The house was so well equipped. Jimmy had all the information on things to do in the area. Places to eat, golf, bike rides… The sunroom and lake side porch was the perfect setting for morning coffee and evening wine. We had an amazing trip.

It was so fun hosting you two!……. I’ve lived in this area for over 30 years and love sharing my experience, knowledge, and most importantly “Best places to go (and places not to go to!)”……. We stayed during our son‘s wedding, which was held nearby. The house was perfect for our group. It was well stocked and had great amenities. We didn’t get to take advantage of as many as we would’ve liked just because of our wedding timing, but there were many things available for us to use as guests. The home had everything we needed. Our host was friendly and communicated well. We appreciate the opportunity to stay here. Highly recommend.

An amazing property. The photos don’t do it justice! Jimmy is a great host who truly cares about you enjoying his home. He took the time to meet us at check-in, show us around, give us instructions on how to use the hot tub, and provided a bunch of firewood for bonfires and inflatables/kayaks/life vests for the lake. I HIGHLY recommend!

You are totally right about my pictures being bad!…….. you can say it you won’t hurt my feelings! Ha! I think the real story is told by all my reviews and thank you for the wonderful review……. We have spent 4th of July long weekend in the house. The place was very comfortable, the house is gorgeously decorated, very spacy. The kitchen is big and very convenient to cook. Jim has provided everything we could possibly need for cooking and everything else. We have been kayaking, swimming (there were quite a few floating devices in the garage), walking around, visiting Fort Atkinson, checking local parks. The communication was excellent! Our team has really enjoyed weekend stay in and out! thank you Jim for being wonderful host!

Our group of 8 friends loved this house. It was beautiful, clean, and had all the necessities we could ask for and much much more. The bedrooms spacious and very clean. The house was decorated well and felt cozy. Kitchen was very well equipped and served us perfectly! Hot tub was like a cherry on the top of the cake! Highly recommend this house for a small group or family. We take this kind of vacation for at least ten years and this house is one of the best we ever stayed! Will definitely be back. Finally, the host was very responsive, polite, and helpful, thank you Jimmy!

I think you got a really great first “taste” of Lake Koskonong……..but there’s still so much more to explore…….. more bars and restaurants to go to next year. We’ll get you a pontoon boat that you can keep for your entire stay and you can have it at my pier overnight……… you can go up and down the north and south branch of the rock river about 7 miles each way…….Fun!…… almost all the lakefront bars and restaurants have outdoor stages and host live free entertainment, Thursday through Sunday during the summer months…… more fun!

Terrific house for a family vacation. Well stocked large family home, walk out to the lake. A little shallow, but we all loved floating around and cooling off in the lake. Everything you could want in a vacation stay. We’d be happy to stay again.

Enjoyable stay

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay. Great spots in the house to chat and catch up with family and friends. And everything we would ever need was in the kitchen and pantry - which really was a treat when preparing food for the group! And the Host is so nice and helpful.

Best vacation ever!

After a glitch in the beginning of our stay-which the owner worked with me to fix-it turned out to be a great vacation. Good location, right on the lake, beautiful views. And the towns around the area provided plenty of activity if we wanted it.

This was a wonderful place for family vacation. The host has great. The kids enjoyed the water, hot tub and yard. Attention to detail was everywhere from an emergency board in laundry room with address etc just in case, to the fan in the closet . We had a great time.

Great Long Weekend!

We had a great time at this property! We were staying with family and attending a family wedding. It was perfect to have a ton of room and loved the hot tub and view of the lake. Jim, the owner came by every day to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. It was a great place to stay and we had a great time!

I was so happy to have the house be part of a wonderful, happy family event!.....I know because of all the Wedding events you did not have time to rent a boat and explore our lake......you are always welcome to return and complete that part of your vacation!

I have been involved in Property Management, Hospitality Management and Real Estate all my life....if you stay at this gorgeous property you will not be disappointed.......I can not control the weather during your stay but I can and will try my hardest to make sure everything else is perfect! Please read my reviews - they will tell you a lot about the property and the type of host I am. I am proud of all my 5 star reviews! I do not believe in "Nickeling and Diming" people with a lot of fees.....for example the house is Professionally cleaned prior to each rental period. This is included in the fee you pay - not tacked on as a "Cleaning Fee". Why should Cleaning Be extra? You are paying for a clean house and from my reviews you can see you will be getting a very clean house. I appreciate the fact that my house has been the backdrop for wonderful family and friends occasions......from Birthdays to Anniversaries to Reunions.....some wonderful memories have been made at the house and that makes me so happy.

Definitely not your average rental......the past guests just love the house! Peaceful, quiet but yet plenty to do.......makes for a great vacation! Please read my reviews - I really take pride in providing this awesome property for all the families and friends to enjoy!

There is nothing like sitting in the Solarium with your favorite beverage and taking in the awesome lake views!....Wait...sitting on the pier in the early evening is so awesome too!
