Diese 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer 2.000 Quadratmeter große, einstöckige Luxus-Wohnung (Unit 2E) zeichnet sich durch ihre außergewöhnliche Lage im Herzen des Touristenviertels von Durango aus. Alle Restaurants, Geschäfte und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten in der Innenstadt sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt allein sechs Restaurants auf dem Block des Gebäudes.

Die Wohnung ist auch einen Block vom Durango und Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot und der Innenstadt von Durango Kino. Lifestyle in dieser Wohnung ist wie ein Aufenthalt in einem Luxusresort mit Restaurants und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten nebenan und von höchster Qualität.

Das Gebäude verfügt über einen elektronischen Sicherheitsdienst und einen Aufzug zu allen Ebenen mit einer sicheren, vollständig geschlossenen Tiefgarage für zwei Fahrzeuge.

Convenient location to town, very clean and comfortable. We didn’t do too much cooking but the kitchen seemed well stocked. One frustrating thing was the VERY slow internet.

The condo was comfortable, clean, and spacious—just right for our group of 8. We never felt like we were on top of each other, we had room to spread out. The mud room area was perfect for getting ready for a day on the slopes. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shops.

Lots of flies inside - carpet & pillows need updating. Linens & towels could also use an update for 5 stars. Great location and everything you need in the kitchen. Keypad at garage not working - had to track down info upon arrival - seems we could have been notified.

Our family of 5 adults and 1 child stayed at the Condo for 5 nights in late July early August. Overall we had a good experience. The location is absolutely perfect for a family as it is in the downtown area and guests could easily walk to various activities. The unit was well equipped so we were able to easily prepare meals for the family. We did have a bit of trouble getting in and out of the parking area but the response of the management group was excellent. We would certainly stay here again.

Amazing downtown location

Our stay was great. The condo was perfect for us and we loved the location. It was easy to get to the grocery store and to the little restaurants and shops downtown. I had a question while we were there and the property manager was super responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Nice condo but towels were very work, carpet was stained and there were not enough toiletries for 5 people for 5 days.Trouble with the lock- only 23% battery when we arrived so had to get a tech in to replace the battery and wifi issues

Perfect home base in Durango

The property was perfectly situated, walkable to all of the shops, restaurants and conveniences of downtown Durango but only a quick drive from the airport and some amazing hikes. The property manager checked on us numerous times and accommodations were just right for our family. We will be back!

Great property, excellent location

We were extremely happy with this rental. The kitchen was well stocked, the rooms and bathrooms were clean and stocked with essentials, and it was quiet for being so close to the downtown area (the train whistle was not an issue at all). We loved being walking distance to everything (especially the bagel place). We had a couple teenagers with us and it was the perfect location and set-up for our trip needs. Would stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the rental was perfect. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and to all the restaurants we wanted dine in.The property was clean and well maintained. It was a bit odd that the master bedroom closet was inaccessible. We had nowhere in the room to hang clothing. We were there in August, and it was quite hot. The AC kept the living room and kitchen cool, but the bedrooms were not cool at night. The fans in the rooms helped.

Great

The Vrbo had all the features mentioned on the website plus a full kitchen with all the pans and utensils needed to cook meals. Also had a good washer and dryer with detergent and instructions.

Awesome Condo

Awesome condo in the heart of Durango. Lots of room, listing and pics are very accurate. Kitchen was well stocked, rooms were comfortable, and plenty of living / dining area for group to spread out.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 3 bedroom/2 Bath was spacious and well appointed.
