This is our second time staying at this house, and we would definitely go back. It's the perfect size for a small group, and has all the amenities you need. Everything was clean and tidy. A nice perk was that they had coffee, filters, sweeteners, and creamers there. Arriving late in the day meant we couldn't stop for groceries, but we still got our morning coffee. The beds are comfortable, and so is the seating in the living room. The only issue we had was that the security light outside the bedrooms was not stopped by the blinds. Not great if you need a dark room for sleep, but nice to have that added security outside (though, to be clear, we felt completely safe in the neighborhood for our entire stay). The location is unmatched. A couple blocks gets you to restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach, yet there is almost no traffic on the road by the house making it feel very peaceful. The property has some beach items like chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and toys, plus a wagon which is extremely helpful. I brought my dog with me and being on the ground floor with a nice yard was optimal. The squirrels and tiny lizards in the yard drove him crazy, and he loved every minute of it.

This is a great place in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet. Easy walk to the beach plus several restaurants and shops within a few short blocks. Had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Only other thing I wish it had would be a black-out curtain in the bedroom due to a bright light outside. Would stay here again!

Great location

This location was everything described and then some-right done to the welcome bottle of wine! Most any supply you would need for just about anything. I might suggest a wine stopper for the opened wine bottle. Difficult for a single wine drinker to consume all at once. Great places to eat meals or ice cream within a few blocks of the rental. Walking distance to the beach-about a 10-15 minute walk for a slow walker. Nice side patio for relaxing (if it’s not too humid)!

Perfect location

We came down for a music festival and this place was walking distance to shuttles to downtown. Also, a short walk to the beach to watch the sunrise was a pretty great bonus! Rooms were spacious and clean. Very nice place overall!

An Amazing Stay

This property is truly amazing - from finding it on VRBO to securing it and through messaging the hostess re weather concerns (Hurricane Debby) we truly enjoyed our time here. Very well cared for property with a cozy, comfy, relaxing feel. In the morning have coffee, from the provided coffee bar, sit on the front porch and listen to the birds chirp and the waves crash. Walk two and a half blocks to beautiful St Augustine beach but don't forget the boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, cooler and toys provided in the outside closet. Peaceful, serene and relaxing environment in well cared for clean home you will sure to be comfy and cozy in.
