Diese Villa mit 1 Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen kombinierten Wohn- und Essbereich sowie ein separates Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Badezimmer. Dieses Gerät hat auch ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Im Flur gibt es eine Schlafkoje für ein kleines Kind. Der Balkon vor dem Wohnzimmer bietet einen direkten Blick auf das Meer.

Jede Einheit in Ocean Dunes verfügt über WLAN.

Der Ocean Dunes, Oceanfront Pool ist jetzt ein beheizter Pool, der das ganze Jahr über sieben Tage die Woche geöffnet ist. Die Temperatur wird auf 82 Grad eingestellt, das ist der Industriestandard. Die Öffnungszeiten des Pools sind von 9.00 Uhr bis Sonnenuntergang.

The pool and pool area nice and clean. The grill and tables were nice. The balcony was perfect for watching the ocean. Beautiful view. Elevator a plus. The villa was clean but a little small. The twin bunk was small and firm.

Such a nice condo

This was our first visit to HHI. We loved waking up every morning to the beautiful view. Super fun to ride our bikes right on the beach. Very close to coligney plaza and Sea Pines. You’ll love your stay here

Property hunting

The condo was perfect for my stay. It was clean and amazing location with great views of the ocean and ease of getting to the beach. The pool was older but great and made me realize this is the type of property I would buy!

Nice, quiet oceanfront condo. Small but modern and clean with everything you need. Would recommend for 2 adults and small child. Would be tight quarters for more. Excellent location.

Great week

We had a great week! Great location! Condo was great except for the smell when we got there. We had to purchase air fresheners to help. I think the smell is due to the air conditioning. Kind of a musty smell that lingered even with the air fresheners.

Relaxing time at the beach

Condo was exactly as pictured. Bed was comfy. Only 1 pool, and I did think both pools pictured were part of the property. I’ve rented a lot from VRBO and I’ve never had to stop by a rental office to retrieve keys before and there was a long line of other checking in as it was a holiday. Office fold were nice and organized, it went quickly, but after being in the car all day, I value immediate access with a door code. Owners responded right away with any questions.

Nicely updated!

We literally booked this the night before our arrival as we decided last minute to make the trip. I had an email very early the morning of our arrival with all the details of check in and the folks at the management office were great! The condo was nicely renovated with all modern amenities and a great view of the pool and the beach! We enjoyed the very short walk to the beach and having access to a chair and umbrella rental service right on the sand. It’s also nice that this property is adjacent to another property that has a nice outside bar and grill. We didn’t need to pack a lunch or get in the car if we just wanted to spend all day on the beach The only things I would recommend to the owners are a full length mirror in the unit and lots of hooks both, both inside and on the balcony, for towels. And for any of you wondering…Yes! We saw dolphins swimming multiple times during our stay.

anniversary trip

Overall it was a great long weekend. The weather was perfect for late October. The condo was just what we needed for the two of us. I could see where it would have been a little cramped for a family of four. The renovations were nicely done. Everything was clean and well kept. We had everything we needed! The view was amazing, close walk to the beach and the pool was just right! The only reason for not giving 5 stars would be that it is an older unit with 2 separate split ac window type units that didn't want to stay on for very long but that could have just been the milder temps and it leaves the unit with a "older musty" smell. But you really can't expect anything more than that when it's an older place on the beach that stays damp from salt air year round. It would definitely be a place we would come back to. Rental staff was easy to get along with and very accommodating.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view and location is terrific. The beach was the best. The room itself needs updating. There was a terrible smell when we first arrived and the furniture was dirty and smelly. They did come in to clean the furniture 3 days into our rental. We did buy air fresheners to help. The kitchen was cluttered with to much equipment and no place to store dry groceries in the cupboards. Get rid of all the accent pillows that are of no use. The hand towel holder in the bathroom was loose and we were afraid it would fall off. Also no where to put your shampoo, soaps and accessories in the bathtub. Vacation Time rental was very responsive to our needs and concerns but we feel the this unit wasn’t worth the headache.

Perfect Unit For The Beach

We have been coming to Hilton Head for 30 years and I have to say I guess for one thing we picked the wrong week. The weather was absolutely terrible. We had what I call a sand storm. The sand was blowing sideways across the beach. Great exfoliation for the legs. Then there was the rain and more rain plus 50-60 degree temperatures and the strong winds. We had to wear jackets most of the time. (this was Mother Nature she was in control). The pool is clean and well maintained and the pool temperature is perfect. The unit was nice and clean. It had almost every appliance, cookware, utensil you would need. One interesting aspect of our stay in this unit is last year we stayed in this same unit for exact same week and the price increased from $2186 to $2642. When I booked I was wondering what the improvements would be for such an increase. There were no improvements I could see so I guess it was "Charge customer to the limit". The unit next door was being remodeled so we heard banging on the wall and saws running. I guess you have to remodel sometime LOL it just happened to be our week. I was walking down our hall to the bedroom and to my surprise I came face to face with an exterminator coming into the unit. I think the mattress needs an upgrade. You kind of sink into a worn area from use, maybe it needs to be flipped for even wear. One improvement that I think could be made is adding a bar to touch or some sort of anti-slip material to the bathtub-shower. It is so slick it is an accident waiting to happen. This is a very nice clean unit. The view is spectacular and they have very nice balcony furniture with elevated seating to further increase your views of the ocean. Hilton Head is a wonderful place to visit and we will be coming back for many years to come. I would recommend this unit.

I use a cane for walking and I would like to see the property include handicapped rooms
