Coligny Beachfront Villa w/Pool at The Breakers

"A Little Salt & Light" is a one bedroom villa right on beautiful Coligny Beach on Hilton Head Island. The heated oceanfront pool and kids pool lead you out to a wooden boardwalk right onto the beach with an outdoor wash station.

Steps away from the villa is the heart of popular Coligny. There are specialty shops, restaurants, bars, a grocery store, and Coligny Plaza where there is nightly entertainment. No need to get in your car or try to find parking...just walk across the street!

There is one queen bed in the bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The pool area includes a heated pool, heated shallow kiddie pool and lounge chairs. The boardwalk to the beach takes you through a private access gated entry. Here you will find a convenient rinsing station for your return from the beach.

The villa is a side unit, so no direct ocean view. It is on the first floor, but is still above parking, so it is up one flight of stairs. There is also an elevator.

One car per villa is allowed. This is a strict Breakers HOA rule due to the available number of parking spots on property.

You will be provided with bed linens, towels and a basic starter packet which includes two rolls of toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and a bar of soap. Starter pack in the kitchen includes a bottle of dish soap, a disposable sponge, 2 dish washer pods, 2 laundry pods, kitchen towels, paper towels and three trash bags.
