Direkt am Golf von Mexiko gelegen, bietet diese Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Vollbädern eine fantastische Aussicht und direkten Zugang zu den unberührten Stränden und dem smaragdgrünen Wasser des Golfs. König im Hauptschlafzimmer. König im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Schlaf 6. TV (Mai 2016 - neuer 55 "Fernseher) und DVD im Wohnzimmer und in beiden Schlafzimmern. Gratis Wifi. Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen im Erdgeschoss des Komplexes zur Verfügung.

Condo Review

This was not our first time staying at the property This particular condo was a little outdated. There were a few things that needed more attention to detail. One of the bathroom toilet seats was loose and the other bathroom vent was full of dust. I also thought it came with a washer and dryer Also no pantry for storing groceries Also an instruction sheet on how to use the tv and internet would have been nice The beach was awesome

Great property

This is a great property. Clean and nice. They had lots of amenities to help make the trip fun. Check in was easy. They communicated when the tv provider had to come in to fix cable. I would recommend.

Will stay again!

Condo was great! Such a short walk to the beach. Everything was well maintained and was very quiet and peaceful compared to the main beaches and hotels. Love the view from the balcony. Will definitely plan a trip to stay here again!

Great place to stay

My daughters and I really enjoyed to stay in this place, very clean, all appliances worked well, all electronics and AC was great too. The mattress was very comfortable, the showers worked great as well. The only thing is that I thought the pool was in front of the condo where we could see people swimming and see the beauty of the pool and jacuzzi, but it turned out it was on the side of the building where we couldn’t see anything. But besides that everything else was great! Plus the access to the gates was very easy and I love d to have my own covered parking.

Return to San Souci after 30 years

My parents owned a unit in San Souci for 15 yrs. We visited and stayed there many times. This was a family reunion and although my parents have passed on we had their 5 kids, their grandkids and some great grandkids. A trip down memory lane and love the improvements made since my last visit in 1995!

Great location!

Property was clean for the most part. The floors were swept but they weren’t mopped. The first couple of hours there I spilt some water and used a paper towel to wipe it up and the paper towel was black. Everything else was clean. The only other problem I had was that the beds were hard as a rock! Both beds. Convenience store is right across the street and so is Peg Leg Pete’s. The pool was great to use because it was double red flags the whole stay.

Great Location

This condo was very clean and in a great location. The one huge negative for me is the fact that you had to use the laundromat on the ground floor because this unit did not have a washer and dryer. The other negative was the fact that this unit had no beach chairs or beach toys for you to use. The beds were very comfortable and I loved the fact that you had a parking spot in the parking garage reserved for you. Overall it was a great stay and if the unit would have had a washer dryer and beach chairs/toys I would have given it a five star review. Another plus - across the street from Peg Leg Pete’s and a 24 hour Tom Thumb convenience store!

Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds. Nice balcony, right on beach with easy walk. Perfect spot to enjoy Blue Angels beach buzz. Highly recommend this condo!

A lovely getaway.

The location of San Souci was perfect for our family. My kids love the beach but don't want to stay all day. Having the option to play on the beach and go back to our cool room multiple times a day worked well for us. The room was clean and comfortable. And the balcony had an amazing view. We actually saw dolphin one morning. We will definitely be returning in thebcoming years.

Condo needs serious cleaning

When I booked this property I thought it would be clean. The pictures and descriptions of the condo are misleading. After a long drive to get there we unpacked and I noticed the floor was a little sandy but when my husband showed me the bottom of his feet I couldn't believe it! His feet were black. I took a wet paper towel and wiped the floor and it was dirty. The rental company did send a lady out to reclean the floors and that helped But my goodness the condo needs a deep cleaning.

Pensacola Beach

The view was stunning and the location was convenient to one of the most popular restaurants on the island. The area was not in the busy center which we enjoyed in that we had less traffic and noise.
