Welcome to the beautiful Emerald Coast! This is a 4 bedroom 2 bath beach cottage located in the gated resort community of Maravilla. This home is located in a private cul-de-sac. The open concept living space has plenty of seating for your family/friends to enjoy. The dining room table seats 8 and the kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals. A gas grill is located on the back patio with outdoor dining seating for four. There is a king size bed in the master suite with a private bath. The second and third bedroom each have a queen size bed. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. This home as a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. We know your pets are part of the family so we do allow dogs too!

The cottage is located on the north end of the resort but is a short stroll to the beach. You also have the option to park closer to the beach access if needed. Two complimentary beach chairs and one umbrella (March 15 - October 30) are included with this rental. Maravilla Resort consists of two community pools, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball goals, pickleball, shuffleboard courts and a small fitness area. There is a walking /running/bike trail along Scenic Gulf Drive that attracts many especially in the morning hours. Maravilla is conveniently located in a prime area for all activities in Destin and the surrounding area. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance. Shopping, golf, and much much more are right around the corner!!!

When booking this property it is imperative that you tell us a little bit about yourself and the party that is traveling with you. We will not honor your reservation without this information. If you are booking a pet friendly home/condo please specify what type of pet you would like to bring (breed and size). Please keep in mind that PETS are NOT allowed on the beach!

This neighborhood does not allow renters under 25. College groups are not allowed. This is a gated neighborhood and security staff check's ID's. A guest list is required and adults cannot check in anyone under 25 into the home and leave the premises.
