Ever hauled kids, bags, and a dog up three flights of condo stairs to start a "relaxing" vacation? Maravilla 1108 skips all of that. It is a ground-floor unit with a private walk-out patio, directly across the street from Maravilla's private deeded beach access.

Coastal-chic and built for real family logistics, 1108 has room for nine, a layout that works for multi-generational groups, and a pet policy that means the dog comes too.

Beach Access and Beach Days
Maravilla 1108 sits directly across the street from Maravilla's private, 2.5-acre gated beach, the largest private beach in the area, reached by a deeded private beach access entry point. The sand is steps away, just across Scenic Gulf Drive.

VayKLife beach gear delivery is available as an optional add-on for stays of 2 to 21 nights. After booking, you will receive details to reserve items like bikes, coolers, boogie boards, beach games, and more, with delivery directly to your door and pickup after checkout.

Pet Policy
Up to 2 well-behaved, house-trained dogs under 30 lbs are welcome with prior approval. A $125 taxable pet fee applies per stay. Include breed and weight at booking. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture, must be cleaned up after, and crated if left alone. Per Walton County ordinance, dogs are not permitted on the beach. This policy does not apply to ADA-recognized service animals.

Getting Around
Maravilla is a gated, walkable community along Scenic Gulf Drive, with a boardwalk on the Gulf side and wide sidewalks throughout.

. CVS, a coffee shop, surf shops, and more restaurants: within a mile

A car is recommended for exploring further. Sidewalks, bike paths, and rideshare are available.

Required Booking and Stay Policies:
. Minimum Age Requirement Primary guest must be 25 years or older and remain on site for the duration of the stay. Valid ID may be required. Reservations under false pretenses may be canceled without refund.

. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on site unless approved. Exceeding occupancy limits may result in fines or removal without refund.

. Rental Agreement Required A signed Coastline Condos rental agreement is required after booking. Arrival details and access instructions are released only after completion.

. No Parties or Events Strictly prohibited. Violations may result in eviction without refund.

. No Smoking or Vaping Not permitted anywhere on the property. Violations will result in cleaning charges and additional fees.

. Quiet Hours Walton County noise ordinance is enforced from 10 PM to 6 AM, with fines up to $500.

. Community Rules Guests must comply with all HOA and community rules.

. Security Devices Tampering with safety or security equipment is prohibited and subject to charges.

. Cancellations and Refunds Governed by the booking platform cancellation policy.

. Rates and Pricing Subject to change until reservation is confirmed.

. Travel Insurance Strongly recommended.

. Technology and Connectivity WiFi provided. Guests should bring backup if uninterrupted service is required.

. Parking and Community Access On-site gated parking lot, 2 vehicles per unit, 2 parking passes provided inside the condo at check-in. Standard passenger vehicles only. No trailers, RVs, campers, or oversized vehicles unless they fit fully within a standard space. Violations may be subject to fines or towing.

. Seasonal Extended Stays From November through February, select homes offer seasonal extended stays for reservations of 30 nights or longer, when available. To preview monthly pricing, search using a 1st of the month arrival and 1st of the month departure date.

. Extended Stay Cleaning Fees Stays of 30 to 59 nights incur a $150 additional cleaning fee. Stays of 60 nights or longer incur a $275 additional cleaning fee. These required fees are applied after booking for reservations made on or after July 25, 2025.

. Smoking Damage and Extra Cleaning A minimum charge equal to the standard cleaning fee will apply for damage, smoking, pet violations, or excessive cleaning. Additional charges may be assessed based on vendor invoices, remediation requirements, or repair costs. Coastline reserves the right to pursue reimbursement beyond platform limits when supported by documentation.

. Damages, Liability, and Security As a condition of rental, Coastline Condos reserves the right to recover uncovered guest or invitee caused losses and damages to the property, including undue cleaning, eviction, service calls or charges, fines or assessments, and repairs or replacements, plus applicable taxes. A minimum charge equal to the cleaning fee on the folio will apply to any damage, smoking, vaping, marijuana, or dog related violation, with additional amounts assessed as necessary for remediation, repair, or replacement.

. Shipping and Deliveries Coastline does not have access to residential mailboxes. If you choose to receive packages during your stay, please arrange delivery to a carrier pickup location.

. Lost and Found Items left behind after checkout are not guaranteed to be found or returned.

. Safety and Security Certain properties may be equipped with safety and security devices such as monitored systems or exterior cameras. No interior spaces are monitored.

. Vrbo Resolution Center Damages handled through Vrbo Resolution Center where applicable.

Great beach access and close to Pompano Joe’s and other small cafés easy access into Destin or even Panama City. Don’t count on extra toiletries for prolonged days though as opposed to many other places I stayed.

The Maravilla condo was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family. The guest bedroom and bunk room were both larger than we expected and the large sliding doors in the living room and master bedroom made the unit feel even bigger. It’s a short walk to the beach and the other amenities that Maravilla has to offer. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Great location

We had a great stay. It is close the the beach, just a short walk. The only suggestion would be new furniture. It’s a little worn. Other than that it was great.

Location was not close to beach. Would like building 2 next trip. Unit silverware was not really clean and we washed all silverware and dishes prior to using them. Icemaker did not work and toaster was not really usable as I couldn’t set it to some standard. Washer broke but was replaced and that was good.
