The Starlight Tower Manor is a luxurious, 8-bedroom, 3-bathroom estate on the Bark/Rock River with a unique 72'tower observatory.( can be used as 11 bedrooms, (read below) It offers various amenities and features, and add-on Hot Tub Rental Suites and Riverfront Boathouse kayak / Row boat /Canoe rentals options. 


The Starlight Tower Manor:


* Private Riverfront  Leading To Lake Koshkonong.

* 8,100 SQ ft (8,750 with rental of 2 Hot Tub Suites)

* A 35-seat movie theater with movie Decor

* A chef's kitchen with a 24-seat dining area.

* Up to 18 people allowed, Sleeping capacity of up to 35 offered with the use of futon couch beds. (extra fee depending on amount of people and event requirements)

* Handicap/wheei chair accessible 1st floor with a sit-down shower and bedroom, with grab bars and safety rail for bed.

* Vintage Arcade game room with a pool table, ping pong, foosball, eectronic darts, video games, vintage pinball machines, and vintage arcade games. ( most games .25 cents) 

* A 72-foot tall tower observatory Lounge Outer Space room, with telescopes and space decor! (Could be used as 9th bedroom with the use of futon couchbed)

* The  Sky high Bar offers great views, 8 stools, and a mini fridge, a wet sink, and plenty of glasses/ shot glasses for your drinks, a big TV for sports viewing ect and retro decor!

* A workout/exercise equipment room/complete body weight workout machine, bike riding machine, ect. ( coud be used as 10th bedroom with the use of the futon couchbed.)

* The Rock Star Lounge room with electric and acoustic guitars, bass, microphones, and amplifiers, and Rock star decor! (could be used as 11th bedroom with use of futon couchbed)

* Perfect for hosting Larger events such as weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, business retreats, ect, with an extra fee. (Events limited to 100 people max) call or email RedAwning.

* Hot tub love Suite or Ocean hot tub Suite, or both, available as an add-on perfect for the wedding couple/honeymoon Suite, or that special occasion!

* A beautiful location on the Bark River, leading to Lake Koshkonong, with hiking trail through the woods down to the  private Riverfront Park area.

* The beach themed Starlight Boat House, with Kayaks, Rowboat, Canoe, grill, fishig poles, and tackle, private bathroom, (porta potty style) life preservers, electric, lights, radio, 4 stool ocean bar, ect. Is available as an add on. (Must be rented for same amount of days as manor)




The Starlight Tower Riverfront Manor Estate is perfect for hosting special events like weddings, rehearsals, meetings, Anniversaries, Birthdays, approved parties, and retreats, ect.  It provides a unique experience with its 72 ft high telescopes observatory, Incredible views with or without telescopes, The Gameroom with cool decor, vintage arcades/pinball machines, gallery/gameroom, pool table, foosball table, ping pong, Darts, boardgames, toys, and extensive entertainment options, making it an ideal getaway for family, kids, and friends. Nearby attractions include the Fireside Inn Dinner Theater, snowmobiling and ice fishing spots, skiing destinations in winter,  Lake koshkonong, and Boating, kayaking, fishing, water skiing, swimming, ect in summer, and easy access to cities like Madison, Milwaukee, and Chicago.


The Starlight Tower Manor offers a combination of luxury, entertainment, and natural beauty for a memorable stay or event.



The maximum occupancy for people on the property (inside and outside the home) and/or staying overnight is strictly set at 18 unless otherwise approved by the host in advance of booking.  Events can be held for an additional fee of $2000 per event and additional guests can be accommodated at $35 per person per night (plus taxes and fees) up to 35 people total.   We may be able to negotiate on the extra fees, so please contact us before you book. Any event or extra people must be approved prior to booking, no exceptions.  Additional event fees and/or additional person fees must be paid in full within 7 days of booking (48 hours before arrival if booked within 7 days).  Any violation of these house rules can result in immediate eviction and/or cancellation without refund.   A liability waiver will need to be signed by the person who booked the manor covering hiking trail and Riverfrpnt /land usage for all guests before check in, no exceptions. House  rules include no firearms bow and arrows or any type of projectile or shooting gadget of any kind allowed on property or in manor. no hunting, no fireworks, no trespassing on neighbors property, ect. a full list of house and land/ Riverfront rules are in home, and Boathouse.
