This property was fabulous for our family 4 adults and a 2 & 3 yr old. The splash pad is perfect for the kids. The pool was beautiful, but chilly (October) without a heater. The Cafe on the second floor was PERFECT. Couldn't have asked for a better arrangement since our unit was also on the 2nd floor. This unit had 4 beach towels (2 fold up chairs not the best for the beach) and 1 umbrella which was great for the beach. These items were unexpected so we were pleasantly pleased. One parking pass per unit worked out just fine, we did have a visitor once and they parked up in front of the complex.

The stay here was very nice. The pool is great and beach access was convenient. When we arrived we couldn't check in yet, but they provided us with towels so we could hang out at the beach and pool all day until 4. If you book through a third party like VRBO don't even go into the front office to check in. They don't have your information. Just follow the steps for who you booked through and go to your room. Like in the other comments the parking lot is very small, but it was ok. You park in the same number as your room. We didn't have any complaints. Great trip and great place to stay.

Great condo on the beach

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in 211N. The condo was warm and inviting and had easy access to the beach and pool. The cafe and tiki bar were perfect added amenities.

We loved this condo at Sunset Vistas! Great spot for a small family with easy access to the beach, pool, and bar. We would have liked a larger selection of kitchen supplies for cooking, but overall, it was clean, spacious, and had beautiful views.

Quick Spring Break Getaway

Our visit to Treasure Island was just perfect. The location was amazing! For being Spring Break timing, the areas was very quiet and relaxed, with a slight mix of bustle in the air which was great for our teen daughters. This home was exactly as advertised. We absolutely loved our time here and plan to book again in the future.
