The room is decently clean. However the bath tub in the guess bathroom needs refurbished. The space is small for 6 people. Small kitchen and living room. The broom and mop were stored in the master closet which makes it look very dirty. Outside the room especially carpet in front of the room was really dirty. The building has very strong chlorine smell from the indoor pool when you walk in. Nice board walk to the beach. The beach is real nice and clean. Lots of activities to do at the property while parents just relax.

From the owner: “Thank you for staying with us! The size of the villa is included in the listing along with many pictures, so that guests are fully aware of the space. The villa does not have any carpet inside the unit; the resort building does have carpet in the walkways, which is being removed by the resort in October, and the surface will be painted concrete, which will be great!”

Wonderful stay

Lots of pools, nice jacuzzi, bar and deli on the property. Boardwalk to the beach with a nice bar. Great place for bicycles. Fresh seafood just across the street. Fun place.

Great winter get away

This place was perfect for a quick winter get away. We loved the access to the beach and enjoyed daily walks on the sand. We also took advantage of the pickleball courts and indoor pool. It was a great location and price for my family of five. We would definitely stay here again! The host was easy to communicate with and the staff at the front gate were very friendly as we came and went each day of our stay.

The little condo was perfect for myself and my family. It was a nice and a well kept property. Easy access to the beach as well! It was stocked well enough and the everything was as described on the listing. The outdoor pool was tons of fun too! The only I wish they had was a better workout area.

Great experience!

We stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed ourselves! The condo was clean and had everything we needed (even some board games). The short walk to the beach was nice and we saw 2 alligators! The only downside of our stay was that the hot tub was closed the entire last day we were there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a family!

Reasonable for the Money

Overall, our stay was good. We were disappointed by the cleanliness when we arrived. I emailed the property manager. The resort was dated in placea but it was fine for what we paid. The condo itself was very well taken care of. We enjoyed Hilton Head, a great vacation destination.

Clean, little extras - the coveted HHI beachfront at your fingertips. Quiet, no crazy people, kid friendly too - there are quiet adult and family friendly resort level pools complete with bar, great food - priced incredibly well. Not disappointed or hit with any surprises like some places! Cocos bar at end of beach was a next level treat!!!

I couldn’t have been happier when we opened the condo door to the awaiting and welcoming sea turtles. The place was absolutely perfect! There was plenty of room for the three of us and then some. All the necessities and more were available for us, including puzzles & games, kitchen accessories, beach chair & bags and so much more. It was a relaxing walk to the beach, passing by an alligator pond and the food at Cocos was good and reasonable. We had plenty of activities nearby and thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend. We will definitely be back!!

We’ve stayed at this resort for several years, always in different condos. The location of this unit is the third building back from the beach which we knew going into it, but if you’re not up for the extra walk it is something to consider. Also, the unit itself needed a deep clean. It was tidy and had been cleaned in a typical “turnover” manner which is expected. However window blinds/ air exchangers etc were really dirty, etc. in addition if you are sensitive to mold, use caution and check with owner as we saw several mold spots on the ceiling just outside of the condo (this condo is located in the indoor pool, so it’s obviously exposed to moisture etc.)

It has been an unusually busy and hot, humid summer, which unfortunately led to some dirt and debris buildup in certain areas.After your departure, we had a professional duct cleaning company service all the ductwork and vents, and a painting crew refreshed the ceiling areas that needed attention. No mold was found only dirt buildup.We truly appreciate your helpful feedback. Not close to the beach!

Decided to extend our trip to attend high school class reunion. The property was nice, a little dated. However, the description said it is close to the beach. It definitely is not walkable!!! It was at least a mile away!

This place worked really well for our family of six. It was comfortable, affordable, functional and great for our family. Could it be bigger? Of course. Could the corners have been a little cleaner? Sure. But overall this place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a fun Hilton Head stay. We enjoyed the indoor pool, pickleball court, and nice boardwalk to a very nice beach.

Upon arriving at the condo, we first noticed that there were coffee grounds left in the coffee maker. We cleaned that out and plugged the coffee maker in, however the coffee maker would not turn on to work. After going into the bathrooms, we were disappointed that they were not as the pictures perceived, especially with the “patched” floor of the master bathroom. There was a big clump of hair in the left top corner of the shower as well. When getting our towels and wash rags to take showers, we found other people’s hair in the towels that were not ours. Along with these things, we also had pest control trying to enter the condo while we were staying. Our last night’s stay, the keypad was reluctant to work, and we had to tap on it for approximately 5 minutes for it to work again. The check out instructions that were left on the refrigerator versus the instructions that were on VRBO were also contradicting.
