Tall Timbers at Tamarron Resort (Pinecone #810) is our two-story condo featuring a full kitchen, fireplace and large private deck. Situated in the heart of the pines, our unit offers a secluded Colorado mountain feel. Guests can play the Valley Course at Glacier Club at a discounted rate. We are located 2 minutes from the Rockwood Train Station,10 minutes to Purgatory Resort, 20 minutes to Downtown Durango, 10 minutes to Durango Hot Springs Resort & Spa, and close to many hiking and biking trails.

A wonderful vacation awaits you in our bright and spacious condo in the San Juan National Forest. Put your feet up and relax on the comfy lodge-style furnishings. On the main level, you will find the living room and dining area featuring a fireplace, wall of windows, a fully functional kitchen with dual oven and dishwasher, and deck with plenty of seating and a grill. The living room TV is hooked up to cable.
There is also a private Queen bedroom with Smart TV. The bathroom with tub/shower combo is adjacent to this bedroom. Upstairs is a large loft with two queen beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a 65" Smart TV with XBox, and a desk/chair. Great WIFI speeds of 100+ mbps.

ON-SITE AMENITIES AT THE LODGE INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf at a special discounted rate, tennis, pickleball, playground, 3 on-site restaurants, and event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge. Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. Details will be provided in your rental instructions. There is a $20 per person ski shuttle to purgatory on weekends - tickets must be purchased in advance and the pick-up location is in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot.

LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events.

AWD or 4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

When booking directly with Vacation Rental Collective, Vacation Rental Collective offers a Moderate Cancellation Policy for this Property: A guest will receive a 100% refund if canceled/changed at least 30 days before check-in; a 50% refund if canceled/changed 14-30 days before check-in; and no refund if canceled/changed 13 days or less before check-in. If you booked on a third party site (VRBO, Airbnb, etc), your cancellation is subject to their policy. We do offer travel insurance.
