Great place to start. Right on the beach and 2 pools… the only problem we had was with the cleanliness of the unit. The floors were pretty sandy and dusty when we checked it, silverware and utensils were not really clean and the backs of the curtains were splattered with something. Other than that- great stay. We really appreciated the beach items in the closet as well!

The unit was great for our family of 3. Having a Mr Coffee coffee pot for the mornings, lots of towels, a washer/dryer, and comfortable beds was all that we needed. The complex had great amenities too including a breakfast cafe, a bar close to the pool, and beautiful views. It’s is very family friendly! We would definitely stay again.

This stay was ideal for my family of 3. We struggled a bit to find the parking spot, but after that everything went perfectly. We requested a pack n play and it was waiting in the apartment when we got there. The view from the balcony was amazing. Beach access was even easier than it appears in the listing. There is a large pool and a small wadding pool that is perfect for small children. The location was very convenient. Everything you could need is a quick drive, and there is a lot to do within walking distance (soft serve ice cream across the street!).

This is our third year staying at Sunset Vistas in this unit and I think that speaks for itself. We love it, it’s perfect for our family of four. The parking spot is right under the building close to the pool and beach access to keep anything you need in your trunk for easy access. The balcony view is lovely for my morning coffee. The 711 across the street is convenient for a quick beer run or donuts (the truck comes at 9am). The beach is quiet and not crowded. The pool is laid back. Pack your own cooler or get a delicious frozen drink at the bar. Our room has everything we need to make a quick meal although we prefer to eat dinner out, there’s so many good restaurants. The beach closet always has things we can use for the pool and beach. We noticed a few upgrades to the room this year which were nice. We will be back next year and can’t wait.

This was our second time in this unit. It was just as we remembered. All the amenities as listed. You can’t beat the location for the most stunning sunsets as you relax on the balcony. Only one small suggestion is to leave quick instructions on TV service. Us old girls struggled till we figured it out but it could be an age thing! LOL!

Property was great, view as advertised, pool had a lot of seating options, good location. Umbrella and beach chairs provided but not used, nice little cafe for breakfast and lunch.Some minor issues included only three chairs on the balcony, two light bulbs needed to be replaced (had to runout and buy them), no hand soap or shower gel,or tissues. It’s been our experience that these basic provisions are provided.However, still 5-star.

The unit was well kept and had all necessities that were needed. The balcony had incredible views of the pool and beach along with the ocean. The pools were clean and water was a great temperature. We loved having leftover toys and beach towels in the room for the kids to enjoy on the beach. Overall, great experience and vacation!

The condo was clean, comfy with fabulous views! It is convenient (within walking distance) to everything. There was very loud construction on the south wing while we were there. The amazing thing was that we really couldn’t hear it inside the condo when the door was closed. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Amazing views from the spacious balcony. Had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.

From arrival to departure we had a great experience. All the amenities were available as stated on the listing. It was clean, comfortable and a great location.

Great spot with comfortable beds!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The pool for the kiddies was great. The property managers responded very quickly anytime we had a question. Really comfortable beds!
