In einer hervorragenden Lage, nur wenige Schritte zum Strand, Platz für 7 Gäste und allen Komfort von zu Hause aus, ist diese Wohnung in einem schönen St. Augustine Beach ist ein großartiger Ort, um Ihren nächsten Urlaub zu planen! Kürzlich aktualisiert mit einer gemütlichen, Strand-Chic Atmosphäre!

I-22 ist eine neu erbaute und kürzlich renovierte Wohnung im 2. Stock des Gebäudes I (Aufzug erreichbar). I-22 hat neue Böden, ist es frisch gestrichen, hat neue Möbel und ist für Ihren Urlaub auf Lager! Diese Einheit ist zwischen den beiden Pools, Stufen zum Grillplatz und wenige Schritte zum Privatstrand Gehweg zentral gelegen. Es gibt eine Menge brandneuer Gegenstände in der Einheit zur Verfügung für Ihre Verwendung - Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Strandwagen, 3 Flachbild-Fernseher, voll ausgestattete Küche, Liegestühle, Kühler und Spielzeug. Master-Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett mit einem Flatscreen-TV und eigenem Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten, eines mit einem Pop-up-trundle (kann 3 schlafen) und einem Flachbild-TV. Es gibt ein zusätzliches Badezimmer vom zweiten Schlafzimmer. Der Essbereich ist offen für das Wohnzimmer bietet ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein Schlafsofa, Liebe Sitz und Flachbildschirm. Das Gerät verfügt über Kabel und WLAN, so können Sie unterhalten und in Verbindung zu bleiben, wenn Sie nicht aus dem Sand und Sonne zu genießen. Unsere Einheit ist tierfreundlich, ihre Leine zu packen und ihr Bett packen, so dass sie sich dem Spaß an! (Begrenzt auf einen kleinen Hund). Sehen Sie den Atem Sonnenuntergänge aus dem Komfort von der Couch oder private Terrasse nehmen.

Very nice condo to enjoy a summer vacation. Directions on how to access the unit were easy to follow which was greatly appreciated. Short walk to access the refreshing pools and beautiful beach. Definitely would stay here again. We had a great vacation!

Beat and cleanest unit that we saw

We had a family reunion this weekend. So I got to see several units in other buildings where my family stayed. Our unit was the nicest and cleanest one. It smelled great every time we came in. I loved having 2 twin beds since I have a son and daughter who didnt want to share a queen bed. It had games, sand toys, grilling items. The grill area next to building I was perfect for our family to meet and grill. I was so happy our building had an elevator, which some buildings didn't. I would definitely stay here again and will want to book this unit again. Owner was reaponsive as well.

Great location and condo was clean and up to date!! We had a fantastic time! The only con would be the bath/hand towels need refreshed since they were a bit old and dingy. The primary pillows were also flat and old and the bed was very uncomfortable. Overall though we had a great stay!

Clean, Comfortable Condo in a Perfect Location – Great for Families!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for two adults and two teens. The location was ideal—easy access to the beach and pools, and downtown St. Augustine was just a short, straight drive away. The check-in process was seamless, which made for a smooth start to our trip.The condo felt very safe, and we were comfortable letting the teens explore the area on their own. It was so convenient to have a beach cart, cooler, and beach chairs provided—made our beach days super easy and enjoyable.There were great local gems nearby, too—a terrific coffee shop directly across the street was a huge bonus for me, and a stylish designer thrift shop within walking distance added a fun surprise to our stay.Whether we were heading out to explore the city or just relaxing, this was the perfect home base. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing and fun getaway

Spacious and clean closer to the beach than you think

Wife and I had a wonderful five week stay at this condo. Large spacious rooms extremely clean. Close enough to the beach to carry chairs or pull a wagon with your lunch and umbrellas. Also driving access just north one block and exit one block past condo south. Super easy if you want to take your four-wheel-drive on the beach. Condo was beautifully appointed with everything we would want. They even supplied beach chairs and wagon. Beautiful semi private backyard second floor balcony. Would absolutely stay again. The manager and owner could not have been more responsive to any request that we had. There is a Winn-Dixie grocery store just a few blocks away. We've even walked there a few times/15 minute walk. A new Publix is being built same distance away also. So if you'd like to cook as we do, you'll have no trouble having variety to choose from. Book this condo and rest assured you'll be well taken care of.

Gorgeous place

The property grounds were beautiful and the condo was stylishly updated and well maintained. If you don’t mind not having a good view of the beach it is perfect. Butler Beach is a great beach! The booking and the check in process was very easy. The rental agent was very helpful and informative.

Family Beach Trip!!!

We were very excited for this vacation and this condo did not disappoint! This was actually the first time taking our son to the beach and we was really wanting something with at least two bedrooms and to be within walking distance to the beach. The sleeping arrangement worked great for us to have plenty of room for him and his sisters and to be able to walk back from the beach for lunch or naps was a big plus. Couldn’t be happier with Megan as our host! If we had any questions or needed help with anything she was very quick to get back to us. This was our first time to the St Augustine area and we really liked it. Having a family we don’t like being around a bunch of parties and that kind of thing, this condo kept us away from that and allowed us and our children to have a peaceful night after a long day on the beach or around town. Another plus is that this complex has private beach access and is surrounded by other complexes with private access so not being right beside a public access seemed to keep the beach a little less crowded, as you can imagine they’re still plenty of people on the beach in June but it’s spread out enough to where you feel like you have your own space. We felt like what we got for our money was a great value and we are glad this is where we stayed. Long story short, if you are looking to spend some time in the St. Augustine area I’d recommend this place!

Great Family Place near the beach!

The condo was a great place for our family to spend time at the beach! It was well supplied and very clean. The location to the beach was an easy walk and wonderful for our family! The pools were great for when the kids wanted to swim. The beach had plenty of room, tides gave us some tide pools to play in and the water had great waves! Not far from Publix, Feista Falls to play mini golf, great treats at Coneheads ice cream and Island Donuts. We liked being able to ride over to St Augustine for a day trip to explore the historic city. Megan was great at checkin in with us to make sure we were all set for fun. There were even beach chairs for us and beach toys for the kids to play with. Definitely one of our favorite beaches and places to stay! Thank you!

Lovely stay, close to beach

Our family of three had a great time. Everything was as expected upon arrival. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and beach accessories available. The drive into St. Augustine for sightseeing was only about 15 minutes at most. We would definitely stay here again.

Born and raised in New Jersey and surrounded by a huge amazing family, including our son, his wife and their three children. However, a piece of our hearts are here in St. Augustine with our daughter, her husband and our other three grandsons. We bought this condo as an investment but also as a second place to call home. We love St. Augustine and our condo! We hope you get just as much enjoyment out of it as we do.
