Casa Rosa ist eines von nur fünfundsiebzig verbliebenen Häusern im "Augenbrauen" -Stil in Key West. Es hat die geschätzte Dade County Kiefer auf vielen Wänden. Es ist nur 1 Block von der Duval Street und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Harbour Walk, dem Mallory Square und dem Simonton Beach entfernt. Great location in Old Town

We had a pleasant stay at Casa Rosa. The location was very close to Old Town attractions and Duvall street. While parking is a barrier, we found the Key West bus transit very easy to navigate. The property could use a deep clean but the managers were always responsive and helpful.

Great Location. Pool and patio the best.

Loved being walking distance to Mallory Square and Duval Street. The privacy in the backyard was great. Some furniture on the porch would be nice to sit and watch all the action of Key West.

Week in Key West

Great property with neat history and excellent location - walkable to almost any area including Mallory Square, Duval & Bahama Village - Lists 4 bedroom but the 4th is cute and small so could be good for a child but not another couple ! ;) The pool and hot tub were clean and a lovely way to start or end a day ! We’d love to come back !

Perfect location

The property was really cute and the location was perfect. The noise is a lot being downtown so it’s one of the trade offs you have to make for the location that is easily within walking distance of the fun!

We were pleased that everything was on the first floor. From the pictures we assumed it was two stories which would have been harder with the kids. Visited many local sites and restaurants. It was hotter than expected so we used the pool a lot. Location was in close proximity to everything we visited.

Friends Week

The house is in a nice area, walking distance to about everything you need. The house itself is really nice and for the most part well kept. The "small" bedroom off of the kitchen could use some help! 1: The government building outside the windows has 4 big LED flood lights on all night. And there was only lace drapes, no way to black out the light. The shower head in that bathroom sprayed water every were, even onto the mirror if we didn't drape a wash rag over it. At certain times you would foul sewer odors. Some of it coming in through the air conditioner, I believe. There were no chairs or furniture for the front porch, which would be a great place to have coffee and/or cocktails and people watch. They did bring us two chairs on Monday. All and all a pretty nice place!

Great Key West House!

This house is in a perfect location! Duval is only two blocks away. We walked to nearly everything we needed. The house was beautiful and perfect for 3 couples. The ice cold a/c and small pool in the back were great after being in the heat all day. I would definitely recommend Casa Rosa to families or friends who are looking for the best way to experience Key West!

Adult Mental Health Vacation

Property was in prime location. Very walkable. Beds comfortable and no problems sleeping even though it is located on what I would call a popular street. Pool was utilized everyday. House had hand soap in every bathroom along with dish soap and dishwasher detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels for the week long stay. Something I've found that is not offered much anymore. Communication with the host was easy and they were alway prompt to respond. Only downfall could be parking, but you are in a main area. It wasn't an issue for us. We are all rested and ready to go back to reality. Would definitely book again!

Convenient Location

We enjoyed the property very much. It was so convenient for all old town activities. Mary did an excellent job welcoming us. Parking should not be listed as an amenity for this property. The parking space is only large enough to park a golf cart or a few bicycles. So had to pay $40/ day to park 6 blocks away.

Perfect for hanging out with friends!

First time in Key West. This house was absolutely perfect for hanging out on Duval Street!!!! Or, if you want to just hang out with friends by the pool, this place is perfect! Do think about renting a golf cart or scooter to go farther. 9 o’clock check out time is ridiculous, especially if your flight leaves late in the day. Sunshine scooter rental has luggage storage if you rent from them plus they will shuttle you to the airport. We did enjoy Casa Rosa!!!! Mary was a doll and very helpful.

Perfect Location

We loved staying at Casa Rosa! The location was exactly what we were hoping for - within walking distance of most everything we wanted to do. There is one very small parking spot available (a small car might fit), but we were able to find parking within a few blocks - most spots are clearly marked as pay-to-park, residential permit, etc, but there are spots available for you to park for a couple of days. We moved our Tahoe every three days just to be safe and had no problems finding spots. Unloading was a bit of a challenge the first day, but nothing unreasonable. The house itself was wonderful, with plenty of room for the six of us and at the end of the day, the pool was a welcome place to unwind. There is a small beach three blocks away that was great for our group. Mary was very responsive to any questions we had and we would most definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Overall the place was great. It was very spacious and the kitchen was much better than the pictures indicated. It has everything you need and the location is great. You can walk to everything. The best part is the outdoor space and pool. As other people have mentioned it is very noisy. It didn't bother me but I live in the city. I listed it as four stars because the fourth bedroom is very tiny. Essentially it fits the full bed a bedside table and nothing else. It would be tough for two people and there isn't a place to put your clothes. Mary was very accommodating and let us leave our bags there since we had a late flight.

We loved it! Great location! Quiet courtyard w/pool.

We throughly enjoyed our week at Casa Rosa. It was a historic house that was plenty of room for our party of 8. It consisted of 3 couples, one extra fun dude and an adorable 5 year old boy. It was easy to work in the kitchen and we found everything we needed to make breakfasts and a couple of meals. The dining table was perfect for 8, though there was another table that could have been used for overflow. The living area was roomy, maybe a couple more chair would be nice. I really loved the very high ceilings. The bedroom situation worked well for us, because we had a single guy that slept in the small bedroom, but it might have been tight for a couple. Our concern with the bedrooms are the lack of storage in the bedrooms. Not a deal breaker though! We really loved having a bathroom in each bedroom. Now for the back courtyard, it is where we spent all our time when we were home. The pool is surrounded by foliage and is so relaxing. You are in your own world back there. The only thing I would caution against, is if you are a light sleeper, this home is on a main street, so you do hear city noise. again did not bother us, I am just mentioning it for those that need lots of quiet. When figuring out where we were going, it seemed we were always 10 mins away, so we laughed and said "we are 10 minutes from everything". Actually 10 minutes being the longest. We walked all over the island and can't wait to go back. We all agreed we would rent Casa Rosa again in a heart beat!!!
