Great location, easy access to pool, boat dock, and ample seating area to sun tan or sit in the shade to see all the boats go by. Having another full or queen bed in one of the other rooms is a recommendation for the future. Overall, excellent place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 8 adults had a great week here. Location a little away from the hectic old town area with a great porch view of the marina. Enjoyed the pool it is small but not many people at this complex. Used the grill one night for dinner. Had an issue with air conditioner when we arrived but the company responded and corrected it that day. Overall great stay

Place was great. Location was convenient, beds were comfy — pool was heated and relaxing. If I had to suggest improvements — I would say a better layout of furniture in living room and upgrade of cooking utensils. I would definitely stay here again!

Group vacation

This condo was perfect for our group vacation.The location was close enough to everything via golf carts that we rented but also quiet. Beautiful view and prompt response from host when we had any questions. A wonderful place to stay.

Key West Fishing

Myself and my 5 buddies have been coming to the Keys for the last 3 years for fishing charters. This house has been the best by far that we have stayed in. The most clean, comfortable and closest to the charter boats.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay in Key West with family

The property was very nice and was perfect for our family to spend Christmas together. The bedrooms were roomy and provided space for all of us. It was convenient to all things Key West. Communication was frequent and very specific for arrival, departure, and needs in between. Management was responsive to questions, and very accomodating.

Condo was clean and property was maintained. Nice porch and access to pool and dock. Worked well for our family of young adults. The accessible bath could use a squegee.

Great Location & Quiet Apartments

6 of us stayed here in Jan/Feb and had a lovely time. The location was very good with nice views over Garrison Bight marina and it was easy to walk or cycle into Old Town Key West. The apartments were also located on a quiet road away from the main highway so peaceful too. There was a nice pool with plenty of areas to sunbathe, ample parking and spaces to lock up rental bikes and the whole area was attractively landscaped. Only slight negative was the elevator was out of action but as we were on the first floor, it wasn’t a big issue.

Best location, quiet, beautiful andpeaceful

Overall impression is its amazing. Right on the bay with a great pool and plenty of chairs. Place wad very clean no cosets so a few hooks would help to hang up some clothes. We rented a golfcart for 7 of us and it was perfect to get from our place to anywhere on the island. Host was nice and if we needed anything, we got ot right away. Rooms are clean and bathrooms were sparkling. We would def stay here again Westayed 6 nights. Gorgeous sunrise

Key West

We enjoyed our stay at this property! It was clean, well stocked with necessities such as paper products and cleaning supplies (no need to bring extras). The only minor issue was the lighting coming from exterior lighting, I believe some darkening shades would help in this situation. An Uber ride to Duval was right around $10 and with two couples that was very affordable. The walk to Duval was not bad at all, we enjoyed the walk and the beautiful neighborhoods and landscaping! If we come back with a group we would definitely seek to stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this condo for 5 weeks. It is the perfect location, very well decorated, nice pool and great view! I am in a wheelchair and having the accessible bathroom was a dream! Even if you don't need it the property is still nice. We did go down the street and buy a cheap squidgy for after showering. The linens and pillow were very nice. Would definitely recommend and rent again!

Pros:•Very clean on arrival. Entry code worked.•Short Uber from airport.•Responsive mgt. (i.e., laundry problem fixed in 30 min)•Close to grocery stores (Winn-Dixie and Publix); 5 min walk to Mac’s Place for take-out•Right on the water; Lots of free parking•Spacious patio for the unit. Condos are raised so you see above the docks. Also, the building has a large available patio water-side upstairs•Well stocked kitchen (dishes, glasses, etc.) Used Kelly (“The Concierge Girl") to pre-stock groceries the morning of arrival. Fantastic service.•Flawless A/C•Elevator!Cons:•Charged cleaning fee even though advertised as “No Cleaning Fee”•Departure code did not work (emailed mgt we left)•Generally quiet but had some noisy neighbors.•No closets! One armoire for 4 bedrooms??!?•Bathroom faucets had minimal water flow•Living room furniture too much and crowded the room•#6 is a hearing-impaired condo, so there is no louver to cover glass front door. Everyone passing could (and did) look into the unit. Had to adjust post-shower to get back to the room•2 washer & dryers. Got a bit crowded.This is a very good place to stay and we would stay again, but in one of the 2 neighbor waterside units.
