4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder Wohnung in einem kleinen privaten Anlage nur wenige Schritte zum schönen Strand mit einem wunderschönen Pool und Sonnendeck.

Dies ist die ideale Unterkunft für die ganze Familie oder für zwei Familien zusammen zu passen, viel Platz für alle Reisen!

Es ist ein König der Meister mit einem großen privaten Badezimmer mit einem großen Whirlpool und Dusche. Der zweite Master ist ein Queen-Suite, die auch mit begehbarer Dusche über ein eigenes Bad verfügt. Dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und das vierte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. Die Halle Bad hat Wanne / Dusche-Kombination. Viel Platz, um sich auszubreiten.

Das große Wohnzimmer und Essbereich haben viel Platz für die ganze Familie und den Balkon mit seitlichem Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko zu übersehen. Edelstahl-Geräte in der Küche mit allen Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause für diese wunderbaren Hausmannskost! Sie können auch die großen Gas-Grill auf dem Sonnendeck nutzen für einige Burger Grillen oder diese frischen Fang.

Wifi in der gesamten Wohnung, Flachbild-TV mit DVD im Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Queen-Schlafzimmer und zwei Einzelbetten haben auch ihre eigenen Fernseher für Ihren Genuss! Es ist ein Telefon in der Wohnung, die inländische Ferngespräche beinhaltet.

Wir liefern Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm und Strandspielzeug für Ihre Bequemlichkeit in einem großen Speichereinheit im Garagenbereich. Zwei zugewiesen Parkplätze. Außerhalb der Anlage ist ein Trolly Station auf zu hüpfen und eine landschaftlich reizvolle Fahrt genießen oben und unten die Golf Strände ohne Autofahren!

Sie sind zu Fuß auf etwa 7 wunderbaren Restaurants zu erreichen. CVS Apotheke ist etwa 500 Meter die Straße hinunter. Ein preisgekröntes Donut-Shop erwartet Sie mit fabelhaften Konfekt und Kaffee. Eisdiele auf der anderen Straßenseite, all diese Schritte von Ihrem Urlaubsparadies! Besuchen Sie auch den neuen Splash Park am Holiday Inn Harbourside, nur wenige Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt.

Besuchen Sie die Clearwater Beach Bereich für preisgekrönten Strände, tolle Restaurants und Nachtleben. The property itself is very nice. Grate location, but a lot of steps. Its 3rd floor so be ready have dome exercise. Owner did a very nice job to remodel it, otherwise the property manager suck, i never ever deal with such a bad person, very rude, argue about everithing, you will not have a chande to talk, she might scream and accuse you with no proof. Ignorance! I will not be back i would not recommand no noone rent it. Propery is very nice but that lady is very very rude. Mold in shoeers, shets not washed, floor not even swept and they charge you money for job that is not getting done. I would recommend to look around about another property. We been renting a proberty for 20 years, 2-3 times a year, i never dad any issues with service, but this property manager, i cant even describe. Good luck to who want a give a chance

Nice condo

Very large condo, beautiful kitchen, clean, new pool albeit a bit small for the amount of people staying in the 2 buildings. There are 2 4-bedroom condos in the 1st bldng and 6 2-bedroom condos in the 2nd bldng and you can only have 10 people in the pool at any time.You do the math. Master bdrm only has 1 closet & it's locked for owner use so nowhere to hang anything in there. Pillows REALLY need to be replaced. You are assigned 2 parking spots. We had a surprise friend visit for 2 hours who parked in the "GUEST" spots and we were then reprimanded saying that those 2 spots are for vendors only... LOCATION: extremely noisy street, right at one of the main intersections. We would not stay in this location again.

Spent a week here with family (7 adults, 1 child )Unit is very spacious! We were not at all cramped. Pool was a little on the small side but the beach access more than makes up for it. I would definitely recommend it and we plan on coming back!

The condo is nice and as photos. Property manager responded quickly when texted; the air did stop working 3x but they were able to get it working every time within an hour. It was scheduled for a check the Saturday we left so hopefully fixed for good. Not recommended if staying in upper levels though if have young children since people below said could hear everything we did. The children are well behaved but it is hard to keep a toddler still for long periods . We may have been more comfortable on the bottom level if we had known. The condo holds 9 easily as stated. Large open layout. Pool is nice and is nicely shaded until noon !

Great beach vacation!

We really enjoyed the property and it's proximity to restaurants and the beach. The first night of our stay the air conditioner stopped working and the property manager was very quick to respond and someone came out early the next morning and fixed it. The condo was very clean and spacious. Overall a great stay!

We have stayed at this complex multiple times aland it is our favorite. Perfect location to be able to walk to multiple restaurants and easy access to trolley. Improvements to that will make our vacation stay happier: a new dishwasher... the current dishwasher missed starting and when it did, it did not clean the contents sufficiently, with us having to run it again. Need for more breakfast and soup bowls. A better set of cutlery would be best. We don’t go to restaurants much and therefore a need for these things are important for our family. Better pillows in the master bed room. A 3rd working beach umbrella would also be desirable. Keeping our 7 family members out of the direct sun is important to us. 2 lounge chairs on balcony would be very nice. The floor seemed like it had been swepted but not washed before our arrival judging by the dirt on the bottoms of our socks. The suite is lovely and our family members do enjoy coming and these things would just add to our enjoyable experience, along with others I suspect as well. With thanks, the Nihda family.

so much to see and do, out time there went by way to fast

It was a great property and we all had plenty of room to move around in the house, the bedrooms were spacious and there were rooms for all in our family. Location was great, close to so many places we wanted to visit, the kids loved the pool and the adults loved walking and bike riding on the beach. Having stores so close and of course ice cream made it a great vacation along with the lovely weather. Hope to do it again sometime soon, thank you so much

The location was awesome, great access to the beach (although the weather did not cooperate during our stay - cold and rainy), restaurants, bars, ice cream and shops all within walking distance. The trolley was great to jump on to visit St. Pete and Clearwater and everything in between. For the one day we sat at the beach, the beach chairs offered were very rusty and ripped. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location and the accommodations. We were able to walk to many restaurants for delicious meals and a variety of Happy Hours. We enjoyed many walks along the gorgeous beach and the pool area was easily accessible and very welcoming. We used the BBQ two times during our visit as well. Our condo was large, clean and very well equipped. Four very nice bedrooms and three bathrooms was key for our visit. The communications with Sue were easy and very prompt. We would definitely use Long Key again. Thank you

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had family coming together from different areas and there were only two parking spaces. There were no recommendations for alternate parking from the management. Overall the condo was nice. The kitchen was outdated and the dining chairs had cracks and worn areas in the seats. The water flow in the kitchen sink was low. A roach was seen on the first day, but not any other time. The storage box for beach furniture was broken and the furniture was very sandy as it had been put away without cleaning. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. The floor in the master bedroom had sand on it and would get on your feet after a shower. The living area was good ;however, there were not enough seating for the nine people as specified for maximum occupancy. Washer and dryer worked very well. The finish on the dining table was very sensitive to warm paper plates being placed on it and plate would stick to the table. Appliances worked well. Occasionally, the front door would not open properly after inserting the code. The screens on the sliding glass doors would not work properly. The number of bathrooms was excellent. The unit was very noisy with traffic and emergency vehicles. Need to consider installing hurricane windows which would mask some of the noise.

Very Nice But…

Nice roomy place for 8 adults but had a few hiccups while there. Had a few cockroaches visit the kitchen 2 different mornings, AC stopped working for a day and the water shut off for 1/2 day. The owner responded quickly and addressed the issues so we we’re thankful and had a very nice time overall. Good spot with lots to do. We would stay again👍👍

Annual family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time renting a unit at Sand Key with Long Key Vacation Rentals. The unit is very spacious with a nice pool right on the beach. It is conveniently located with many wonderful restaurants nearby.
