Diese 1.733 Quadratmeter große Eigentumswohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern bietet Platz für acht Personen und verfügt über eine Gourmetküche und zwei private Balkone, von denen einer einen teilweisen Hangblick bietet. Es gibt zwei Master-Suiten, beide mit Kingsize-Betten. Eine echte Ski-in / Ski-out-Unterkunft, und Sie sind nur vier Gehminuten vom Herzen von River Run Village entfernt.

Der Eingang hat Haken und einen Schrank für zusätzlichen Komfort beim Kommen und Gehen im Laufe des Tages montiert. Der Wohnbereich ist mit gemütlichen Möbeln rund um einen Steingaskamin sowie einem Flachbild-Apple-TV und einem DVD-Player ausgestattet. Der Hausbesitzer hat eine Auswahl an Spielen für Sie zusammengestellt. Es gibt ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa. Zusätzliche Bettwäsche und Decken befinden sich in einem Schrank. Direkt neben dem Wohnbereich befindet sich der Zugang zum geräumigen privaten Balkon, von dem aus Sie einen malerischen Blick auf die Bäume und teilweise auf die Hänge haben. Es bietet zudem Blick auf den Gemeinschaftspool und den Whirlpool sowie einen privaten Grill für zusätzliche Kochmöglichkeiten. Es gibt eine Höhle aus dem Wohnbereich mit einem Twin-Size-Schlafsessel.

Die voll ausgestattete Küche ist mit allem notwendigen Kochgeschirr und Geschirr ausgestattet, um eine Mahlzeit für unterwegs zuzubereiten. Sie verfügt über Granitoberflächen und Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl. Der Essbereich bietet bequem Platz für sechs Personen mit zwei zusätzlichen Sitzplätzen an der Frühstücksbar. Neben dem Hauptwohnbereich befindet sich das erste von drei Badezimmern mit einem Waschbecken und einer ebenerdigen Dusche. Alle Badezimmer sind mit Handtüchern und einer Erstausstattung an Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet. Auf dem Flur befindet sich ein Wäscheschrank mit einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner. Waschmittel wird für Ihre Bequemlichkeit bereitgestellt.

Das erste Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit elfenbeinfarbener Bettwäsche und einen Flachbild-TV. Das eigene Bad verfügt über zwei Waschbecken, einen Whirlpool und eine ebenerdige Dusche. Das zweite Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit elfenbeinfarbener Bettwäsche, einen Flachbild-TV und einen eigenen Balkon. Beautiful and Spacious Condo

e really enjoyed staying at your condo in The Timbers. There was plenty of room for our family and the kitchen was very well stocked. The property was very clean and the property management company was professional and helpful. Our only caution is that the property is not easy to maneuver from a 'ski-in/ski-out' perspective. The narrow pathway is a challenge for non-expert skiers. However the walk to the lift or gondola was not too bad.

Awesome amenities

Stayed six days and family members that joined us enjoyed the hot tub, pool and sauna. As well as the short walk into River Run. Did have to walk with skis a little ways with a little hill to get to the River Run slope and the Express chair lift. Keystone had quite a few lift problems and the Express lift was down for three days. Snow was good and other guests were very friendly and the place was well kept.

perfect location

It was so convenient! True ski in ski out making it very easy to get the grandkids to ski school and hit the slopes. We also came back to the lodge for lunch every day saving ourselves lots of money!

Location perfect - ski in !

Love our unit & building! All beautifully maintained. Unit had EVERYTHING we needed & we cooked & grilled our meals all week! Beds so comfy! Underground parking very nice, always a spot available & easy to access. Love huge hot tub & sauna. Ski lockers on first floor so convenient! This was our second year staying here & we are coming back again next ski season!

Nice ski condo, good location, very clean and well-appointed

Location was serene, and our unit #3078 overlooked the hot tub and gorgeous evergreens separating the Ina’s green run, so nighttime snowmaking noise was minimal. The “ski in/ski out” does require some pole work. The neighboring Lone Eagle condo is slopeside, but I guess would be noisier. A couple weeks before Christmas the evergreens in the back, seen from the bedrooms and patios, were lit with large white bulbs and were magical! Inside, the condo was very very clean, but just a bit dated (some cabinetry and tile could use updating). The mattress was acceptable, but after 3 nights we were ready to get back into a more comfortable bed. The unit was generously stocked with an abundance of utensils, pots, pans, baking dishes, coffee makers, toaster, pancake griddle, etc. with lots of left over spices too. We had a young adult use the twin sleeper sofa and she said the mattress could be a bit thicker, so maybe a mattress topper could help there? There were a few humidifiers in the unit which help immensely with the dry winter air. The common areas of The Timbers was nice, but the gym was lame with one rusty Nautilus machine and one each treadmill, bicycle and elliptical. The pool was good, and the hot tub too. Ski locker was large enough for 6 pairs of skis and equipment, and that was appreciated. Overall the condo was very good for a family ski gathering.

Not pleased

Black mold was found and reported in two out of three shower stalls on the first day of a 5 night stay. Management Company confirmed they would take care of the issue as soon as they could. They didn’t……. Very disappointing at best. Other findings included, door stop broken and laying on the floor, heat register shrouds off, master bath sink stopper broken, main deck French door not closing properly. Do I need to go further? For what this stay cost I expected much more.

Summit County Mountain Retreats were very professional and helpful. Tiimbers is our favorite property in River Run due to its proximity to the slopes and its fantastic pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo and Location

Condo was great, everything we wanted for our group of 7. Location was awesome for ski in/ski out and walking the same way to the runs and then into town. Bathroom floors could have been a little cleaner, we saw hair, but other than that place seemed pretty clean. One suggestion would be to add a curtain to the little half room for some privacy if someone stays in there. Overall, would recommend to anyone! Management was also very attentive if we needed anything.

A little tricky for ski in and out (we just walked 100 yards and put on our skis). Condo has tons of amenities and easily accommodated our group of 6. Would definitely stay here again. It’s not super convenient to the River Run ski village (about a 10 min walk) but it’s also nice and quiet.

Great lil gem in Keystone

House was set up really nice for what we needed. I bet in the winter the ski in and out option would be really nice! House lad lots of fans, towels, soaps, blankets, pillows, dishes, cookware etc. All the stuff u need. The pool area was nice, could use a deep clean maybe down there. People left sleds and pool toys all over. Pool area closes at 10pm but we had people out there all night on a Saturday night. In summer with doors and windows open noise down there could be a problem. I'm sure winter is just fine. Nice street behind building if you walk up the hill also pretty walking path out from of building. Building was very clean and nice. Would stay again!

Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was a good experience with only a couple of minor issues. In the evenings, we tried to play games at the dining room table, which had a small chandelier. The four bulbs were so dim (no rheostate to adjust light level) that we were unable to see, so we had to turn on the lights in the kitchen, over the fireplace and the lamp in the living room area. The grill, which was nice to have, had two full tanks but the igniter did not work. We were able to clean the contacts on the igniter in order get it to work.

Beautiful Property and Area

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had lots of space for our family of six. We spent a ton of time traveling the area and exploring different towns. Lots of grocery options in Dillion if you need anything and can't find it within a mile of the condo. The management company did a great job communicating with me the whole time about anything I needed. They also gave great recommendations of places to eat near us. Loved the pool and hot tub area and spent every evening down there.
