Unser 1.700 Quadratmeter großes, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2. 5 Badezimmer Crimson Cliff Townhome (Unit 55) befindet sich in der NĂ€he des Animas River, nur 4 Meilen nördlich der Innenstadt von Durango und 25 Meilen vom Durango Mountain Resort (25 Minuten). Dieses Haus bietet eine ideale Lage mit unvergleichlichen Blick auf den Animas River Valley und sofortigen Zugriff auf das Erholungsgebiet, ohne sich durch die Stadt zu fahren, um zu Wanderwegen, nationalen WaldflĂ€chen und das Skigebiet zu erhalten.

Der Durango Trolley hÀlt direkt vor dem Haus alle 20 Minuten so dass es bequem in die Innenstadt zu bekommen, ohne das Auto zu fahren oder parken.

Der Hauptwohnbereich verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen Gaskamin sowie einen 50-Zoll-4K-Flachbild-TV und einen Blue Ray DVD-Player. Es ist ein Gas-Grill auf der Terrasse vor der wichtigste Lebensraum.

The Crimson Cliff Komplex umfasst einen privaten Park mit Sand-Volleyballplatz, SpielgerĂ€te, Neun-Loch-Minigolfanlage, kleiner Teich, Feuerstelle und eine Schotter Wanderweg rund um den großen Rasen.

We mainly used the unit for sleeping. Otherwise, we were out all day and ate all meals out. Everything was very nice. Would suggest a cooling unit on the main floor, similar to those in the bedrooms
 hot and stuffy, even though we opened both balcony door and main window. It might also be worth noting that there are two sets of stairs, both steep and long, and not the best for elderly access.

Durango getaway

My husband and I, our 2 year old, and my parents came to Durango for a long weekend and this place was exactly what we needed! Enough space for all of us to relax and spend time together. Perfect location away from the business of downtown but close enough to get to quickly and easily. Communication was easy and very responsive! Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing stay in Durango

This wonderful property was very clean and spacious. It’s in a great location north of town with easy access to the main highway. The home is very quiet and well maintained. The couch in the family room could be replaced, but all other furnishings, linens, and appliances were top notch. We will return.

Overall our stay was pleasant. We had problems with power going off if two air conditioners were running at the same time. Also, the street noise was very loud since we had to keep windows open due to the type of air conditioners installed in the windows.The description of the unit was not specific regarding the amount of stairs, so that was very difficult for two of us with health issues. Lastly, we were here for relaxation and the couch was very uncomfortable.

Very nice!

Love this condo. It was clean and communication was great! It is close to the highway and you will be sleeping with windows open in the summer due to no A/C, but with windows closed, you can’t hear the highway. I would recommend this place.

Durango Family Vacation

Communication with the owner was great. Answered questions, checked on us and was very friendly. The property is beautiful. The Kitchen has everything you need. The master bedroom and bathroom very spacious. Beds were so clean and comfortable. Large soaking tub plus large walk in shower. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evening. This was our family vacation and we felt right at home. Will definitely book here again!

Peaceful celebration/vacation

My family has roots in Durango. I grew up in the area as well as my children in their younger years, so the opportunity to return to see my son graduate from FLC was a heartfelt and sentimental experience. I purposefully looked for a place to stay that would fit all six of us comfortably as well as be close to town, and this property fit the bill perfectly! It was a quiet, peaceful area, close enough to make quick runs to the grocery store or go out to restaurants in the area, and of course a hop, skip, and a jump to the college. The bedrooms were comfortable, the living space roomy, and the kitchen had everything we needed for fixing meals. I highly recommend this property if you don't want to be too far from town, yet still be able to experience a quiet escape.

Family Ski Vacation

This was a fantastic place to stay in Durango. Very convenient to downtown Durango but on the north side of town, making it easier to get to Purgatory Ski Resort. The property was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and tidy upon arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with what it needed for cooking your own meals. Especially with Covid-19 restrictions on all restaurants in town, having the necessary tools to prepare your own meals is very important. The natural gas plumbed grill was a nice surprise and was used often. Overall a great place to stay and relax in Durango. Recommend it to anybody toting their kiddos on vacation in Southern Colorado!
