Nestled at the base of River Run, this exquisite ski-in/ski-out residence offers unparalleled luxury, convenience, and tranquility. Ideally situated on the ground floor, the unit enjoys a prime location just steps from the elegant and inviting lounge area, and directly across from the ski storage, fitness center, and pool access.
It is a very short walk (about 5 minutes): There’s a heated brick-path through the forest and a footbridge over the Snake River that leads directly from The Timbers into River Run Village. Once you cross the bridge, you’ll find yourself in the center of the Village where restaurants, shops, and the gondola area are all just a short walk away. Shuttle (if you prefer not to walk or have skis/gear): There’s a free resort shuttle / local shuttle system operating in Keystone — the stop for River Run Village is very close to The Timbers.

• Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Please be especially mindful in hallways, lounge areas, and when using the balcony or hot tub.
• No parties or events without prior approval.
• Registered guests only unless approved in advance.
• Please remove ski boots before entering the unit to protect flooring and reduce noise.
• No glass in or near the pool, hot tub, or outdoor patio areas — plastic drinkware is provided.
• Keep common doors secured behind you for building safety.
• Use luggage carts responsibly and return them to the garage area after use.
• Store all skis and snowboards in the designated ski storage area — not inside the residence.
• Keep balcony doors closed when not in use to avoid wildlife entering the home.
• Treat the property and building amenities with care. Report any issues or damages promptly so we can address them quickly.
Winter Travel: Roads can be icy. AWD/4WD with appropriate tires is strongly recommended.
