In dieser malerischen kleinen Stadt am Strand gibt es viel zu tun, vom Einkaufen bis zum feinen Essen. Ogunquit hat alles zu bieten. Ihr moderner Rückzugsort auf fast 2 Hektar nur die Straße von der Stadt entfernt. umfasst 3 Schlafzimmer und 2. 5 Bäder mit 1900 qm Platz. Wenn Sie das Haus mit Ihrem persönlichen Smart-Code betreten, werden Sie mit einem hübschen Eingangsbereich begrüßt, in dem sich Einbauschränke für Schuhe und Mäntel und eine halbe Badewanne befinden. Auf dem Weg zum Wohnzimmer und zur Küche kommen Sie den Flur entlang an einem lustigen Essbereich und einer Master-Suite vorbei. Alle Möbel sind brandneu. Das Hauptschlafzimmer im ersten Stock verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein angeschlossenes Hauptbad. Das Master-Bad verfügt über zwei Waschtische und eine geräumige verglaste Dusche. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine gewölbte Decke, die mit einem großen Schnitt und einem 50-Zoll-LED-Smart-TV mit Bluetooth-Surround-Sound zum Loft im Obergeschoss führt. In der modernen Küche können Sie wunderbar morgens Pfannkuchen kochen oder einfach auf der Quarzinsel sitzen und eine Tasse Kaffee genießen.

Die zweite Etage verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Vollbad und einen Dachboden mit einer separaten Kinderecke. Es ist der perfekte Ort, um die Kinder nach einem unterhaltsamen Tag am Strand zum Entspannen zu schicken. Das zweite Schlafzimmer beherbergt ein Kingsize-Bett, perfekt für Erwachsene. Ihre Kinder werden das dritte Schlafzimmer mit zwei über volle Kojen mit einem Rollbett lieben. Das Loft verfügt über einen Queen-Size-Schlafsack mit Memory-Foam-Matratze, einen 43-Zoll-LED-Smart-TV und ein paar lustige Sitzsäcke.

Draußen finden Sie einen wunderbaren Ort, um mit der Familie zu entspannen. Beautiful, quiet stay in Ogunquit

We had a lovely stay at this home in Ogunquit. We enjoyed being a short, driveable distance from the main town in a home that was in a quieter location. The property was very clean, efficiently set-up, and well-appointed. We found it had everything we needed for our visit. The hosts were prompt in communicating with me in the lead-up to our arrival and our departure. Next time, we will try and stay for a bit longer...!

Paradise in Maine

It is hard to imagine staying in a more well-equipped and beautiful rental so well-located to all things Ogunquit, Maine. Erik and Holly have gone over-the-top in providing everything you might need in the way of beach toys, yard games, first aid remedies, Roku TV for that one rainy day, and reliable recommendations for restaurants, hiking, etc. The property is as beautiful as the home--we played Corn Hole and frisbee on the level portion of the property and enjoyed the fire pit once. All we needed was another week there! Thank you, Holly and Erik, for a wonderful stay!

Great vacation home!

This beautiful home had everything we needed and then some! Perfectly clean & such cute decor. Plenty of room for our family of 6 & our 2 year old granddaughter loved the kids play area so much! The location was amazing being so close to downtown Ogunquit & the beach. Erik & Holly were very helpful with any questions I had. All in all it really was the perfect vacation home!

Great stay!! Super clean and beautiful home!

We had a wonderful stay and Holly and Erik were amazing hosts! Property was well-equipped with everything we needed and it’s in such a great, serene location that is still close to town. The teens in our group loved the separate hang out space on the second floor. We will definitely be back!

Great home

Our family stayed at Holly and Erik’s home Aug 5-12 and we had a great experience. The home was clean, bright and had everything we needed. It was close enough to town to head in when we wanted to but also just quiet enough to enjoy the beautiful back yard. We have a 8,7 and 3 yr old and there were games and things for them to do as well as plenty of beach items to keep them busy. Holly and Erik were very responsive when needed and check in was easy. It was a great experience.

Wonderful rental for relaxing and exploring

This house is very clean and well appointed. Location is very good about 1 mile from downtown Ogunquit, and also very convenient to drive to Portsmouth, Portland, Kennebunkport, etc. Erik and Holly were great hosts and our check in process was extremely easy. We were able to enjoy the fire pit in the evenings after a day of exploring. We highly recommend this property. It is as advertised.

Perfect way to kick off our summer

We stayed here over an extended Memorial Day weekend, and could not have been happier about choosing it. It is about a mile outside of downtown Ogunquit, in a quiet, peaceful forested neighborhood. The house was perfect for our family of 5, with plenty of space inside and out for our family to relax. It is clean and comfortable, charming with modern amenities. We enjoyed the use of the grill & firepit, and were glad for plenty of outdoor seating. The house has just about anything you'd need in terms of pots and pans, dishware, and utensils. Towels, sheets, and blankets are not provided, but you can either bring your own, or do as we did, and rent them for the week from Cottage Linens in Ogunquit. They have different rental packages for you to choose from so you can pretty easily figure that out. The check in/check out process was easy, and we really didn't need to communicate much with Holly & Erik, but each time we did, both Holly and Erik were lovely to deal with. We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a perfect location that is easy to town and beaches, but also gives you some peace and quiet when you need it. Highly recommended!

Loved Ogunquit

This property was perfect for my husband and me. It is perfectly located. We loved the little town of Ogunquit. Everyone was so happy and kind. People talked to you, let you into traffic, and had so much Halloween spirit. All the restaurants and shops were decorated for Halloween and made walking around even more fun! It's close to Marginal Way and Perkin's Cove as well as to the beach and restaurants. The home was very clean and cozy. The backyard is amazing! It has a fire pit, sitting area, picnic table, and an outdoor grill. I had never rented a house in Maine, so I was confused about having to arrange for my own linen and towels, but Holly gave me all the information and things went very smoothly. Every time I had a question Holly was kind enough to answer my text quickly and I just loved that! We hated to leave because we had such a wonderful time. Totally suggest if you're in Ogunquit you consider this house, it's wonderful!

Beautiful, quiet and peaceful

Our family of 5 enjoyed a very peaceful stay in this beautiful, well stocked and perfectly appointed home. It is exactly as described! If you travel in peak season be sure to get to the beaches early- We found Footbridge to be quiet and calmer and it was a great spot to ride the waves or paddle in the calm river. There are no food amenities there and parking is limited. Main Beach was so fun- get there early (before 11) for parking a spot near the rocks if high tide is late in the day. Plenty of snack options and great cocktails right at beach entrance. Almost every dining option was great and we had groceries delivered from the village market- perhaps pricier but so very convenient after a very long drive ( we came from PA). We loved cooking at the house, eating outside and just hanging out. It was a wonderful stay!

Amazing stay in Ogunquit

Holly's house was even greater in person that it seems in the listing. We loved the home and it was very clean, nicely decorated, fully stocked for the beach, and an amazing spot for kids to play (inside and out). The location was fantastic, really close into Ogunquit and to our favorite beach a bit north. It was not quite walking distance on the road it's on, but that didn't hinder us at all. Our family loved our stay at this house and will be back without questions! We have kids ranging 1-16 and all enjoyed the house and property. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful property just a hop skip & jump from town

I can't say enough about this beautiful home and property! It is close enough to Ogunquit to easily access town, restaurants & beaches but also out of the hectic and busy rush of this tourist town. We felt like we were in a boutique hotel with the chill and classy decor. It was wonderful to have amenities like a full kitchen, grill, washing machine, 3 bedrooms etc... our family likes space to spread out. The fire pit and sweet string lights were a wonderful treat in the evenings too! The house is well-appointed with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, yard games also. We brought bikes to ride into town but found that the uphill 1-mile return ride was fine for the adults and my teen but too much for our 10-year old, so we ended up driving and parking a bit more than we anticipated. We would highly recommend this property!

Weekend Away

Our stay at Erik & Holly’s home in Ogunquit Maine was stellar. The home was well laid out, had homely decor, great for the kids and perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed the bunk bends and the play nook, art and reading area. Kitchen was well equipped. Central AC was strong. The outdoor space was scenic and nice. Location can’t be beat so close to town yet tucked away. Easy access to the beach and the local attractions. Accommodating host, thorough check-in and and check out process. Would love to stay again. Perfect house for family beach vacation.

Very smooth process working with the owners. They went out of their way to make sure everything worked well during our stay. The house was beautifully decorated, well stocked, and immaculately clean. We loved spending time as a family in the yard with the fire pit and multiple seating areas. The yard was big enough for lawn games as well. Overall a wonderful vacation home to rent!
