Yes, the beach view was superb and unobstructed, and the apartment was extremely comfortable and pleasant to be in, and the development had excellent amenities (cafe, bar, gym. parking). Although improvement works were taking place, we weren't troubled by noise. There were no beach towels provided as promised, but Jessica brought us some when we called her. The upper shelf of the dishwasher had come off its bracket and was already skew-whiff when we arrived. We tried to fix this but were unable to. It was reported but wasn't attended to during our stay. We felt the apartment would benefit from some available blankets or duvets. While we weren't exactly cold in the night, the coverings provided felt too thin and insubstantial. Some of the kitchen utensils were a bit iffy, particularly the blue Kitchen Aid rubber spatula, which has a split in it, and others look like they could do with replacing too. One of the frying pans has a couple of deep scratches in the non-stick coating. a proper bread knife would have been useful. These are all relatively small points though, only mentioned because we assume you'll want to know, especially considering the higher prices charged when building work isn't happening. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, and look forward to using VRBO again, and returning to Treasure Island.
