Thank you so much for your feedback—we’re happy to hear you enjoyed the condo’s great location and how convenient it was to restaurants and local activities. It’s always great to know when guests have a good time exploring the area! We did notice that the star rating doesn’t quite reflect the positive comments you shared, so if there was anything about your stay that you’d like us to be aware of, we’d truly appreciate the opportunity to hear from you directly. Otherwise, we understand this may have been unintentional—and we’re simply glad to know the location worked well for your visit. Your feedback to the Coastline team is truly appreciated, and we look forward to the opportunity to welcome you back for a future stay that more closely meets—and exceeds—your expectations!! - The Coastline Condos Team

We loved the location and view, we are older and the living room furniture was not at all comfortable. The master bed was great. We had to fix the guest bathroom toliet, it was leaking water all over the floor. It could use some cosmetic maintenance.

Hi — thank you so much for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. We’re delighted you loved the location and the view, and that the master bed was comfortable. I’m sorry the living-room furniture wasn’t to your liking — we know everyone’s comfort level varies and appreciate you letting us know. I’m also very sorry about the guest bathroom toilet leaking. We didn’t receive a report during your stay, so we weren’t aware — had we known we would have sent maintenance right away. We’ll have our team inspect the guest bath and take care of any repairs and cosmetic maintenance. We’d love the chance to welcome you back. Warm regards, The Coastline Condos Team

This was our fourth time staying at Maravilla, but our first time in unit #3408. We usually book a different unit through another company, but we were excited to snag a top-floor unit with an ocean view this time around!Overall, the condo was clean, comfortable, and very convenient. Having the included set of two beach chairs was great, and La Dolce Vita made it super easy for us to rent two additional chairs. We also loved that Coastline is so pet-friendly—our lab mix had a blast and loved her stay just as much as we did! Coastline was very responsive throughout our stay, and we really appreciated the rental credit, which we used on two bikes that kept the teens entertained in the evenings.A few quick notes for future guests and owners: Interior & Paint: The condo isn't heavily updated, which wasn't a dealbreaker for us and certainly didn't ruin our stay. However, the paint is chipped in quite a few places throughout the unit, which made it feel a bit less high-end than the price point suggests. A quick fresh coat would go a long way! Bedrooms: The second bedroom could really use blackout curtains. The blinds let in a lot of light from the parking lot at night (we ended up throwing a blanket over the existing valence curtain rod to help the kids sleep).Despite those small cosmetic details, it didn't impact our vacation. It was a great stay, and we would definitely book with Coastline again!

Thank you so much for choosing Coastline for your fourth Maravilla stay and for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback! We’re so glad you enjoyed the top-floor ocean view, beach chair service, bikes, and especially that your pup felt right at home too. We also truly appreciate your notes regarding the interior paint and the need for better light-blocking curtains in the second bedroom. Feedback like this is incredibly helpful, and we’ll be sure to share those details with the appropriate team as we continue working to improve the experience for future guests. Most of all, we’re happy to hear these items didn’t take away from a wonderful vacation and that our team was responsive throughout your stay. We would be delighted to welcome you and your family back to Maravilla for another Emerald Coast getaway!
