This second-floor unit offers gorgeous, panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. With space for up to 14 guests, it’s perfect for families and groups. Explore nearby dining and entertainment options. Enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry facilities. Please be aware that access to the unit requires climbing stairs.

The Neighborhood:

Welcome to Indian Rocks Beach, a delightful community located between the lively cities of Clearwater and St. Pete! You'll find an array of dining, nightlife, and entertainment options right at your doorstep. Several shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance north on Gulf Blvd. A short drive south (6 miles) takes you to John's Pass, a local favorite. Gulf Blvd. is packed with restaurants catering to all tastes, extending from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach. Within a 30-minute radius, you can explore the Clearwater Aquarium, the New York Yankees Spring Training facilities, historic Ybor City, and the impressive Dali Museum in downtown St. Petersburg.



Getting Around:

Getting around is simple, with around-the-clock rideshare availability, and our very own “Jolly Trolley" offering bus service every 20 minutes at all points between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach! Uber/Lyft options are available 24/7 based on availability. We generally advise guests rental cars are not required. Spread your wings to enjoy Tampa, Orlando, and many other popular destinations just a day trip away



Other Things to Note:

Rocks #17 is a non-smoking property. A $500 deep cleaning fee will be assessed for any evidence of smoking inside or outside the unit. A designated smoking area is available on the southeast corner of the complex near the street. Guests must be 25 years or older with a valid credit card to book and valid ID is required at check-in. Self check-in is available 24 hours a day. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. The maximum occupancy at any time is 24 people. Failure to adhere to this limitation will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without a refund. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m. We do not charge any resort or management fees. The total price includes cleaning and all applicable taxes. If you purchased an insurance damage waiver, it covers accidental breakage or loss of items inside the unit only. Intentional or negligent actions are not covered. Charges for excessively soiled or missing linens and towels, excessive cleaning, smoking, pets, and overstays are not covered by the waiver and will be charged to the credit card on file.
