Overall our stay was great. The location and everything was good. The only thing that I would change is for the cleaning crew to do a deep cleaning. The curtains had stains and the shower curtains had stains and an odor. There was trash underneath the furniture from previous stays. I dropped my earring and had to move the couch out and that’s how I noticed the trash. Other than that, I would stay again.

Thank you for your review. Thank you for the positive review. While I am not the owner of the unit, but the manager, my goal is to make your vacation as hassle free and pleasant as possible. I take pride in the units, as if they were my own, by maintaining the units in the best possible way from cleanliness to maintenance. The owner takes much pride in their unit and does updating in the unit every time they come down. Should you come back to Panama City Beach, FL, I do hope that you would contact us again and let us help you with your vacation plans. I am glad that we were able to extend your stay the extra day also. Thank you again for taking the time to write a review. Have A Blessed Day Kristen Williams

Antwort von VrboOwner am 20. Jan. 2026
Dear guest, Thank you for your review! We’re glad you had a comfortable stay and truly appreciate your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience with the roach—it was most likely a Palmetto bug, which is common in Florida and often comes in from the outside. We are taking steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We’d be delighted to host you anytime!

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience with the building’s elevators and on-site staff. Please note that we manage the condo unit only and are not affiliated with the building staff or operations, including elevator maintenance. During peak season, elevator wait times can be longer, which is unfortunately outside of our control. We would have appreciated if your review mentioned the condo itself, as we work hard to ensure our unit is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained for our guests. We're glad you enjoyed the location and hope you'll consider giving our condo another chance in the future.
