I think you got a really great first “taste” of Lake Koskonong……..but there’s still so much more to explore…….. more bars and restaurants to go to next year. We’ll get you a pontoon boat that you can keep for your entire stay and you can have it at my pier overnight……… you can go up and down the north and south branch of the rock river about 7 miles each way…….Fun!…… almost all the lakefront bars and restaurants have outdoor stages and host live free entertainment, Thursday through Sunday during the summer months…… more fun!

First our host was very responsive and communicated relevant information in a timely manner. We thoroughly enjoyed holding our annual sibling reunion at this VRBO home. We enjoyed: the beautiful room decor with a variety of themes; morning coffee in the sunroom as we watched the sunrise; the firewood for bonfires in the evening; the large kitchen table for sharing meals and games; the hot tub for relaxing; the piano and ukulele for family sing alongs; and being able to charge our electric vehicle on site. All in all a terrific week for reconnecting with siblings.

This was a wonderful place for family vacation. The host has great. The kids enjoyed the water, hot tub and yard. Attention to detail was everywhere from an emergency board in laundry room with address etc just in case, to the fan in the closet . We had a great time.

What a wonderful place for our family gathering!! The view of the lake as soon as you walk through the front door was awesome! Lots of bedrooms! The kitchen is so well stocked and we didn’t have any shortage of utensils and pans while cooking! The solarium was so cool. You could sit comfortably (and temperature controlled), yet it felt like you were right on the lake! The older members of our group really loved this! The fire pit and hot tub were also a hit! Jim was wonderful to work with. He was very welcoming and prompt in his communication. Thank you Jim!

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The property is clean, cozy, and perfect for large families of all ages. The kitchen is fully stocked and made cooking easy, and the big yard with a fire pit was ideal for backyard fun and relaxing evenings.Best of all was the owner, Jimmy. He was an absolute pleasure to talk with and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. You can really tell how much pride he takes in caring for this home.Make sure to wake up early to take in the beautiful sunrise!We’ll definitely be back!

Enjoyable stay

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay. Great spots in the house to chat and catch up with family and friends. And everything we would ever need was in the kitchen and pantry - which really was a treat when preparing food for the group! And the Host is so nice and helpful.

Terrific house for a family vacation. Well stocked large family home, walk out to the lake. A little shallow, but we all loved floating around and cooling off in the lake. Everything you could want in a vacation stay. We’d be happy to stay again.

Best vacation ever!

After a glitch in the beginning of our stay-which the owner worked with me to fix-it turned out to be a great vacation. Good location, right on the lake, beautiful views. And the towns around the area provided plenty of activity if we wanted it.

Great Long Weekend!

We had a great time at this property! We were staying with family and attending a family wedding. It was perfect to have a ton of room and loved the hot tub and view of the lake. Jim, the owner came by every day to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. It was a great place to stay and we had a great time!

I have been involved in Property Management, Hospitality Management and Real Estate all my life....if you stay at this gorgeous property you will not be disappointed.......I can not control the weather during your stay but I can and will try my hardest to make sure everything else is perfect! Please read my reviews - they will tell you a lot about the property and the type of host I am. I am proud of all my 5 star reviews! I do not believe in "Nickeling and Diming" people with a lot of fees.....for example the house is Professionally cleaned prior to each rental period. This is included in the fee you pay - not tacked on as a "Cleaning Fee". Why should Cleaning Be extra? You are paying for a clean house and from my reviews you can see you will be getting a very clean house. I appreciate the fact that my house has been the backdrop for wonderful family and friends occasions......from Birthdays to Anniversaries to Reunions.....some wonderful memories have been made at the house and that makes me so happy.

There is nothing like sitting in the Solarium with your favorite beverage and taking in the awesome lake views!....Wait...sitting on the pier in the early evening is so awesome too!
