We visited from Sunday to Tuesday and had a wonderful stay. The El Constante is a wonderful property: clean, right on the beach, well managed and taken care of. The 2br2.5bath unit had ample space with a well stocked kitchen (amenities like pots/pans/utensils). There was staff daily working on the property, the pool, hot tub, and grounds. We would definitely love to stay here again next time.

Nice and clean with great beach view. Enjoyed the views from the patios. Great sunrise view. Listing had washer & dryer as being included with this property, but they were not inside the unit, must have been elsewhere in the complex somewhere. Great stay for my son's winging ceremony at NAS.

Great condo steps from the beach! The condo was very clean, convenient, and quiet. Pros: location, floor plan, "like new" feel, comfy beds, stocked kitchen, great pool area, and a wash area to rinse off sand after coming from the beach. Cons: We had asked for early arrival and were told it was a possibility. Upon arrival, we were informed that cleaning was underway (approximately 1:00 pm). By 2:45, we were told the inspector would be stopping by, but we were not allowed in until 3:59 pm. If you have infants or young children, consider this when planning an early check-in. Also, no toiletries were provided other than hand soap. In many short-term rental properties, you'll find amenities like body wash, but not in this unit, so please come prepared. We were also told there was a Keurig, but there was only a drip coffee maker. No big deal - but we did need to make a run to the grocery store. I'm being very detailed, but this information could help future guests. We will absolutely stay there again at our next trip to the beach, and we will just come more prepared next time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was lovely. It was a very relaxing stay even though we had our two toddlers with us. Love the location of the condo specifically close access to the beach, and great access to the pool as well. The one complaint I had was that the non attached bathroom water pressure when using the shower specifically was super slow. We all had to share the master for showering purposes, but other wise very nice place. The decorations were tasteful, but not overbearing for the kids to mess with. Will definitely consider this condo when we return next summer.

Cozy piece of home on the edge of beauty.

Seriously. This place was a beautiful peace of home. Everything was clean, lots of access of utilities and good space in the condo. Loved the area and being so close to the beach. Easy communication and good to deal with. Will definitely come back and stay longer.

You get what you pay for so buyer beware

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted to stay on the beach and knew that the the public beach access road was right next to the complex, but that also meant that most of the beach goers were large groups of day trippers. It was crowded on the weekend with lots of competing loud music. The unit next to us was a large group of 20 somethings who partied into the wee hours of the morning. All of this MIGHT have been overlooked if it hadn't been for the overall uncleanliness of the unit. After all, the complex doesn't control the behavior of renters. Despite supposedly being "recently renovated" and yet nothing looked new, there was a layer of grime on everything: the dining room table, the railing on the stairs, the cooktop. There was oil (from the tar balls on the beach) on the tub floor. Carpets upstairs that had seen better days....15 YEARS AGO! You almost didn't want to walk on them. Didn't even feel like they had been vacuumed anytime recently let alone shampooed ever. The curtains were coated with dust across the top. Rust, rust rust everywhere:the metal freezer shelf was completely rusted over, the curtain rings were rusted, AC vent covers we're rusted. The arms of the couch were threadbare. I could go on, but you get the point.I typically bring a few cleaning supplies with me, but I generally only use them to clean up after myself. Why did I pay a cleaning fee at all. Next time I'll pay $75 to $100 more per night and hopefully get something nicer. I guess this is the real consequence of inflation. The girl at the checkin desk was friendly. Only talked to her once, but she recommended a couple of good restaurants.

Perfect!!!!! Amazing ocean view

Went with hubby and babies! We wanted an oceanfront stay and this was beyond perfect!!! The pool was an extra bonus!!! This is a true gem of a stay!! Super clean amazing views!! My children will forever have this stay as a childhood memory!! No need to even rent a golf cart you can walk right out onto the beach!! Absolutely perfect and family budget friendly!! Will definitely book again in the future!!

I have so many pictures in the pool with the dolphin, so many photos of different units, we loved it. We came for the weekend for a quick fishing trip. The weather was not wonderful so that's what made us spend more time in the unit than we had planned. In doing so it just became apparent how outdated the beds are, the carpet, the bathrooms. It was ok for the price and the amount of time we went but I wouldn't stay for the week like we used to over the summer. Especially with summer prices I would be upset if I spent that amount of money for the quality of the place. It just is pretty dated. They made efforts after hurricane harvey but it could use more. The king bed was pretty uncomfortable and very low to the ground. The pull out bed was pretty bad as well a very thin mattress and we had two teen boys on that. Overall it was ok for a two night stay just wish they made some effort to make modern up to date improvements.

Condo on the beach would stay again 🏝️

We enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were good. Nice to have 2 bedrooms, 3 balconies. Lots of beach time and birds around. Pool was clean and nice. Laundry was good. Kitchen well supplied for our cooking. We would return!

The condos are always nicely decorated, clean and spacious. There is often a musty smell, but being near the beach, it can't really be helped. It disapates once you have the air and fans running and have opened the doors a few times.

We booked this unit because of the beach view and it did not disappoint. Took a walk on the beach each evening. My kids liked the pool real well, it was pretty busy but I understand its summer vacation time. Overall a great stay.
