Setzen Sie sich auf die Terrasse oder entspannen Sie sich in der Hängematte und lassen Sie die Brise Ihre Sorgen davontragen. Es ist nur wenige Schritte von der Mündung der Perkins Cove entfernt und am Ende des Privatweges befindet sich die Straßenbahnhaltestelle, die Sie in die Innenstadt, zum Hauptstrand und in das nahe gelegene York bringt. Gehen Sie die private Landstraße hinunter zum Marginal Way, dem Pfad, der mehr als eine Meile entlang unserer felsigen Küste mit Perkins Cove an einem Ende, dem Babystrand in der Mitte und Ogunquit Village am anderen Ende verläuft. Perkins Cove bietet alle Geschäfte, Restaurants, Fischerboote und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten und ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Dies ist ein großartiges Hotel für einen Familienurlaub auf privatem Weg, abseits des Trubels des Herzschlags von Ogunquit.

In den Städten York und Kennebunkport gibt es einige sehr gute Golfplätze (Mini und Regular). Die Stadt York fährt mit einer Straßenbahn nach Ogunquit und hält am Ende oder der Straße und kann Sie zum Yorker Strand bringen, wo sich das Tierreich und der Vergnügungspark von York befinden.

Für Ihre kulinarischen Genüsse probieren Sie das Cafe Amore nebenan im Thompson Green. Gehen Sie zum besten Frühstück der Stadt. Probieren Sie Barnacle Billys für ein traditionelles kausales Maine-Hummer-Abendessen und bringen Sie die Kinder dann zum Süßwarenladen. Oder versuchen Sie es für einen formelleren Abend mit MC Perkins Cove und fragen Sie nach oben, um die beste Aussicht zu erhalten. Switched out from a resort to this home just off Perkins Cove for our annual family OGT trip and it was a perfect upgrade. Walkable to everything, stones throw from Marginal Way and Perkin’s Cove, ending the day around the fire pit was perfect! So much room to spread out including a beautiful screened in front porch. Books, puzzles and board games a plenty for a quiet night in! Owners were communicative, friendly and helpful (“try the Mimosa flight at Perkin’s Cove Kitchen”!).

Great place

Super Location!

We enjoyed our time in Ogunquit and the location of this house was perfect - walking distance to all this sweet town has to offer. Very quiet and secluded. We saw a deer in the yard! The kitchen was well-equipped and modern and we enjoyed cooking and grilling on several nights during our stay, and we enjoyed the board games made available to us. It is an older home with all four bedrooms upstairs.

Piece of heaven by the ocean

This house provides everything you need for a wonderfully relaxing vacation in Ogunquit. Easy walk to Perkins Cove and several restaurants. The walk into town takes a good 20 minutes, or you can pick up the trolled at the end of the street, less than a 5-minute walk to get there. The large living room and screened in front porch provide amply room for gathering. With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths (not including the outdoor shower) there is plenty of space for everyone.

A lovely private property close enough to Perkins Cove, Ogunquit center, the Marginal Way and the beach. We walked and walked and loved every minute of it. We also walked over the pedestrian footbridge in the cove to the Ogunquit Museum of American Art - a very special place. Our stay was everything we hoped it would be.

Great location!

This is our 2nd time staying there. We’re a family of 5 with young children. The house is clean and has all that we need. The location is amazing (walking distance to Perkins’ cove). The kitchen was renovated since our last stay 2 years ago, and now looks amazing and is very functional (we didn’t eat out the whole week, and had no problem cooking all our meals there). We will definitely stay here again in the future if it’s available!

We went to Ogunquit for a family vacation. We love the location of this house. So close to Perkins Cove, Marginal Way and downtown. Annual Sisters and Sisters-in-law Reunion

We had a wonderful stay at Coole Breeze. The location was great - so close to Perkins Cove, Marginal Way and Ogunquit Beach. The house was perfect and accommodated our party of 6 women perfectly. Great week in OGT

The house is exactly as describe...perfect for our extended-family vacation. Comfy beds, nice linens, & fully outfitted kitchen,. Loved the fire pit and nice screen porch. This house had a perfect location for 4 women traveling together. Easy access to the Marginal Way, Perkins Cove and downtown Ogunquit. We could walk everywhere. It is an older home but had a lot of charm. Our one complaint was the cleanliness of the house. It needs a thorough cleaning.

The stay at this property was outstanding. Centrally located with plenty of room. The only drawback was the TV. It may have been the lack of our techno skills but we couldn't get ESPN or other stations that broadcast Saturday football games.

Wonderful week in Ogunquit

I loved our time here. Tucked away on a slight hill surrounded by trees and birds--the screened in porch was lovely and immersed in country-esque nature just a short walk from the ocean. The huge living room fit our whole family comfortably on 3 large couches. Most of the bedrooms were tight and the bathrooms could use updating, but that's not what we came to Ogunquit for anyway. Enjoyed having a camp fire. Would absolutely recommend.

Great family friendly home

Our family had a wonderful week staying at Coole Breeze. The house is charming and has great space for a family. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants and perkins cove. We loved spending nights at the fire pit and afternoons on the screened in porch. Our girls enjoyed the hammock and all the outdoor space. Andrew is very quick to respond with answers to any questions you may have. We too are owners of a rental property in ogunquit and hold high standards, and we would definitely recommend this home!

We all enjoyed the accommodations very much. The bathroom with claw tub a bit hard for short people!! Possibly add dish towels for kitchen or maybe we couldn’t locate them. Enjoyed doing a puzzle and playing games. Complimentary Prosecco was nice. Maybe supply some wood. We all lived the fire pit.

Quintessential Ogunquit Experience

Coole Breeze is the perfect accommodation for a stay in Ogunquit. I used to visit Ogunquit every summer as a kid and Coole Breeze was an amazing place to stay for a refresher vacation with my own family. The location a short walk from Perkins Cove or the center of town is ideal. It also provides easy access to the beach, restaurants and The Marginal Way. And the house is itself is great - fire pit and grills for outdoor dining, large living area if a movie night is more your speed and an amazing overall sense of quiet and privacy. Coole Breeze is a relaxing oasis just minutes from all that Ogunquit has to offer! Andrew is also an incredibly accommodating host - very responsive and made us feel very welcome. Hope to have an opportunity to revisit soon!

I am a very lucky man, my parents were kind enough to bring me to this special place when I was an infant and I have been coming at least year every since. About 20 years ago or so, i brought my (now) wife up here for the first time and she fell in love with the area. We returned frequently, and one trip during a walk on marginal way, she said "Yes" and we celebrated with dinner in Perkins Cove and a weekend in Ogunquit. Fast forward a few years and we returned to vacation up here and spend some time, our two boys have grown to love the place as well. That's them in the picture above looking over Perkins Cove after visit to the candy store. This continues to be a very special place for us.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

My family have been coming up to Ogunquit for vacation for half a dozen years and we have always kept our eye out for something to buy. We knew the property was on the market and was interested in taking a look. Once we were finally in a position to buy it, someone else had mad an offer. We were crestfallen, but when we came up to look for alternatives in the area, to our surprise and delight, the deal had fallen through. We felt it was meant to be. We quickly jumped on the opportunity and then took to making our own. We have been slowing improving aspects of the property but have been trying to keep the beach house charm and character the house has. We hope you love it as much as we do.
