Standort, Standort, Standort. Unsere geräumige 1800 Atlantic 3-Zimmer-Wohnung bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer von allen drei Schlafzimmern und dem Wohnzimmer. Verschiedene Vogelarten, Bootstouren und üppige Oasengärten sind nur einige Gründe, warum die Menschen immer wieder in unser Paradies zurückkehren. 1800 Atlantic liegt in der Mitte der Insel auf der Atlantikseite. Zwei Meilen entfernt liegt der Flughafen Key West und zwei Meilen südlich der berühmte Mallory Square, an dem die Kreuzfahrtschiffe anlegen. Am Mallory Square befindet sich die Duval Street, in der sich so viele Geschäfte, Bars, Restaurants und Museen befinden.

Key West ist eine kleine Insel, aber wir empfehlen Ihnen trotzdem, ein Auto, Motorroller oder sogar Fahrräder zu mieten, um alles zu sehen. Es gibt so viele einzigartige und großartige Orte, an denen man essen oder die man zur Unterhaltung besuchen kann.

Jeden Abend gibt es am Mallory Square eine Sunset Celebration. Hier treten auch Menschen mit einzigartigen Talenten auf, darunter viele lustige Verkäufer, die ein Geschäft eröffnen. Alle schauen zu und warten, bis die Sonne im Meer versinkt. Jetzt kann das Nachtleben beginnen.

Mallory Square und Duval Street. ist das Zentrum, in dem alles passiert. Es gibt viele Touristengeschäfte und am Abend spielen viele Live-Bands an den Bars. Einige Leute machen gerne das Duval Crawl, wo sie von Bar zu Bar gehen. Jimmy Buffets erste Margaritaville befindet sich hier unten, um euch alle daran zu erinnern, dass es irgendwo 5 Uhr ist. Es gibt viele historische Museen zu entdecken. Niemals langweilig. Auf dieser kleinen Insel, die nur etwa 6 km lang und 1,6 km breit ist, ist so viel los. Communication was great. Brad, the owner had always made himself available to me and gave me great advice on where to eat. The amenities from pot pans a cooler really everything you need they provided.. most importantly everyone was extremely comfortable. Probably the best view from this property than all the other condos.

The check in process was super easy with detailed instructions. The condo was very clean and spacious, kitchen well stocked. It has an amazing view of the ocean and the pool. We had some small issues with on site construction going on and the owner was very responsive and easy to get ahold of for help. Highly recommend this condo! Just far enough away from Duval for quiet, but super easy to take golf cart or bike to go out for the evenings.

Ocean views !

Walking into this condo the first thing we saw was ocean views. The living room and every bedroom was a wall of glass facing the ocean. It was exactly like the pictures showed. The unit was clean and the kitchen well-stocked. As stated in the listing construction began Monday morning. When they are finished close to the unit I will be quieter, but the noise was enough to have us find things to do outside the condo Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Key West has much to offer and incredible food, so we went with the flow.Before our stay I didn't know what sargassum was. If you don't know, do your homework before booking! The smell wasn't constant and we seemed to get used to it after a few days.Really, even with minor inconveniences we had the best time. We enjoyed the balcony daily as well as the pool. Owner was in touch before and during our stay to make sure everything was as it should be.

Fantastic stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this Key West condo. The property was beautifully updated, with a modern kitchen and three renovated bathrooms. While the middle hall bathroom only has a soaking tub and no shower, it wasn’t a problem for our group—we just staggered shower times.The water views were exactly as advertised—absolutely stunning from all three bedrooms and the living room. We especially loved spending our evenings on the spacious wraparound patio, enjoying the sound of the waves and the brand-new outdoor furniture.Parking was super convenient, located right beneath the unit, and the quiet neighborhood had restaurants and shops close by. The complex’s private beach and pool added to the relaxing atmosphere. With five adults, we had plenty of space to spread out comfortably. We’d definitely stay here again!

Could be so much better

Nice location. Needs a good paint job and upgraded bathrooms. Place was clean and had a great view. Pool and common areas very nice, clean, with friendly people. While I notified the owner of several broken appliances and other items, he quickly brushed me off and told me to contact the property manager - as if he didn’t care. To the property managers credit, he fixed or replaced the things he could. Overall, for the price I paid, I was just “satisfied” and not overly impressed. I think you can do better as I would not choose this property again.

Beautiful views out of all rooms!

Great condo for 3 couples. One thing we missed in the listing was 1 of 2 hall baths only had a huge tub and no shower. Otherwise, it was super comfortable for all of us. Loved the underground parking which is right next to the stairs up one floor to condo and easy access to pool. The property manager was very helpful when I realized my print out of instructions was in a bag I had already stored with Paradise Porters due to our early arrival prior to check in. The condo is very quiet (we never heard our neighbors) and is in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything (we had scooters for the week) and this is the 3rd time we have rented in the 1800 Atlantic complex - we really love it!

Perfect location away from bustle

Key West has a party town rep, but here at the south end of the isle you’re a world away from duval - ok a 10 minute Uber ride. You’re a 5 minute walk from a sandy beach with rentals. Property itself is beautiful and the unit has the best location in the complex. Wonderful place to recharge and relax

The views were stunning. The pool is incredbile! The grounds are very clean as well as the condo itself. We had a great time and look foward to returning. The no see ums are very bad at dusk into the night. They tore our legs apart. Legs look like we had chicken pox for a week after returning home. The views out way the biting little nats. I would highly reccomend this condo if visiting key west. Renting the golf cart was clutch, and we did not have a problem finding parking outside the building the entire time we were there.

So Nice!

What a treat to lay in your bed and hear the waves! The wrap around patio was spectacular. The pool and beach area were nice and quiet. Definitely rent bikes and bring tennis racquets. Everything else is provided.

We were on vacation in Key West over 20 years ago. We live in the mountains, so ocean and warmth looked very desirable. When on vacation we often like to look at real estate as a possible investment. so looked to learn what is out there. We thought at the time the price for a 2 bedroom was at 1800 Atlantic was good so bought it. Five years later this 3 bedroom came up for sale and so we sold the 2 bedroom and bought the 3 bedroom. That was before people put their property for rent on the internet fortunately now it's so much easier to rent properties out. We want to thank you for considering renting this property. We know you will love it like we do.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

The best thing we like about Key West and this 3 bedroom condo at 1800 Atlantic is not only the breath taking view but also we love the quiet sereneness of this paradise spot. It's like being on Gilligan's Island, private but yet so close to the yummiest restaurants and multiple activities on the Island. After our renters book, we send them, by email, a list of activities of things to see and do as well as a list of many delicious restaurants to eat at while in Key West.
We also occasionally fly in to Miami, spend the night there and look around the lovely 'happening" Miami. In the morning we make the beautiful 3 hour drive down to Key West. We love the aqua water, the tropical caribbean feel of the many little stops on the way down the keys, we love feeding the 5 foot long Tarpon fish at Robby's Boat Rental. We don't rush down but instead we stop, relax, smell the ocean, gaze out across the water and be reminded we are on vacation. As Jimmy buffet says, "it's 5:00 o'clock somewhere" and now you are on Island Time.
