Dieses nach Süden ausgerichtete Stadthaus mit 2 Schlafzimmern und Loft und 3 Bädern befindet sich in zentraler Lage in einer ruhigen Anlage und verfügt über einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf den Wald. Das Stadthaus ist geräumig mit gewölbten Decken, einem riesigen HD-Flachbildfernseher, einem gemütlichen Holzkamin im Wohnzimmer, in dem 8 Personen Platz finden, und einer voll ausgestatteten, aktualisierten Küche.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer im ersten Stock verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit en-suite Badezimmer und Flachbildfernseher. Das zweite Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, grenzt an ein Vollbad und hat einen Flachbildfernseher. Das Loft im Obergeschoss verfügt über zwei Etagenbetten, ein Queensize-Bett sowie eine bequeme Couch zum Entspannen, ideal als Familienzimmer oder zum Entspannen für alle Kinder. Kostenloser WLAN-Internetzugang und Kabel-TV im gesamten Gebäude. Privater Propangrill auf dem Deck. Das Gerät befindet sich in der Nähe des Sierra Star Golf Course mit dem kostenlosen Shuttle der roten Linie zu den Pisten, dem Village Take und dem Snowcreek Athletic Club. Die kostenlose Shuttle-Haltestelle der grünen Linie ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt und bringt Sie direkt zu den Pisten der Eagle Lodge.

Awesome Stay for an Awesome Experience

This condo had the works! We had a family of seven people and everyone had a comfortable stay! 5 beds and 2 couches, we’re all perfectly suited for a comfortable nights rest. Amenities were great! Kitchen utilities were provided (plates, forks, paper towels, etc). Entertainment was provided as well (Disney +, Netflix, College Football). All in all, it was a great stay for a large family.

Awesome location and home

We had a wonderful stay at this place with 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 toddlers for our annual Memorial Day snow trip. Plenty of space for everyone. 3rd bedroom was a bonus. House was very clean, and the owner really stocked up the kitchen with all the things we needed. They really paid attention to the details. Communal space was very comfortable, and the location was very convenient as it was a short distance to the strip mall and to the Village. Definitely would come back again.

Awesome condo

This condo exceeded our expectations. The owners thought of everything. Fully stocked kitchen, all linens provided and they even had shampoo and conditioner, it was like staying at a hotel. It was very clean and we loved having the balcony and grill to use. There was 3 adults and 2 teens in our group so everyone had there own space with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The area was really quiet and close to restaurants and a grocery store. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

It even had a set of sharp knives and almost every kitchen appliance you could think of. The master BR king bed was very comfortable although our friends in the other queen bedroom said the mattress could use a replacement. It was in a great location, close to Vons and the Snowcreek Athetic club which was available through Mammoth Reservations. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a group get together!

Came up for my annual birthday weekend getaway with my family and close friends. The place was perfect for 8 people. It was comfortable and was like home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed to cook. They had wood to light the fireplace and the place got plenty warm. Also, plenty of warm water for everyone. I would definitely stay here again. My only two complaints were that there is no place to leave your winter gear like snowboards so you have to lock them up in your car. We left our snowboard boots and shoes in the doorway and that was fine as to not ruin the carpet and that was plenty of room. My other complaint was that they only allow you two cars. When you have 8 people coming, there is going to be more than 2 cars and you are left to figure out where to park the 3rd car. I don’t like the idea of having to figure out a parking spot away from where you are staying because there is no where nearby and hope that no one breaks into your car. We did not know until we got there.

Every summer we try a new place - based on location and number of bedrooms/baths needed. This Woodlands condo is identical to the structure of a Winterset condo we stayed in previously. My only complaint was the entry door was at the back of the condo. Not convenient at all. The neighbors behind the entry door were using a power tool around 6pm nearly everyday. That was annoying. The couches/loveseat cushions were too soft - so difficult for an older person to get up. The dining room table was too tall. The balcony was peaceful, though our view was primarily of the parking lot. The sliding screen door had a tear in it. The property management group responded quickly to any concerns we had (like that). I would recommend this condo to others because it was nice enough (though we couldn't watch DVDs - the player didn't seem to be connected - and with so many cables behind the cabinet, we didn't dare touch them). We did go fishing on Lake Mary and the guys at Rick's Sport Center were very helpful! The Pokonobe Marina staff were also great. We watched a movie at the theater and ate breakfast at the Stove (we love that place).

It had every amenity we would need, was incredibly comfortable for a group while still feeling cozy, and was very conveniently located central to everything in mammoth. I would love to be back to stay here again. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was needing to pick up and drop off the keys from the main office during check-in and chekc-out as this could be a process that could easily be done with a lockbox or keypad that would save the drive time.

Spring Break Vacation 2019

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall feel was very homely and comfortable. Enough sleeping space for our group of 5. Close walking distance to the transit system which eliminates having to drive into town and to the slopes (and find parking). The owners put a a glass container in the living room to put wine corks in with your name and when you stayed. They also had a guest book to sign. Both of these things were really cool to see in there. We will definitely be coming back in the future for more ski vacations!

Cozy Rental but bunkroom has some issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great rental experience. The house was cozy and the beds were comfortable. However, if you have small kids, the top bunks in the lofts are unsafe due to lack of side railings, the height and proximity to the half wall in the loft. Also, there is no washer and dryer located in the unit which is tough in the winter with wet ski clothes.

It was our launching point for many days of skiing. The heaters worked well, the bathrooms are clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, and pantry essentials. We cooked every meal at home, and while the kitchen was small, it was suitable for our needs. We liked the large square bistro height dining table and the wide windows with views of the mountains. We liked the easy check in and check out instructions. We did not like the carpet on the stairs, upstairs, and downstairs. We also did not like the carpet squares under the dining set and in the living room. The beautiful hardwood floors should be more prominent, especially considering the cleanliness challenges of having shag rugs. Overall, we’re happy with our stay.
