The place was dirty, dead cockroach by the baseboard going into bedroom. Furniture looked like it should be in a garage sale. It had broken tile on the floors. Mold in the grout around the tub. The a/c vents were so dirty that apparently have been there awhile. The only thing the management company said they could do is bring the cleaning service back in which they did. I spoke to the cleaning lady and she said the place needed a deep clean and she could not do that. The grout on the tile was black. Towels had stains on the and dust was thick on top of refrigerator. I spoke to the manager and he said he could not move us and really people don’t come here for the condo they come for the beach…. Are you kidding me…. I knew I was not dealing with a competent manager or company!! This had to be the worse place we have ever rented. If you want pictures I have them!!!

The condo was nice. Loved the location and view. The dishwasher didn’t work when we left at 5am. The faucets dripped. Otherwise it was fine.

No one told us about beach restoration. No beach access and they worked 24 hours a day! We should have been told about this ahead of time. Not happy at all. We paid for beach front and got a construction site!

Extensive construction going on and the day we left they were getting ready to dredge the beach. When we got there we had to get the keys from a lock box. When we got to our room the keys did Not work! I called and it took a while, after a long day of travel,but someone finally brought us A key! The only key there was!The condo itself needs the decor updated. The kitchen stove only had two working burners. The location Was great though.
