We paid a lot of money for 2 nights expecting to hot tub and sit on the porch to watch the waves, both had problems. The hot tub was green and not usable and didn’t get fixed in time for us to use it and the windows and deck glass for the view were extremely dirty! The beds were uncomfortable downstairs so my friends didn’t sleep well. We will NOT stay here again. When asked for a partial refund I was told I’ll talk to the team and they never responded back. Disappointed for the large amount of money we slept!!!!

House could be updated and things repaired like The front door and screen, stain on bedspread in bedroom upstairs, provide enough dishwasher pods to at least be able to do dishes everyday you are there, we were there 4 days and only had 2 pods had to go buy more just to do the dishes. It is the little things that make the stay better.

We’ll have maintenance inspect and repair the front door and screen, and housekeeping will assess the bedding for replacement. We do only leave a starter supply of soap, and ask that guests replenish their supply should they use all of ours. Thank you for the specifics — they help us make immediate improvements.

This house was not very clean and did not have enough amenities. For a five bedroom house, we were only provided with two extra rolls of toilet paper, two tide laundry pods, and one small bottle of dish soap. We had to go to the store to purchase the many amenities we should have been provided with, considering the cost of this rental. There were only two small bags full of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a tiny body bar, no hand soap. All the bathroom towels were stained and the kitchen had towels labeled "makeup" in the drawers. The twin bed downstairs had a broken frame and the sheets had hairs and stains all over them. The hot tub was not very full and had lots of sand in it. We contacted the management number and they said they would come check out the hot tub but never did. I was not satisfied with this house, especially for the price that I paid.

Our maintenance team will inspect and repair the broken twin bed frame and drain, fill and treat the hot tub. Our housekeeping team is currently working on a full supply kit overhaul. Starting next week, we'll have more of all the goods you mentioned, so that our guests don't worry about running through the supply too quickly. Sad to be leaving this beautiful place! Although this absolutely amazing house hasn’t been updated to a more modern look, to me that wasn’t even a second thought to how beautiful, spacious, and quite charming the whole place was. Beds Beds Beds! There was seven of us and everyone had their own room with 2 beds to spare! It was awesome to not hear the sweet sound of teenagers arguing over where to sleep! The view from the deck was just breathtaking!! My favorite part of the stay was waking up to sit on the deck, smell the crisp fresh ocean air, enjoying some peace before the day begins! The view from in the house was so beautiful!! Ping pong table was awesome and the games as well as the puzzles made for quite a nice break from all the running around. You’re close to tons of place to eat shop and do recreational activities. The beach entrance is literally right around the corner from the house (1 min walk) Best part of the trip was having a fire on the beach the last night we were there and the stars were so bright that my camera picked up all kinds constellations!! It was like an explosion of stars (that my camera was actually able to capture) incredibly majestic! The hot tub was definitely a hit!! My favorite part was there were 3 bathrooms (1 is only a half bath) living with 3 teenage boys plus the hubby, having only two bathrooms it seems like ours sees more congestion than grand central station! I 100% know you’ll love your stay here! CS is awesome!

King Tides

We had a good time staying at this property during the king tides. The location and view were perfect with easy beach access, and it was a short drive to Taft, Boiler Bay, and Depot Bay. The house was a little outdated, but we had everything we needed, and the kids enjoyed the games and hot tub.

Breath taking view

Really enjoyed this property. Kitchen well equipped for large family. The view and location was amazing!

Loved it

We loved staying right on the beach, super easy beach access , perfect location!! I’d rent this house again! We enjoyed bonfires on the beach in front of the house and we also found lots of agates when walking the beach!

Our stay in Lincoln City!

We really enjoyed our visit. The house worked out great for three generations. The beach access was perfect, easy for the older folks. It was nice that it was so close, so if not everyone wanted to go they could stay at the house. we loved watching the sunset from the hot tub or the deck. It was a great location!

Excellent view and beach access

This is our second time staying at this property. The view and beach access cannot be beat. My father has mobility challenges and he was able to go down to the beach several times because the access is so easy. The home is cozy and plenty of space for family game nights in front of the fire.

Amazing Nelscott Experience

This property was absolutely amazing. Nestled between some cliff properties makes the beach access almost private. Our family came on a busy weekend. The house is very large and accommodating for a gathering. The other reviews about people complaining about access to the beach or outdated items are crazy. It was perfect.
