hot water the first 2 days. The bathroom upstairs vented into the ensuite through louvred panels and there was no vent in the ensuite so both seemed damp. The location and setting of this villa makes it potentially deserve 5 stars but due to the problems we had and the fact that the villa is in need of some renovation and not up to the standard of other villas we have used in Fuerteventura we could only give it 3 stars. If we hadn't had the electrical problems, we probably would have given 4 stars and despite the problems, we would consider booking it again.

Margaret thank you for the honest review , we do appreciate all feed back. i am sorry you experienced problems with the electrics in the villa. Keith did his best to rectify this as quickly as possible. these things do happen some times, and we cannot foresee this. its just a shame it had a negative effect on your stay. im not sure why you felt the upper bath rooms were damp as there is ceiling window in the master en suite which provides ventilation to both bathrooms to the out side, but it may have been closed for some reason i do hope you come back to stay again ,a s you are very welcome we recently had fibre internet installed so wifi and tv is better than ever, thank you Raymond

Fantastic location, villa with a few issues

Location is five star. Or six star. Outstanding. Great view, easy access to everything (try Waikiki Beach bar, the food is amazingly good). Communication with owner good, manager very helpful, instructions on how to get there from airport spot on. The villa is the last house in a row, which makes it more spacious outside. Pool (we had it heated) is great, no problems whatsoever with chemicals and both myself and my 80-year old mother have very sensitive skin. Showering before and after going into pool as instructed solves the issue. There was milk and tea and wine (thank you!) upon arrival, which is a nice touch. We chose the house because of the location (GREAT), big beds (not obvious in Spain) and Internet-access which worked fine. Another main reason for choosing this villa was the Sauna. And this is where the problems started. Sauna has not been working for half a year. The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, which is fine, but the kitchen and living room area are tiny and there are only seating facilities for six. In summer maybe not so much of a problem, in winter spring definitely not so good. Cleanliness is an issue. The sunbed covers are filthy. The blankets covering the sofas are ragged and soiled. Chairs and table have seen better days, to the point that one chair collapsed under my husband. now, that could have been due to somebody else having a problem and not mentioning it. Still... The hob was crusted with dirt, I had to clean it before using it for the first time. There is cleaning after one week, which is good but unfortunatley they replaced reasonably decent kitchen towels with a fitlthy rag I would not use to clean my shoes. The headerboards behind the beds are not properly fastened, so when a pillow gets pushed against them the bang loudly. We solved that by shoving a towel between headerboard and wall. One of the lamps over the oven had been taken out, two outside lamps also were broken. Basically, what this house needs is a thorough make-over. It won't cost a fortune. We were debating whether to give four or three stars but the owner definitely responded to the issues raised in the previous review and we are confident that this review will also result in improvments. In any case - when passers-by asked us for a a contact address as they wanted to book, we gladly provided that :)

All the issues raised have been passed onto the property manager and will be rectified immediately i do not know why the sofa covers and the tea towels are not up to standard, this will not be repeated. i can only assume it was an over site of the manager. yours Raymond

Leider schlechter Pflegezustand

Die Lage ist Top und ist kaum besser zu bekommen. Der Check In Vorgang war einfach und einleuchtend , jedoch ohne eine Einweisung zu bekommen, denn es war niemand zur Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort. Leider ist das Objekt in einem sehr schlecht gepflegten Zustand: Spülmaschine am ersten Tag defekt, konnte nicht mehr repariert werden. Das Hauptbadezimmer war NICHT geputzt worden. Alte Seife, Urinränder an der Toilettenbrille etc. Die Schiebetüren zur Terrasse waren nur durch zwei Holzkeile von innen zu verschließen. Schrauben, die die Türen hätten befestigen können lagen verrostet am Boden. Poolpumpe war defekt, wurde gerichtet. Pool wurde nur einmal gereinigt (auf Nachfrage) in 17 Tagen Aufenthalt. Tür um das Grundstück zu verlassen verlor die Dichtung und eine Schiene löste sich. Lag dann herum denn wir haben es nicht richten können. In der Waschküche gibt es kein Licht. Haben dann eine Nachttischlampe hingestellt. Die Sonnenschirme haben keine passenden Ständer / Fuß was bei Wind eine sehr instabile Angelegenheit war. Auf der Terrasse gibt es einen Tisch von 1 mx1 m für eine Villa mit 4 Schlafzimmern (8 Pers möglich). Wir waren 4 Pers und haben den Esstisch vom inneren der Villa bei Bedarf herausgetragen. TV über Internet und das ist sehr instabil. War auch nicht optimal. Sollten wir wieder kommen, dann werden wir die Nachbarvilla buchen, die in einem deutlich besseren Zustand ist. FEWO sollte sich überlegen, diese Villa aus dem Angebot zu streichen. Beschwerden vorprogrammiert.

SUPER SCHÖNE VILLA ,wurde sehr sauber übergeben.Perfekte Betreung vom Gastgeber und Managerin. EINFACH TOLLE LAGE,Wir kommen 4 Jahre nach CORRALEJO und haben heuer endlich diese VILLA bekommen. Unser Fazit: Schlechter Zustand, unfreundlicher Service, tolle Lage. Der Vermieter scheint zu glauben, dass eine tolle Lage reichen muss. Denn das Objekt ist schlecht gepflegt und war unzureichend gereinigt. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir nur sehr knapp eingewiesen, Hinweise auf ungenügende Reinigung wurden unfreundlich aufgenommen. Den ersten Abend verbrachten wir mit Putzen, die nötigen Putzmittel hatten wir selber gekauft, da klar war, dass seitens des Hausmeisters keine Unterstützung zu erwarten war. Die Verschmutzung war nicht nur oberflächlich durch Sand, sondern grundlegend: wir haben jedes Glas, jeden Teller, jeden Topf gründlich spülen müssen, wir haben alle Schränke ausgewischt und auch die Decken auf den Sofas mussten wir waschen. Alles nicht so einfach, denn die vorhandenen Haushaltsgeräte funktionieren nicht oder mittelmäßig, sind teils notdürftig und unprofessionell repariert, so dass die Bedienung nicht ohne Risiko ist (Hände weg vom Staubsauger: Kabel ist manuell geflickt). Insgesamt entsprechen Zustand und Ausstattung keinesfalls eine Vier-Sterne-Unterkunft. Von einer Buchung können wir nur abraten.

Kai hi, thank you for the review. i am surprised to hear you review... if you had any issues with the villa you should have mentioned them to the on site manager. we would happily replace and or remedy any issues at once. We do try to maintain the villa and all the appliances and fitting as much as possible. any thing that is not upto scratch is replaced. again , sorry if you found the property wanting. raymond

traumhafte Lage direkt am Strand

Die Villa liegt traumhaft direkt am Atlantik mit Blick auf die anliegenden Inseln. Der Pool war sehr sauber und gut temperiert. Genügend Sonnenliegen auf der sicht- und windgeschützten Terasse sind vorhanden, aber ein Sonnenschirm ist leider etwas wenig, ein Sonnensegel würde sehr helfen und bei der starken Sonneneinstrahlung auch vor Sonnenbrand zu schützen. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist ausreichend und ordentlich. Vielleicht könnten die Türen mal neu eingestellt werden, was aber nicht wirklich schlimm war. Wir hatten sehr nette und bemühte Hausverwalter, die jederzeit ansprechbar waren und schnell reagiert haben, vielen Dank dafür. Auch der Vermieter hat auf alle unsere Fragen schnell und freundlich reagiert. Zum Hafen oder in die Innenstadt sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß.Dort hat man das Leben und in der Villa dann wieder richtige Ruhe.Eine tolle Kombination.
