Our vacation townhouse/condo in Indian Rocks Beach has the best of everything Florida's Gulf Coast has to offer for a perfect week, month or season. Our professional cleaning staff uses a steamer/disinfectant machine, gloves, and masks to ensure the cleanest environment possible.
This direct gulf front second floor townhouse has a 50' common area of grass before you hit the sand. The beautiful clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico is as far as you can see! We are at the south end of this small complex well away from the hubbub of the pool, yet close enough for quick access for a dip or sitting poolside.
We have on-site managers in our small 34 unit, four story condominium facility. Amenities include gas grills by the large heated pool to barbecue your favorite steaks or seafood. Don't feel like cooking? There are literally 10 restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk of this vacation paradise.
There are Smart TV's in both bedrooms, as well as the living room. Included for your enjoyment is a small cooler, beach umbrellas, a tote, beach towels and chairs. Set your internal clock to beach time, bring your sunscreen and a laid back attitude :)
Your kitchen is equipped with everything needed for preparing a gourmet meal to making smoothies. The king size bed in the master bedroom is luxuriously comfortable. There are 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, both with comfortable memory foam mattress toppers. There are plenty of beach towels, bath towels and linens.
We are located in the Narrows of Indian Rocks Beach. A location extremely unique to all of Florida. From the living room balcony the ocean is about 150 feet away. Walk through the unit to the front entrance and to the Intracoastal Waterway only 100 feet in front of you! From the 2nd bedroom wake up to view a Florida sunrise over the Intracoastal. In the master bedroom the first thing you'll see in the morning is sun sparkling off the waters of the Gulf of Mexico and magnificent sunsets in the evening.
The condo is our family's pride and joy. We do our best to keep it immaculate.
It's a Townhome style, located on the 2nd floor of the building. On the entry level is the living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and full bath. A stairway leads to 2 bedrooms and a full bath. An elevator is located about 80 feet from the front door for access to the pool and parking.
Easy access to all the attractions, museums, music and sports activities in both St Petersburg and Tampa. WOW, a piece of paradise awaits!
