Diese 2 Schlafzimmer + Loft, 3 Badezimmer Wohnung bietet Platz für 8 Personen und ist günstig in der Stadt und auf der Shuttle-Route gelegen. Die Wohnung ist in einem warmen und gemütlichen Bergmotiv eingerichtet und verfügt über Gewölbedecken, einen großen offenen Grundriss im Wohnbereich, einen Holzkamin, ein Schlafsofa und einen Großbild-TV mit DVD-Player! Neuer Teppich installiert Winter 2014. Dieses Gerät verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen Geräten und kommt mit einer eigenen Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad und TV. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, ein eigenes Bad und einen Fernseher. Das Loft im Obergeschoss verfügt über 4 Einzelbetten und einen Fernseher, perfekt für Kinder oder Singles.

Der Mammoth Sierra Townhomes-Komplex verfügt über ein öffentliches Schwimmbad, einen Whirlpool, eine Sauna und einen Gasgrill. Alle Gäste des Mammoth Sierra erhalten kostenlosen vollen Zugang zum Snowcreek Athletic Club, um Einrichtungen wie einen beheizten Innenpool, eine Dampfsauna, ein komplettes Fitnesscenter, Yoga, Pilates und ein Fahrradstudio und mehr zu genießen. We were traveling as a group (three Mom’s and four teen boys two small dogs). The condo worked great for us. Close to store and conveniently located. We enjoyed our time and would highly recommend. There were a few small things broken that I reported but besides that all was amazing.

The only issue we have experienced is the first night when we arrived the heater were not working. We called guest service next day and they sent a technician and fixed it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was close to Eagle lift, just a few min drive. Or there was a bus stop out front. It was also walking distance to Vons and other restaurants/ shops- nice for teens to venture out on their own. I also like how the parking spot was right in front of the unit. Unlike other places nearby we stayed the parking is on the exterior and you have to carry all your stuff to the center of the complex. The hot tub and sauna were also nice. The layout was perfect for our family and friends- I mean 3 bathrooms was awesome. I would say though the carpet needed updated and the condo a fresh coat of paint.

The location is great. The townhome needs refurbishment and some repairs. Carpet is dirty and stained. Bathroom showers need repair. Furniture in family room is old and shredding. washer hook ups are connected improperly, cold is hot and hot is cold. If your washing in cold and people are showering, you run out of hot water.( needs to be switched.) We made the best of the situation, but condo was a disappointment.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cozy place in great location, but amenities were less than spectacular - arrived to discover that there was no hot water! Maintenance was receptive and came out a few times, but said it could not be fixed until the morning. If not for my uncle, we would have been without hot water all night. And then a few days later, the wall heater (which looks to be a million years old) stopped working and we had to have someone come out and address it. At the conclusion of our stay, I reached out to management and instead of apologizing and offering a discount or something of that nature, they simply said they would speak to the staff, which did not address any of my our problems, as it was not the fault of the maintenance staff, and decent customer service would have offered the customer something for all the inconvenience.

Poor conditions - Maintenance/Guest services helpful

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space and amenities in the property were fine, but there were several maintenance issues that were not fixed before we checked in. Which required us to contact the emergency line to dispatch the maintenance staff, who was very helpful, but the problems were too serious to be resolved during our stay.1. There was a leak from the kitchen left sink/pipe which formed a large water bubble in the master bedroom right above the heater. 2. The dish washer was broken and there was a pool of old water sitting on the bottom washer. The machine is not fitted properly, so the racks would slide out if the door was open.3. The heater by the living room restroom was not working and the maintenance staff came back to reset it. It stopped working later that evening, but we knew how to reset it ourselves which did the trick.4. The hair dryer in the master bedroom was stuck on a rat trap which had rat droppings on it.5. The bathroom floor rugs had stains on them.Again, the maintenance staff was friendly and did the best he could, and the office staff was helpful when we had to extend our stay one more night due to the blizzard. However, the maintenance problems in the unit should be fixed before renting it to the next guest.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was not a good experience. Both downstairs TV's did not work. The master bedroom had 2 lights that didn't work which left only 1 for light, which was not adequate. The master bedroom door would not stay open without being propped, which was annoying due to the heat and need for ventilation. I didn't bother calling for repairs because I was so disappointed and expect the units to be "fully Functional" before they are rented and did not want to waste my vacation time.

Short trip just to hit the slopes. We had perfect weather and snow conditions. Appears the home is in need of some upgrades and beatification. The beds are old and sunken in. Two Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: Larger than Horizons 4 2-bed+loft condo we stayed at last year. Great Wi-Fi. Accommodated 8 people nicely. Cons: Dirty floors/carpets-white socks turned brown so wear shoes or sandals. A few items needed attention while we were there: garbage disposal didn't work, drain stoppers missing or not working, porch light didn't work, kitchen ceiling light cover fell to the floor overnight, broken gaming chair. Since most items were repaired, next group staying there won't have the same problems we did. I would stay there again.

Hi Fred. Thanks for the review. Sounds like you had a great time in the unit and any issues you were having with maintenance were handled immediately by our staff. Everything has been fixed and the carpets cleaned (and for reference, new carpet was just installed the Winter of 2014) for the next guest's stay, and for future reference, the porch light works on a motion sensor.
