We’re sorry the cats made your mom uncomfortable during your stay. The cats around the property are feral and live in the area, and unfortunately, they are common throughout many complexes in our community. While they are not part of the property and we don’t encourage them to gather around the units, we understand that their presence can be bothersome for guests who aren’t comfortable around cats. We’re also glad you enjoyed the hot showers! We’re sorry to hear about the AC noise and humidity you experienced during the rainy weather. Florida’s summer humidity can be extremely high, especially during storms. Keeping the sliding door closed is especially important in these conditions, as hot, humid outside air can quickly increase indoor humidity and make it harder for the AC and dehumidifier to keep the condo comfortable. We also wanted to clarify that the AC can be set below 72 degrees. We wish you had reached out during your stay so we could have helped troubleshoot this at the time. We will also look into the AC noise you mentioned, as this has not been reported to us previously. We always encourage our guests to contact us if they experience any issues during their stay, as we’re happy to address concerns and assist as quickly as possible. Dear guests, We are glad you enjoyed the condo. We are sorry about the rules but they are in place for all safety...especially during Spring Break. All they require is that you have a valid parking pass and wear the wrist bands to show that you belong on the property. Most complex require that.
