KOMPLEX / GEMEINSCHAFT
Das Leeward Cove Cottage ist ein zweistöckiges Anwesen am Wasser im ersten Stock, das ein großartiger Ort für einen Kurzurlaub am Wochenende oder für ein paar Monate ist! Diese kleine, aber freundliche Anlage bietet alles. Sie sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt, haben aber auch einen tollen Anlegeplatz zum Angeln und Bootsausweise, die je nach Verfügbarkeit erhältlich sind. Es gibt auch einen Pool, der genau die richtige Größe für diesen Komplex hat und ein wahres Juwel auf unserer Insel ist.

INNERE
Das Gerät selbst verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche und Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Moderne Annehmlichkeiten wie ein Blu-ray-DVD-Player und kostenfreies WLAN sind ebenfalls verfügbar. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Küche Wohn- und Essbereich sowie ein Badezimmer und eine Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die beiden Schlafzimmer befinden sich beide im Obergeschoss und teilen sich ein halbes Badezimmer. Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein neues bequemes Kingsize-Bett und das andere ist mit einem Queensize-Bett ausgestattet. Es gibt auch Queen-Size-Schlafsofa für zwei zusätzliche Gäste zum Schlafen.
Es kommt auch mit modernen Updates wie USB-Ladesteckern in den Schlafzimmern und in der Küchenbar und Smart-TVs mit Roku und Zugang zu HULU, Netflix, Amazon usw.

Location and property was convenient and clean. Great access to the beach and my son loved fishing off the dock in the back of the property. Check in wasn’t ready on time although it was less than an hour wait, we hung out at the beach until it was ready. We did come across a couple of roaches during the stay. The 2nd night of the stay the internet was down the entire day/night which was unfortunate due to the rainy weather that night. We had planned to just stay in and watch movies but with no wifi, we did not have that option.

We love the overall location of this property with the bay in back and very close to the beach. The family enjoyed the dock on the backside for fishing and use of the outdoor grills for cooking meals. Only complaint I have was the bed was uncomfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great! This is our 6th year staying on Padre Island, the second year in this rental unit, and we've renewed the contract for next year. We've made friends with some of the permanent residents and annual guests.The property is well maintained and concerns are met immediately.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was NOT dog friendly as far as a place for them to go potty. Long walk to dog area and it was full of stickers! Otherwise very nice place!

Outdated

Had an old mildew smell. Someone before had been smoking in unit so wasnt a pleasant stay. Would highly recommend people to read reviews before booking. Place was definitely not worth the price

Great little place on a canal near the beach

This is a double row of condos with a pool in between and a dock on the canal at the end. The bedrooms are upstairs with kitchen/living room area downstairs. Shower/bath is downstairs as well. It is pretty close to the Michael J. Ellis beach--close enough for me to walk the dogs there in the mornings. It had everything we needed and the management is incredibly responsive and helpful. It is billed as pet friendly, but just be aware that any HOA rules that apply to pets are strictly enforced. You can also contact the management for other pet friendly properties.
