Beautiful location with Ski in/out access. Located on the main floor just off the lobby and steps away from the pool and hot tub. We had a little glitch getting in but after a quick call to Sara at gondola resorts the issue was resolved. Thank you Sara!

Good Location Ski in/out - Hot Tub Cleanliness Issues

The location is good for ski in/out. The hot tub had multiple days of not being cleaned and took too long for cleanup. After a day of skiing that is what we looked forward to the most. Contacted manager a couple of times and she put the request, but it took them way to long to get it under control. Lost at least 3 days of no hot tub.

Beautiful home and scenery

The location for this property is beautiful. The trees surrounding the property are amazing. The home was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed on site. The steam shower was a huge plus along with the hot tub, sauna pool and steam room. Overall it was an amazing time for me and my family! The only downside was we couldn’t get the dryer to fully dry our clothes no matter how small a load we ran or how many times we ran it. But that’s a minor thing compared to all the amazing things there are to do and see at this property. Would 10/10 book again!

It's a condensing dryer, which takes longer than a traditional unit but will have a repairman take a peak. We can't wait to have you visit us again...maybe in the winter time? What a wonderful condo. Got a great price for a 5-star condo. The service after booking with Gondola Resorts was tremendous. Ask for Sarah. She assisted us with a last minute booking and was so helpful. Main floor. Clean. Soft king bed. Wonderful kitchen. I liked the mtn decor. 3 minute walk into village. Most shops were closed this time of year.

Great location, pretty good condo

The pros: fabulous location of this complex and very nice property. Condo is very nice. The cons: First floor right off of the common area/lobby. And when I say right off the door is in the center of the lobby room on the back wall, so when you have someone on the piano or they are using the bar or seating they are in the next room. The balcony looks over the parking lot and has a view of the lot, road and trees. Not really any view. And the entrance door is right next to the balcony/porch. The carpet is listed as new but looks more like it has had a hard life. The condo is rather dark and all the Christmas decorations including a tree are really not what we wanted to see in April. I felt like the location on the first floor and right off of the lobby area should be in the description. I would have appreciated if this was mentioned in the description. So while we loved this condo complex we would avoid this particular condo on any upcoming visits.

A few followup notes to future guests: 1) The main floor location and north facing balcony is quieter than the south facing condos. Don't rent on the south side because voices from the pool and hot tub activity can get loud on some occasions. Since you're in the forest, the views will be past about 50 yards either direction. 2) The condo is located on the main floor and adjacent the luxury lobby, fireplace, sitting area, chess table and grand piano. We have gotten approval to have the piano locked during quiet hours. Not many people play the piano but I can understand some people might not enjoy it. 3) The carpet is 6 months old so I have made edits to the description and will not call it "new". 4) The condo is a 5-star, and professionally decorated luxury unit which has 92% 4 or 5 star ratings. 5) The artifical tree is not part of Christmas decorations rather adds to the mountain theme of the condo. We didn't forget to put holiday decorations away but I guess some people have different tastes. If future guests want a sandy beach theme, they have the wrong resort. 5) The condo manager's office is on the main floor and she can be notified if there are any issues along with our office.

A real gem of a property!

We loved our stay at Timbers! The condo and lobby were beautiful and were pretty close to Keystone’s summit express lift, but did involve a short hike. We slept comfortably on the Murphy and sofa bed but for a family of five adults, the quarters were a little bit tight. Other than that, we had fun off the slopes utilizing the fully stocked board game cabinet, smart TV, hot tub, and pool! We took memorable pictures in a nicely decorated lobby which included a grand piano! As well as a self serve bar with hot chocolate and Keurig coffee. We loved it and would definitely stay there again and recommend to family and friends!

Perfect

Only issue is trying to find the key lock box. We didn’t get there until late night and was a little eery trying to locate it inside the box with no indicator. I’m a city boy and kept feeling a bear was going to chomp my back in the dark lol

Keystone 1 Bedroom Condo Rental Review

The description of the condo was right on. Condo was clean and well maintained. Owner provided great customer service. I would recommend other potential guests to experience this location. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, suana, steam room and fitness area. Kids loved the chess game in the lobby.

Great property!

Very nice unit and great location. The unit is stocked very well with everything you need from humidifiers to spices! It's decorated very nice but carpet needs replacing or stretching.

Great Ski-in Ski-out Location

Great spot, truly is a "ski-in ski-out". Just walk up the stairs in the back, put on your skis, and ski down to the Summit Chair Lift. Indoor garage access was a plus. Close to the River Run shopping/restaurant area, about a 1/2 mile away. I'd stay here again.

3057 Timbers Keystone Resort Colorado

Condo was perfect for our family of 4. True ski in ski out. The Timbers is truly 5-star. No comparison. Our condo was on main floor and very convenient to the hot tub and spa area. Heated parking and luggage carts made it easy to bring our ski's to the ski locker down the hall. Gondola Resorts , Inc. employees were great, and checkin was easy. Highly recommend.

We've stayed at many ski resorts and condos, but this was the best yet. I liked the private steam shower in the master bath.
