Nice place to stay, short walk to a nice beach. My only problem was there was not any information about what to do on leaving, such as pull the sheets or place trash outside both of which we did.

Quaint beach home with lots of outdoor space and views of the ocean. Beach is a quick couple minute walk away. The house had everything we needed for our trip!

Cozy place with beach access.

We had a great stay. Place was comfortable and had everything we needed. Quiet area with easy access via a short walk to the beach. It is on our list of places to stay again.

The owners are very responsive & helpful. The cabinets were very tattered & worn, but overall the place was very nice for the price & location. We had a lovely stay!

The unit has the original kitchen cabinetry which is still functional. During your stay brand new outdoor patio furniture was installed. As owner I try and prioritize what I think will make guests most comfortable with the small amount of money I make after fees, tourist taxes, federal taxes and property taxes. This is the first and only comment I've received on cabinetry.

Beautiful home Great location

This home was fantastic and in a perfect spot. We had an amazing stay, with the beach just a short walk away and plenty of restaurants and downtown Saint Augustine within easy reach. Host communication was on point.

July 4th stay

We had an amazing time Fourth of July weekend ! Property was great and very close to the beach . It’s a quiet little street , not far from anything. We would definitely book this property again.

Excellent property

We greatly enjoyed our trip and this property was everything we needed and couldn’t ask for more. We had great communication with the property owner and they give great recommendation on local places to eat. Home was clean and had all the amenities you should need for a stay. We will be moving to the area soon and we will definitely keep the property in mind for future guests.

Cozy, comfortable, relaxing

We enjoyed our stay so very much! It was everything it said would be it. Easy check in, great location, comfy furnishings and so close to the beautiful beach. It had pretty much everything we needed. Close to great restaurants, parks, coffee shops, beaches, grocery stores, shops, etc. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Amazing location!

Monica was fantastic to deal with and responded to a question that I had very quickly. The home was everything that was needed for a beach visit. The two spacious bedrooms had comfortable beds and the kitchen was well equipped. Monica also had beach chairs and toys for any families with kids. The beach was only a short walk away over the dunes. We would recommend and hope to enjoy again in the future!

Great location for beach and downtown

The location is perfect for getting to the beach and exploring all downtown St Augustine has to offer. It's a short walk through a path to access the beach, however on our first day there we discovered you could drive on the beach which is accessible a few blocks away. We took advantage of this which made carrying chairs and cooler much easier. Overall we had a great vacation. Monica was extremely helpful and quick with any questions or requests we had. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again on our next St Augustine trip.

Perfect relaxing getaway

Comfortable condo near the beach. Very relaxing and all the amenities of home. All we had to bring was food and clothes. There was even beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas available. Private garage and laundry was a huge plus but we didnt need to use. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us.

Wonderful Stay. Wonderful Host.

The property has a great location and is a great deal (a little dusty but that’s expected by the beach - we used the swifter and it was an easy 10 minute cleanup). Beach access was easy. Home is well appointed - they provided everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Fair price. Fair fees. Monica is a communicative, responsive, and patient host. Thank you so much.

Relaxing beach vacation

Renting this property was very easy and was all presented in the description and there were no surprises. Great location and value for the price. Completely clean. AC worked great for the August heat in Florida. No problem communicating with the owner. Great WiFi connection. Complete with all things you need to really live there comfortably with towels and kitchen dishes, cookware, and spices. Can’t wait to come back next year! Thank you Monica!

One thing that needs improved

The stay was good, but the TV situation no good could not watch the Super Bowl could not watch no racing there was no cable TV. Very disappointed in that otherwise everything was OK.

There is cable TV. It's Xfinity streaming with 60 live channels, no locals. Plus the smart TV has all apps built in. I'm sorry you could not access the sports you wanted through the free offering. Unfortunately sports are spread across such a variety of channels that no host could be able to offer all access.

Great place!

The place was clean and spacious. Two great decks, good sized rooms and plenty of space to lounge around. Close to the beach and had all the basic amenities needed for a stay. Only complaint is the king size mattress was not comfortable. I slept better on the pull out. I would recommend this location.
